Very good room more than expected with very good low price. Friendly staff. Good Breakfast. Very quite good for sleep and comfortable. I really like and enjoyed my stay here. Also this is very close to historical Fredericksburg downtown. I am recommending this hotel to everyone. Receptionist Alex is cool guy.

Super impressed with this hotel for the price. My main concerns are always cleanliness and customer service — this place was great at both. They have a small selection of breakfast snacks like toast, cereal and coffee. They night shift was extremely accommodating, even offered to let us park the harley in front of the office. Thanks for making our last night on the ride home a good one.

Good sized room, clean and tidy. Alex, at the front desk, was very helpful and welcoming. Will be using this Red Roof Inn again in the future.

Had a good time. Parking was little narrow. Breakfast was good and the staff was good as well. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

Clean room at a reasonable rate. No hot food for breakfast. No water pressure in shower. Decent motel for what it is.

I was bringing my daughter to the University for a summer program and found this hotel on Expedia. I’ve never booked a Red Roof Inn but it said it was renovated and the price was right. We stayed for 2 nights in May 2018. The room was very clean and the staff very nice. It’s a short 2 exits from historical downtown and the University of Mary Washington. It was right off I95 so very easy to get around. I would recommend this hotel.

The price was right the accommodations were not! Typical Indian owned establishment bailing wire and bubble gum! Room lousy, staff very hospitable and helpful. It’s just plain scary beltway notel motel.

Rooms are nice but the walls are so thin. Could hear my neighbors TV perfectly though the walls. Privacy won’t happen. Also, the guy at the front desk was super rude. Gave the biggest attitude when asked about the price of the rooms. Very bad customer service skills. 3 stars just because the beds are comfortable and the TV has good channels. Pricey too.

Room was really clean. Nice style for the price… But really noisy and the promised free breakfast was non-existent.

A little pricey for a budget hotel. Room was clean, Wi-Fi was good and water was good though. No breakfast except for coffee, and vending machines.

This was my first experience with red roof inn and I was very pleased. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and I felt at home. I would definitely stay again.

Check in was slow. Room clean and nicely decorated. Would stay there again.

Clean enough. Asked for an extra towel and was subjected to a weird series of questions by the receptionist, who then sent someone to the room… not to give me a towel, but simply to aggressively question me about my room's need for a third towel. Weird. Clean enough, but D — on hospitality.

They said in a review they were renovating, but their location gives it that anybody one night stand, and we did not feel comfortable even doing a drive thru.

Our family traveled from Florida to the Red Roof Inn. When we arrived, four hours after check in, we walked up the stairs with our things and a seven month old to find our room not ready. There was Subway and garbage everywhere, the beds weren't made, and it looked like someone had started to clean it but didn't. We had to go back down and get a new room. A woman saw us going into our new room, grabbed her key (a universal one I'm assuming), walked in front of us and opened our door. She just walked into our room to make sure things were okay without us asking. It was very odd and unexpected. The gesture was kind but it was unprofessional. The room was of decent quality for the price. We requested a partial refund and they refused. When we told them they would be getting a negative review they didn't care! They were extremely unprofessional and didn't care about their customers.

This place was great. The rooms have been completely redone. I had a wonderful stay when my power went out. Good price too.

Budget price for a premium room… Beautiful wood floor, brand new shower. Ultra clean bed, nice furniture…

The hotel room was quite and clean. There was no fridge, microwave, or ironing board, but they were not advertised. The kind size room was spacious and warm/cool as needed via the window unit. The room we had in the back was quite and we could not hear the highway while inside. The bed was comfortable, too… Great $60 stay!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at this location… we found 3 baby roaches in our r (m… the tub was smeared with dirt. I had to ask for housekeeping the first day and didnt get no service at all saturday morning. Talked to the manager at the front desk. He was ok but the night employee didnt do a damn thing… WASNT TRYING TO! We will seewhat happens at check out. Otherthan that the place is calm and fairly clean… would not give it no stars! Illb niceandgiveit 1 star. I did get a refund for one night but they do need more customer service training and hospitality experience!

It's surprisingly clean didn't care for the no microwave in the rooms but… they did have a community one.

Been on the road for a week. Traveling up the Eastern States. This is the nicest place we have stayed! Very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend it.

This place is not good. Thay make you pay 50 dollar deposite if your black the maids are trouble service sucks ice machine dont work.

Guy at the counter burped Durning the check in. Foot print on the wall. Just coffee. Nice showers and cheap rate.

Excellent staff, and the newly renovated rooms are outstanding! Much nicer, and cleaner. Than many of the more expensive hotels I have stayed in.

Superb experience. All staff and employees were helpful and front desk guy was really friendly. Worth to visit and stay again. Price and service both are worth.

Location is extremely convenient to 95. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was a good value with a firm matress. They're currently doing renovations to update their rooms but they're still open.
