All the bad reviews are accurate. I wish I had checked these reviews before booking. Among a host of other things, we had yellow water to shower and brush our teeth in. Let management know and asked to be refunded so we could find another motel. She kept repeating that we had exceeded the time limit to cancel our stay and refused a refund. I asked her if yellow water would be acceptable to her and she replied ' yes, because I live on site ' She would not let me speak to the GM and her minion basically told me to go ahead and file a dispute — true story. But they wouldn't give me their names (Later learned the "manager" is Baylee) We left, but didn't check — out so they couldn't re-rent that awful room again that day. I encourage all of you to dispute the charges with your bank. I did and was successful at getting my money back.

This was a very pleasant surprise! For the price we paid I was expecting so much less but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the location secure — perfect location for the sporty couple needing a landing pad for their weekend adventure.

I nice inn, worth the money, but it's an older place. Not run down, but remodeled numerous times. The floor outside the second floor rooms is quite worn, hanging off at an angle that is obvious. If you dropped something round, it would roll off the side quite fast. So just know what to expect. It's been there a long time, so it isn't going to fall over anytime soon, but that could use fixing. Breakfast was adequate, the internet worked, the pool was nice, and the staff helpful. We lost power at night, and went without AC for a few hours while the electric company did the work. We were offered cool drinks. All rooms were affected. I'm told it had never happened. Enjoy your stay and the price.

Very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great prices for a nice rest at a moments notice.

The Inn at St. George is an excellent value. Rooms are clean and well maintained, and there are plenty of linens. However, the parking area is tight, and the double queen suite left a bit to be desired. Overall, it was a great place to stay for an excellent price, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Check in was easy and the room was great. Very clean and had a private balcony huge bathtub and really comfy beds. The ice machine was kinda far away but that's not a huge deal. Good prices too, especially for the area; very close to lots of shops and art pieces all within walking distance.

Best experience I've had at a motel. Really affordable, the thing that caught me the most though was the overnight office clerk. She was extraordinarily helpful and accommodating, even with me arriving so late in the night. She honestly deserves a raise for that kind of service.

The manager was very nice and accommodating, considering it was 3:00 AM when I had arrived. She was helpful and patient with my questions and she was thorough in her explanation of check-out procedure. The parking lot was clean, well-lit, and spacious, even plenty of room to park a 16-foot U-haul trunk — something that's not a given for small motels. Most importantly, my family and I felt safe during our stay here. Our assigned room was on the first floor and located right next to our parked vehicles. The motel has a certain inviting charm and warm setting with it beautiful palm trees and spacious swimming pool — reminded us back home like California. However, the dark red carpeting and bathroom floor left more to desired; particularly, the bathroom floor was covered with some human hairs (presumably from prior guests) at various spots and it had appeared to be unmopped the morning we visited. Between the light traffic footwork after getting out of the shower and one hour before we finally climbed into bed, our feet and our kids feet were darkened. I felt a little grossed out.

I spent two days here very nice room spacious I would definitely stay here again.

The motel served as a stopover and we were very pleased. Everything was clean and breakfast was okay. Would stay there again.

Rooms need a to be cleaned better my toddler found a red pill on the floor luckily we caught it before it broke open. There was also a drug scale in the dresser makes me wonder what the heck is going on.

Its spacious, clean and I like the kitchenette, but there is very little parking and neighbors on both sides have people coming and going and slamming doors. No phone in room. Loud laughter from both rooms. Its 11:00 PM.

The room was not very clean. The sheets were so stretched out that they would not stay on the bed. There was a huge water stain behind the bathroom door. The two beds were different heights, it was like the bed frame on one of the beds was missing. The sliding door was hard to lock and the front door you had to slam to close it and push the door hard to open it. The hot breakfast was waffles, cereal and yogurt. The room was so small and not very inviting to eat there. Turned around and ate somewhere else. I will never stay there again.

This place is a shit show. Got in the room and there is stains all over everything. Tried to get a refund and they said no! $135 gone.

Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Check in was supposed to be at 3 but we called at 10 am that morning to see if we could get in earlier, they said they had to clean 2 more rooms before us and then we could come in around 12. We Called at 12 and they said it still wasn't ready. Called back at 2 still wasn't ready. Went to the hotel at 3 to check in still not ready. Went to dinner and went back to hotel at 5 still couldn't check in. Didn't get into our room until 7 pm. Don't waist your time. I'd rather stay on the floor at McDonald's.

Rooms are gross. Nothing on this property is cared for with any integrity. Our towels were crunchy and sticky. The tile was filthy, I wiped some water off the floor in the bathroom and the towel cams up black. The carpets felt moist and also sticky. The bed was the WORST. Incredibly uncomfortable with no blanket? Just a sheet on the top and some extremely old pillows. Our balcony door wouldn’t open and the hair dryer attached to the wall was missing the safety screen backing. It did end up sucking my hair up and burning/ripping out a good chunk. At check out there was another guest complaining about their stay and I am pretty sure my feedback will go without attention. Not worth staying here-it wasn’t even cheap!

Super cheap on top of that the pool was spotless and the front desk guy was super friendly and nice he’s very knowledgeable and the cleaning lady she’s older was the sweetest thing ever the room was clean there’s Wi-Fi, free breakfast and a pool I personally think it’s well priced.

For the price it was better than expected. Most budget hotels are so gross. This one was cleaner than expected. Large room made it nice.

Decent place for the price. The bed was a little squeaky, it would make noise whenever I moved/repositioned during the night. We enjoyed the breakfast. We had some neighbors playing very loud music late at night so we called the front office and they quickly took care of it, so that was awesome!

We needed an inexpensive hotel for an extended stay, this fit the bill. Unfortunately the two rooms we stayed in need some serious TLC. There was black mold in both bathrooms, no ventilation, no screens on windows to open, they smelt very musky. If you have allergies or an allergy to mold in particular like I do, I do not recommend it! The rooms themselves appeared to be clean, but the finishes need to be updated. The baseboards were rusting/molded and falling off. The dry wall was deteriorating. My dog didn't like being in the room more than he had to. The beds are hard and springy (I highly recommend bringing your own sheets). The staff and maintenance team were super friendly and helpful it's hard to write this review because the staff was so great. The free continental breakfast was sad. It's all from Costco and very minimal (hard boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt). Also, the gals that put the food out do not appear to have food handlers permits (the eggs and yogurts were warm). Basically, you'll get what you pay for. But a killer location, a cheap stay, and they allow dogs. Last recommendation, do not book through a booking agency. We were stuck in our reservation and could not cancel. If you book directly with the Inn they are very fair on matching pricing and adjusting your reservation. I hope you enjoy your stay more than we did! I hear "some" of the rooms have been remodeled-despite their new sign that claims they all are…

Need was comfy. Could have used more blankets but turned up the heat instead. No hot tub but there is a pool.

Alright stay more could be done in the rooms but over all you get what you pay for unfortunately staff was good room was clean no bed bugs or any bugs I could see. Room worked for a quick stay and all was good weather could have been nicer but it's not the inns fault so I would recommend it to someone.

Great place to stay. The pool looked open but was closed, which bummed out my kids big time. The downtown location means you can walk to stuff easily. Walk a half block to the Brigham Young winter house. That is cool!

They do not accommodate the disabled or elderly. Beds are TERRIBLE, cleanliness is HORRIBLE and it is far away from EVERYTHING. I STRONGLY recommend that you stay ANYWHERE else. Staying here is a BIG mistake. Ratings claim this is a 2 star hotel, HOWEVER that is 2 stars too many for this GHETTO Motel. Do ANYTHING else and you will thank me later…

Rooms are decent size, bathrooms could use some work. Staff was nice and friendly, location is decent as well. Located on the main drag if St George, and within walking distance of quite a few nice dining places.

Priced OK. However, outdated rooms, no hair dryer. Location as far as OK. Staff very friendly.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I stayed at this substandard hotel at the end of September, We checked in on the Thursday, and by 4pm on the Saturday we had not had any clean towels replaced, no bed made and no other services that you would normally expect when staying in a hotel. WE had to ask for clean towels and the Hotel FAILED to deliver on the Friday, by Saturday morning my Wife had to go to reception to collect some. When I challenged the hotel on the Saturday pm their answer was that they had a policy that we had to place a door hanger (Which we never had in the room either) on the door IF we required services. We had never been told of this at check in. I later found out that they had two cleaners quit and leave the day before and on the Saturday morning their head cleaner had quit also. I eventually got to speak to the manager who had already left for the day at 4:30pm, She agreed over the phone that IF I was to check out she would re-emberse me for my stay. We checked out. Since then I have had the FULL stay charged to our card. I am currently trying to recover the money that has been STOLEN from me. IF you want to stay in a hotel that doesn't provide you the services you are paying for and expect YOU the customer to ask for the simple services that ALL hotels provide, and to then STEAL from you then stay at this low standard hotel.

Staff was friendly at 2am when we arrived for check in. The room had Doritos and Milk duds all over the carpets. The beds were clean. Carpet was not. My feet were black with dirt after walking barefoot. There was a huge spider web with a tenant residing in it in the bathroom. Breakfast really had no protein. Lots of carbs besides hard boiled eggs. It is in the middle of alot of close by shopping and other food. Great for a quick stay if you don't mind the rest.

The beds were a bit form for my taste, but it's a good, clean place. During the summer they use sheets as bedspreads, which kept it from being too warm, and makes it easy to see it's fresh and clean.

It's old and not in perfect condition, but the beds were comfy and the room was clean. Air conditioner worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Just 1 waffle iron in a very crowded room. Other options were toast, yogurt, cereal, fruit, and hard boiled eggs. If you're traveling on a budget, this is the place. If you're looking for luxury, not so much. This is the second time I've stayed here and I would stay again.

The much needed remodel looks good. But in my opinion to little to late. Plus still seems like a place druggies stay. My advice is to just do away with he weekly rooms unless the guest is from out of town.

My husband and I are driving across the country and this was our first stop. We didn't come until after 11pm so we had to call a special number to wake the check in girl so she could give us the keys to the room. The room was very outdated. One of the lamps wasn't plugged in, the corners of the bed frame were sharp and the bathroom, especially the shower, felt dirty. The bed was pretty firm — it would've been uncomfortable if we weren't so tired by that point. Parking was convenient as it didn't seem like a lot of people were starting there. The door did not feel secure. There was only a security door latch, no deadbolt and just the electronic key thing. It seemed like a pretty quiet neighborhood. The place was cheap for the night so you get what you pay for I guess.

Awesome staff. Veronica at the front desk was wonderful! The room was a little small but very comfy beds. We happened to find this place at the last minute and they only had one room left, so it was a little outdated but still a great experience. Breakfast was great too. Loved it!

Wouldn't ever recommend this place, horrible customer service from the front desk girl named Baylee and manager Veronica. Not willing to resolve the issues. After being lied to finally thought we resolved it by getting our money back but then was told "I can refund it in the morning if I decide to come in" by Veronica. The pool was out of commission and was not disclosed at time of check in, The rooms were dirty, light switches didn't work, toilet paper holder ripped off the wall, rude customer service from the start of checking in. Will never recommend nor come back to stay here.

Employees laughed when I had a issue would never recommend this company to a friend or family members. Do not go here! Anywhere is better then here including sleeping in a Walmart parking lot! Veronica the GM was rude also

The Inn is a standard motel — very basic amenities, but enough to keep you covered. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was stocked (though didn't include much — fruit, waffle mix, two kinds of cereal, and oatmeal packets), and pool was small, but open and clean. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but the room had plenty of storage. Due to wind the day we came into town, our cable service was out — but it seems that the channel selection was good if it had worked. No office for printing documents, no conference rooms, lobby seating, etc. Very basic front desk. Close to downtown St George, but a little further away from the highway for those looking for shopping or State/National Park visits. It's not too far by any means, but not within walking distance. Overall, it was nice. Provided basic amenities for a reasonable price.

What a nice evening we had while staying at the Inn at St. George! The Inn is perfectly situated for this particular event but also for a great walk through the historic district which is immediately adjacent to the Inn. A nice breakfast was there for us in the morning with a staff who really cared about their guests. Who could ask for anything more at a reasonable price? Thank you!

This is the worst hotel you can possibly stay in. From the moment we walked into the door everything went wrong we checked in & they immediately messed up on the room we were suppose to have. They gave us a king bed, when we needed 2 beds. They were able to figure this out quickly, which was fine We had to back to office to get new keys 3 different times because none of them would open the door They eventually gave us a MASTER key because they could not get it to work. I was told, and I quote "Just don't go into anyone elses room" The woman then laughed and gave me the keys. I was appalled! Are you kidding me? You have no idea who I am, and you just gave me a master key to access everyones room in the entire hotel? Who else has a master key? How many guests can access my room at any time while me and my family are sleeping? When we finally got in the room, it was dark and dreary. The beds were small and uncomfortable and made the most terrible squeaking noise whenever you moved. Our room didnt even feel like it was meant to be a room, sandwiched between the washer and dryer and the housekeeping closet There was mold in the shower! All the corners and cracks were filled with black gunk. It was not clean at all The doors deadbolt was broken and We had to place a chair in front of the door so my toddler would not run outside the first night was an average stay. I stayed in the hotel until about 1 pm, in which there was never a knock on the door for house keeping.

It was clean and a cute inn. I really enjoyed my stay. My room over looked the pool which was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was OK, but a lot of the machines where broken. But over all it was great.

Very tiny … extremely tiny rooms. No where to walk. Bed is so close to the bathroom that two people can't even pass. There is black mold in the shower and a dried out contact lens on the bathroom floor which means it's not getting cleaned very well. Room keys don't work had to swap out several times. It's way to expensive for this quality of an "inn". Feel very ripped off for the money spent.

Severely disappointed, and incredibly overpriced. The front desk clerk was a rather unpleasant gentleman who seemed reluctant to answer the door in the first place, we had originally thought that there was no one even at the desk. He didn't tell us our room number at first, and was dismissive. Upon reaching our room, we were rather disgruntled to see such a dark and dated space. Between the dirty rag on the floor and the rather mildew-sulfury smelling sink and the small, cramped and unlit shower, my mind drifted a bit to the thought of the potential possibility of getting shanked in the kidney by a drifter raccoon. A cracked fridge ensured that we would most certainly not be using it, and the fuzzy television didn't offer much of a distraction from the dark room. Lamps must be unplugged to accommodate chargers. The Wi-Fi is near non existent. And I did so love hearing what every one of my neighbors was up to with these thin walls. Not worth the $90 booked three months in advance — but /especially/ not worth a $90 cancellation fee.

The staff and management at this hotel are terrible. I had a situation where I called 24 hours in advance to see if we could change the date for our reservation. The lady said she would have her manager look at the situation and give me a call back, I never received a call back. The next morning/day I was suppose to check in, I called back to see if they had an update. The lady said she was not sure if they could move my reservation date back. I said okay if it cannot be done I will just stick with the date. She than told me actually they already had given my room away BEFORE I was even supposed to check in. She said sorry and ended the call. I thought well I will just have to stay somewhere else than. Thinking everything was okay, now a week later I was charged the $111 dollars for the room that I was unable to stay in because they gave it away. Now I came up empty handed from this all and now when I try to speak with a manager, I keep being told to call back later. This is so frustrating! They do not care about the residents that stay at the hotel, they just care that the rooms are booked and they get your money! There are 100 better places in every way to stay at in St. George. Stay somewhere else.

The Inn is perfectly situated for this particular event but also for a great walk through the historic district which is immediately adjacent to the Inn. We had a good bed, in a suitable room in this older well maintained motel in downtown St George. A nice breakfast was there for us in the morning with a staff who really cared about their guests. Who could ask for anything more at a reasonable price? Thank you!

The staff was great and we based our pick on pictures and price. The price was right but the room did need a little help. It was missing a latch but that was ok cause we were in town and carpet looks dirty at the entrance by the door. The bathroom was fine. It did it's purpose b4 our camp trip. Thank u!

Staff is welcoming, accomodating, and friendly and the hotel is in a great location. That being said… the inn is rundown and not very clean. There were cobwebs on the ceilings and areas in the room that hadn't been dusted for a very long time. The conditioner and shampoo were only partially filled, so they were probably used by a previous guest… yuck! We even ran out of toilet paper and had to go ask for more. Additionally, the ice machine was out of order, the pool was closed, and the TV didn't work.

Very nice place. They have kept it up very nicely and I was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

The room was clean and nice. Staff at the front desk was especially responsive — particularly Gentry. What a great person! Whatever you're paying her is not enough — really something special. She is attentive, personable, and professional in every regard.

The location in downtown St. George was a bonus. We parked our car and enjoyed walking in the downtown. Good rate and nice people at the desk.

I am in my room right now and wished I had spent the extra $15-20 dollars to stay somewhere else! Horrible beds, no comforter just sheets and a whimpy blanket. No outlets to charge devices. Very small tv, dented fridge, outdated room, carpet looks dirty. My hand towel was damp and looked dirty, security bar lock broken. Definitely not even worth the $65/night I paid. Ughhh.

I stayed here several times within the last year and the staff was very nice they even gave me and my wife popcorn the rooms are big and nice.

It was a very wonderful experience, the staff was extremely kind and just gave off a great atmosphere, the rooms were small and cozy just perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had two rooms, the deadbolt lock wouldn't work on one of the rooms, just the little chain lock. No bedspread, just a sheet and blanket. Creepy feeling overall, there was some kind of a party going on nearby until 3:30am, so we couldn't sleep. We had two rooms, but they wouldn't let us pay for both of them with the same card. Do not stay here.

Stayed early July this year. Although the staff was very nice the room and comfort was terrible. The beds were like sleeping on a dog potty pad (just terrible), could only image what was under it. The bathroom was dirty with used cups on the floor and the phone had all sorts of white sticky gunk on it. In addition the room was smell was masked by some sort of plug in or air spray… Must say was not impressed and wouldn't stay there again.

My husband and I loved the downtown location and the wonderful rooms! Will definitely stay here again!

Every time my family comes to town, we have them stay here at the INN. It's a great location right in the middle of town next all the best restaurants.

We stayed at the Inn at St. George on the night of Feb 14, 2015 Valentines day, We were charged 100.34 for the night, The deadbolt on the door would not work and the tub had no stopper, we had to plug it with a wash rag. To me the price was way inflated due to ball tournaments and the week end or holiday, The room was fairly clean except for walls, Our son in laws room was not acceptable due to moldy smell so the staff gave him a different room after some heavy discussion. We tried to get our money back and go on to Beaver but was not allowed to. The rooms we had are 35.00 rooms, no more than that. The breakfast consisted of cereal and waffle, We will not be staying there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff more then willing to help plan a fun day in St. George. Room was very clean with flat screen TV, fridge, and microwave. Breakfast was simple and good. I loved being right next to downtown. Ill be coming back.

The matresses were horrible and the bathroom was gross. I didnt want to stay the night.

We just booked a room over the phone with Jared, and although we have not stayed there yet he was so pleasant and helpful that I'm really looking forward to it! He has a great demeanor over the phone, and I called many hotels before getting a room at the inn at st George and none of them were as pleasant. Thanks Jared.

A very nice facility, newly refurbished. Very clean. The staff was very nice especially the office staff. Thank you for a great experience.
