We stayed here because they are pet friendly but they are so much more! The room was great and the staff is amazing! I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I, and 3 grandchildren stayed at the Best Western Coral Hills in St. George, Utah a little less than a year ago. The room we stayed in was roomy enough for all of us. We didn't feel cramped even when we ordered an extra roll away bed for one of my grandchildren. The room was clean with all the amenities we needed to make it a comfortable stay. My grandchildren loved the pool area and the toys they played with in the water. They frequently ask when are we going to stay there again. Hopefully soon!

Was a great place to stay! the pet friendly room was clean and didn't smell of other pets! very enjoyable! would stay here again!

The King Suite is amazing with the jacuzzi tub right next to the bed!

I would like to thank you staff for being so supportive of my family while I was in the hospital in St George having quadruple bypass surgery. Room amenities are excellent. The property is very well maintained. The staff are friendly and informative. The breakfast has a lot of selection. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool (with hot tubs next to them). Within walking distance of restaurants, stores and historical sites. Beds are very comfortable!

I give this review comfortably with a book in my lap from the side of 1 of 2 pools they have to offer. Great, clean place and a very friendly/accommodating staff. I give it 3.5 (Can't do decimals on this tech-savvy site called Google. A mystery, I'm sure. ) stars out of sheer comparison and fairness to higher rated places with additional amenities and the place could suffer a renovation admittedly. Definitely an informal 5 out of 5 stars for the price point and location all things considered.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and if we are back in St George, we will stay here again. It's a very clean, quiet, well-kept hotel. The location is perfect for visiting Tuacahn. The pool is fabulous! Absolutely beautiful! They have both an indoor and outdoor pool. The breakfast is always delicious and they have a good variety of favorites. The rooms are spacious and the TV selection is good. We definitely recommend it!

Great place to stay, we have stayed at this Motel many times over the last few years and it has always been a good experience. The rooms are always very clean and the bed and pillows are great. Breakfast is terrific at this location with lots of choices and everything is excellent. Outdoor and Indoor pool and they are kept very nice. Can't go wrong choosing this motel.

The hotel has a very good location, the breakfast included is very good and the hotel has two pools, the room is comfortable but the mattress need be changed… is not terrible, but is not comfortable. The breakfast room is so small so is good idea to go early, they have a lot of information about the city and they locate at the "old town". This hotel is a good option to people that want to know St George. Its Pet friendly!

We stayed here with my grandson, age 8, who loved the pools, breakfast and general amenities in the room (as did we). Front desk employees were very helpful with directions to places in town. We also liked how close the hotel was to the children's museum and the great park adjacent to it. For a summer space, the park is marvelous — lots of families with kids.

I love this hotel! It's beautiful, clean, and the staff are all so friendly. I love that we were able to get a room with a balcony. It's absolutely lovely. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody travelling and anybody looking for a honeymoon suite :)

We were able to book the day before Memorial Weekend, when we were almost certain everything would be full. Their breakfast was super awesome. Rooms neat and tidy. The only downside was the parking lot is a little small, so we ended up having to park a little ways away from our room (first world problems, but still). I’d still definitely stay again! Great location, friendly staff!

Rooms are amazing. In great condition with lots of room. Great staff and awesome breakfast. Everything is designed for your comfort. Excellent beds and very quiet. You will get a great nights sleep here.

Friendly and helpful employees. Breakfast was great. They have gluten free bread and oatmeal. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Great location. The pool and hot tub indoors were over chlorinated, but the outdoor pool and hot tub were awesome.

The staff at the front desk was great! This establishment is rated a 3 star hotel. To me almost seemed like a 2 star. The room seemed dated and smelled kinda musty. Love how the rooms here are all individual with the entrance leading to the parking spaces.

Love the pools. We were outside then got cold and went to the indoor one. Like the fact that they have a kid pool that way my son actually enjoys playing and not being passed on between parents. Clean rooms very comfy beds.

Really a super Motel in a beautiful hillside town… Nice room, large, well furnished and clean, super cozy and functional bathroom, breakfast in the morning full of all bendidio, scrambled eggs and not, bacon waffles to sausages… The only downside if you can call it that, is the lack of lift to climb upstairs… A couple of old boys with heavy suitcases might have some problems… For the rest, everything Super great, even The prices, given the level…

We have stayed here before and been very pleased. However, this time was a much different experience. The key cards hardly worked to get in any doors. It took us up to 60 times to get in our room or in the building. When we informed the front desk, they did not seem concerned. There was poop splattered on the walls next to the toilet. There was pubic hair floating in the hot tub. The cooling system was either on and we were freezing or off and we were so hot. No middle ground. Overall the hotel was dirty, dark, and definitely not worth what we paid.

We were able to meet up with some friends and enjoy some time at the pool. Looks to be nice place to stay. It is on the Main Street through town so the road is a little noisy in the evening. But that is to be expected with the location. The pool area was very well taken care of with lots of seating.

I have been an employee of a Best Western so I feel I know what to look for when checking in and staying overnight. We arrived late and tired and we were warmly greeted by Scotty. He was helpful, efficient and had a great sense of hospitality. Nice breakfast staff and all went well.

Got stuck in town for car trouble. Staff was amazing at helping me find a good place for repairs and allowing me to check out late with my family while waiting on the repairs to be done. It was nice not to feel stranded or have to pay for the room again just for two more hours of repairs on the truck. Room was clean, comfortable, and no issues. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond! Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Just the relaxing retreat that we needed. This hotel is centrally located in St. George, with plenty of Restaurants to choose from for lunches and dinners. Our suite was very well kept and beautiful. I would recommend this location to anyone! Thank you for helping to make our stay easy, and relaxing.

We really enjoy this hotel. We've stayed twice and will keep coming! Breakfast is open till 10 (and it's yummy), indoor pool is open till 10:30pm, indoor and outdoor rooms available. Staff members are very friendly as well! Only complaint was our door was left open for awhile during cleaning hours without staff inside, but I think that was specific to that staff. Great choice!

Best Western Coral Hills in St George is a good hotel with a well maintained 50s era exterior. The room was clean and well appointed and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, and exercise room. The included breakfast was fine, nothing special, but it met my expectations. Overall, the hotel was a good value and I would stay there again.

It's a nice hotel. A little older but they have kept it up to date with renovations, good maintenance and cleaning. It has the best indoor pool of all the St George Hotels. The breakfast is good with lots of variety but the room is small so you might want to ask for a tray and eat in your room. All in all our favourite St George hotel when it is too cold to swim in an outdoor pool.

Overall, our stay was great at the Corral Hills location. We were able to check in hours early without a fee. The staff was friendly. The jacuzzi tub was very nice. The dispenser mounted in the shower for soap and shampoo was empty. A decorative pillow had some marks on it that should be cleaned or thrown away. The parking was very full at the end of the night and parking a truck was difficult with all the other cars in the small area. We didn’t have time to swim but the staff did say the outdoor pool was not heated and the indoor spa was being worked on so it wasn’t working at the time. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Nice hot breakfast, friendly helpful staff. I will be back with other family members. I loved the fact that I had a small deck off my room. I also appreciated being able to go and have hot coffee throughout the day in the breakfast area. The rooms and dining are were kept very clean, what ever questions we had were answered by friend staff.

In 19 days of road trip in the USA this establishment and by far the best and the most generous in service that I could discover, and one of the cheapest! I recommend!

Nicely renovated Motel. The staff was great — friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely appointed. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. We would stay here again.

We loved the room, next to the pool and hot tub (indoor). Internet was weak something, easy fix by moving in room until signal. Breakfast was so so, but good selection. Staff very helpful provide packing tape for shipment of gifts for grandkids. Stayed three days, room cleaned very good and good supply of coffee.

Classic motel property from the Golden Age of 1950s & 60s American Motor Touring. Very comfortable updated rooms. No old plumbing or dim lighting. Clean… very clean. Rooms are bigger with lots of room to move around. Property was built when rooms were simply bigger. No interior halls; all access from classic exterior doors facing central court yard for parking. Big pool. Nice breakfast in good sized dining room (we've all stoped in places where the dining nook resembled a closet. Not here. ) that runs to 10. Staff fantastic, smart. Like being in a small town and treated with courtesy.

When making the reservation, the customer service person met all my requests. I asked for a room that I could park and unload in front of easily, motel style, and I asked to be near the outdoor pool. She made sure I had both. The pool and hot tub were both very nice. Pool needs a little renovation, but kept nice and clean. Hot tub was nice and hot with no kids in it. This location is literally one block from many restaurants. Room was nice, air conditioner worked very good, in fact, we had to keep turning the temperature down. We will be back.

Best Western in St George is one of the best values in the area! The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean and the food and amenities top notch! Really such a great overall experience! Central location is awesome too! Thanks from the film crew of "Forever B" we had a great time being in Utah for the DocUtah film festival and our stay made the trip really enjoyable!

This is a big property, there are several buildings with plenty of parking. The A/C works well, which was important since the outside temp was 100 degrees. It has two pools, and indoor and outdoor, both looked clean and nice. Nice beds and pillows. Super clean rooms. No elevators and they do have two floors. The breakfast is in a basement type area, it is well decorated and lighted but I don't know how you'd get down there if you were in a wheel chair or on crutches… or even semi-immobile. Breakfast was good. They do have those ridiculous liquid soap/shampoo dispensers on the shower walls, which I hate, so I just bring my own toiletries, including bar soap. The hotel was quiet and the staff helpful and courteous. I will stay here again anytime I go to St. George. While you are here walk a few blocks to the west on the Blvd and eat dinner at George's Corner Cafe… delicious food!

The service was very good and helped me with everything. Had no problem and were very happy. I was very happy with this experience.

Fantastic stay. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was great. Wonderful nights sleep. I really liked that there were separate sinks inside and outside the bathroom.

Quiet place to stay the night. Book early, they often sell out. Got to stay in the "newer" section. Clean, quiet. Bathroom is small but has two sinks (one in the bathroom, one in the bedroom area). Low water pressure and sinks drain slowly. Breakfast was delicious: hot and cold items, including flavored batter for waffles!

Not the best in town. We stayed here while we were having adventures in Zion. It was a nice hotel, 2 pools, one inside, one outside. The included breakfast was a good way to start off the mornings. The staff was friendly. The issues we had with the room were, the door wouldn't open. We used the card nearly 30 times (all the correct orientation) to get in our room. The light for the door didn't activate like it was even reading the card except maybe 1 out of every 5 times. Then usually it was a red light till we got that magical green. The next issue was the TV remote. It just stopped working. First night it worked completely fine. But the next only the volume, mute, and power buttons worked. Wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't stuck on infomercials.

Inviting layout, pleasant, helpful staff. Great outdoor pool with fun toys for the kids to play with. Pretty vista looking out at the rocks behind St George made a lovely backdrop. Good breakfast and a nice place to stay if travelling with pets. Good walks around the hotel for exercise and close to main road restaurants and fast food chains.

This is hands down the BEST hotel ANYWHERE! I stay in hotels all the time because I have a dance team and we travel with them quite a bit. I wish that all hotels worked as yours does. Your owners/managers really know how to make this a good experience and they pay attention to the details such as making sure the employees, even down to the pool guy are dressed appropriately and well-groomed. They are ALL extremely courteous and happy and if I could take this hotel with me wherever I travel I would! It is simply the best I have ever stayed in!

Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in St George! Great location near highway but not so close you hear it. Beautiful pool with lots of lounge chairs and a great 1 foot deep kiddie pool area. Free breakfast was plentiful. It's very quiet! Housekeeping goes above and beyond! All staff very friendly. We will most definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and had many things beyond what is typical. The price was eaten, talk time a little more than other places, but worth the penalty.

With over 100° heat, I was pleased with the early check in. Walking distance to good restaurants. Rooms were clean and pretty quiet. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

I had originally had reservation at another hotel. When I finally arrived they said my baby made 5 people and would not allow me stay if I had my baby and refused to give me my money back. So I drove down the road seen this place walked inside and talked to them. They was so friendly gave me a big discount. I know for now on every time I have to come out this way I will stay here for the kindness they showed my family and i.

The staff were outstanding, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Although the hotel was almost completely full, it was very quiet and we sleep well. When we checked out, we left one of our pillows behind. Hotel staff contacted us later that day and told us that housekeeping had found the pillow. We were so grateful. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The customer service is the best we've ever experienced at a hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is an excellent value, especially for families. It has an indoor and outdoor pool for year around swimming. The staff is friendly. My room was spotless. It's also very handy to several dining options. It's also located close to Pioneer Park, a great place to hike, less than 5 minutes away.

Immaculately clean room, top to bottom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Best room we had in a 5 day tour of national parks in 4 states. Could not recommend it more highly. Wonderful breakfast choices too.

We had a great time at Best Western Coral Hills. We highly recommend it. Our kids loved the pools! We enjoyed the workout facility as well. The breakfast was well organized and had many options. One of the breakfast workers invited our family one night for pizza by the pool — so friendly. We will stay again for sure; it was clean and everyone was so kind.

The hotel was wondeful! The room was very clean and comfortable. The service was great. We were greeted promptly and the front desk attendant was very kind. The outdoor pool area was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was quite good for a hotel, but there wasn't much seating. The breakfast had waffles, various cold and hot cereals, yogurts, juices, and various breads. Both mornings we were there, they also offered french toast, eggs, and sausage. Great experience! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Very good service at the hotel Coral Hills of Utah, and good breakfast, friendly team, and they gave me chocolates, I can't complain.

I knew after calling in to book a room that our experience would be great! The girl who helped me book my room was very helpful and accommodating. She helped us acquire a room on ground level near the pool for the kids. When we arrived it was easy to find and was clean inside. Our kids loved the pool area and when my little boy locked the bathroom door and shut it the staff was very accommodating to work together to get it unlocked (kids, they are the best:) ). Once we packed up and left we left a loation there. Our room was cleaned and we were called to notify us of the loation before we were out of town (it was only a few hours after we had left), they also emailed us with this information as well. They kept it at the front desk and we picked it up. We loved our stay and when we visit St. George next time (we often do) we will go to this hotel and keep writing reviews.

Beautiful room and professional staff. We stayed in the honeymoon suite for 3 nights and loved it. The suite was spacious and had two big windows. The in room spa tub was big enough for two and situated where you could see the TV. Tub, bubbly and a movie made for a relaxing and fun evening. The breakfast in the morning was good, make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, standard hotel breakfast fare. The breakfast room is a little cramped, but the staff provide trays to take food back to eat in the room which was nice. The suites are in the "indoor hotel" portion of the property which meant getting to the ice machine was all inside and the door to the room opened to an indoor hallway instead of outdoors like the "outdoor hotel" portion that you see in most of the pictures of the property. I called and booked directly with the hotel which was nice because they gave me the best available price and treated me very well over the phone.

Responding to your email p. S. Do you have any suggestions on how we can improve our sustainability practices? (ie: recycling, saving energy, etc. ) Yes, I notice the electric plug is loose when the hair dryer is plugged. That's a safety issue that needs immediate attention. Just "what if" I got shocked when I use it. The parking lot was tight. I wanted to fit my car in one spot that was open in the corner but I could not because there wasn't enough room between two vehicles that were blocking the parking area. Upon my request on reservations. I request for a top floor away from stairs, elevator, children, in a no smoking room. I got a bottom floor with a baby crying at 1am in the morning for one hour. Wasn't to pleased. The room was clean, that's a big plus for me. Will I come again and stay? I am not sure, but if the other Best Westerns were full this would be my second choice. If that helps to decided.

I stayed here just recently and loved the friendliness of the staff, such amazingly clean rooms, and wonderful Breakfast. 2nd time staying there and I will definitely be staying there again!

Top flight staff, very clean hotel, quiet location, but still convenient to the freeway and restaurants, nice pools (2! ). Good breakfast. Excellent value. This is the best value hotel in St. George.

Everything was fantastic. Great hotel staff, wonderful breakfast and great location! Loved the pool and fast internet.

The room was comfortable. The free breakfast was great. As good as anywhere else I have stayed. The shower was very comfortable and I really liked the shampoo, body wash and conitioner containers that were attached to the wall. Nice touch. The one weird thing that I experienced was a very unusual occurrence. I found a baby scorpion in the bathroom. It was crawling on the floor along the tub. I squished it with a tissue and flushed it down the toilet. I don't hold it against the hotel. I know thise nasty little critters head for warm places when it gets cold. In all honesty It did give me the creeps and I was wondering if I was going to find another one with my bare foot and a sudden sting followed by some big time pain. I kept the scorpian discovery a secret from my wife until we were checked out of the hotel a couple of days later. All in all it was a great experience and I have a great scorpion story to tell.

This location was terrific. The hotel was nice and clean, if anything the air was too cold, otherwise I wish we had been able to stay here the entire 2 weeks. The morning coffee that I went to the lobby for turned into a full complimentary breakfast with eggs and sausage to boot! My husband and I were very impressed! I rated it a 4/5 because they tried to increase the rate substantially when we tried to book another night 2 weeks ahead and they thought they would be slammed. I say first come first serve, but I understand the business end.

My friend and I were on a road trip where we had driven all night, but our plans with another hotel fell through. We walked in about 8 am to see if this Best Western had space for us, and asked if there was any way we could check in early. The staff was very helpful and had us a nice room within a couple of hours, they even offered us breakfast for that morning! Also The pool & hot tub were comfortable and relaxing. Awesome experience!

I think that this place is way overrated and overpriced for what you get. In my opinion, there are much better properties for the same or less money in St George. We had a horrible experience with this motel recently. We decided to stop in St George for the night. The property had good reviews, so we booked on a prepaid reservation. Since we were traveling with 3 small children, including a baby, my wife called ahead to make sure that we could get a room with double beds and a Pack 'N Play. The lady at the front desk said that she did not have our reservation yet since we had just booked, but we would be fine because all the rooms that they had left had double beds. She wasn't very helpful on the issue of a Pack 'N Play, but we were not too concerned since we had one with us if we needed to use our own. We grabbed a take-out pizza in St George and arrived at the motel around 9:15 pm on a Saturday night (a very busy Saturday night in St George). When I went inside to check in, the front desk manager told me that they were sold out and that he did not have a room for us. I explained that we had pre-paid and Priceline had said that they had rooms. He blamed Priceline for the problem and said that there was nothing he could do. He told me that we needed to call Priceline and get our money back. The manager's solution to our problems was to call around and find a "rack rate" for us at 9:15 pm on Saturday when all the hotels were sold out.

I've stayed here before andit was fine other than dead cockroaches in the entry to my building. This time I get to my room and turn on the t. V. To find someone, likely the maid service, had the volume maxed and it on a rock channel. That was anoying. I went to use the bathroom and there was cleaning chemical in the toilet. The t. P. Roll was still wrapped in a cover. I went to get into the closet and both sliding mirror doors were off their tracks. Ya, I stay for business for several days at a time and this will be my last here. I'm going to tell priceline that I can't use their service if it might put me here as well.

Paid $125 a night for three nights on the week before spring break. Its spacious but Its definitely over charged.

Bikes paradise. 3 night stay. Had a great time riding in from San Antonio. As others have said front desk was very kind and helpful. Harley Davidson dealer here in town as well. Definitely looking forward to coming back with friends.

Staff was friendly and could not have been more helpful. Room staff performed above and beyond. Very nice. Room was quiet during the night even though we were next to a swimming pool. No adverse noises.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are quite large, but the beds are a little soft. Soundproofing is correct. Most of this hotel lies in the two pools and hot tubs available. When there are too many people at the outdoor pool or when it's too hot, you can go to the indoor pool a few metres from here. In summary, a good hotel.

We've been traveling for the past five weeks and just got into St. George for the first time. The young woman at the front desk was very helpful and we are very happy with our room. We've been very disappointed to find that many of the motels no longer have microwaves and some do not have refrigerators. We have both here as well as two comfortable chairs so that we can both sit and read or watch TV without one of us having to lie or sit on the bed. The room is spacious and very clean! Free Wi-Fi and breakfast is included with the very reasonable price.

Beautiful rooms, very tasty breakfast, and a great pool to swim in. The rooms are very comfortable, very clean, and feel great after a long day in the St. George heat. I really enjoyed my stay at BW Coral Hills and would recommend it to anyone coming to visit.

18 May and just arrived for three night stay while visiting area from England. I have come again to BW Coral Hills having stayed here two nights in June 2013. Then I was touring Utah as per now and found it the best of all the hotels I used. That is from first impressions at Reception to my departure. To add to that it was also the best value I encountered. However, they should not rest on their laurels as whatever there is always room for improvement.

As a person who travels extensively it is rare to find a lodging experience as wonderful as Best Western Coral Hills. The customer service that they provide is the BEST I've had in many years. I cannot think of enough adjectives to describe this most wonderful place. The entire staff, from front desk to housekeeping, seemed to go out of their way to make my stay the best it could be. After spending a week it was very evident that they didn't go out of their way but followed their standard practices of excellent customer service. If you are staying anywhere near St. George, UT and do not stay at Best Western Coral Hills you are missing out on a jewel. There cannot be a better place to stay in southern Utah.
