Nice attentive staff. Clean and well furnished. Good location. Restaurants and mall can be reached quickly and easily.

Dead bugs in the sink. Old used bar of soap in the bathroom. Breakfast was sparse. Staff was friendly. Good pillows. Air was already on when we entered the room which was nice because it was so hot when we arrived.

Great location. The room are nice and comfortable. Great service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Some rooms have a lingering smell, but they are pet friendly. The breakfast options are bland but its not a bad place to land.

Great place for a temp stay, although there is a smell that may just make it not worth it.

Booked this place for the price. Was super sketchy. Pretty sure there was drug/gang activity in the room next to us. Could use a good remodel as well, very outdated. You get what you pay for.

The pros: They've made some upgrades to the rooms such as artwork, taken out the carpet and put in pergo flooring. Some rooms have new beds. The continental breakfast is coffee, hot chocolate, juice, toast, yogurt, cereal and pastry. The cons: the pool isn't heated in April so too cold to swim. It may be ok unheated by July. The hot tub was extremely hot so we could only sit in it for a couple of minutes.

Location was great. Right next door to great Mexican restaurant. Within walking distance to historic district of St George. Hotel room was as good as you could expect from 2 star motel. Rooms were cheap and it was clean. Can't complain about that.

This happened awhile back but I am still angry. We went to Motel first off the pictures are not what they seem on the website. I had mentioned when we booked this room by phone. I am allergic to smoke and that I needed handicapped room. On paper and by phone. We get there they give us our key room has got terrible smoke smell looked filthy and not a handicapped room. We go down right away complain. They also stated they would take that room off our bill. They change the room. But sheets hadn't been changed. So I requested sheets and had to make my own bed. We actually saw someone in our old room where the smoke was they rented it out as hubby was going to get our things. We checked out following day and found another hotel. Then statement comes in the mail we find they billed us for two rooms that same night We call hotel they tell us to call corporate. Corporate lady cussing and yelled on the phone at us. I even had proof of confirmation it was suppose to be handicap room starring no smoking. Then we call hotel to confirm. She didn't care they said if I didn't stay in other room and the other room was rented out. So basically I got ripped off by this motel big time They got paid for the dirty Smokey room twice. Run don't walk away from this motel and watch your credit card statements if you do stay. They stole from our card when we stayed. You know try comfort in it was cheaper and lots nicer stay Better breakfast too.

Good price, good Wi-Fi but we delivered the room with the dirty bedspread and the bathroom with hair…

Clean and simple. Big rooms. Nothing special. Exactly what you would expect.

Zero stars. Dirty. Inside and outside the room. Trash strewn around overfilled cans. Endless streaks of sticky soda spills. Large dark stains on upholstery and floor carpets. Stained towels. Thin blanket for cover, flat sheets on mattresses. Went to check for bedbugs (thought that there was a flattened dry one on the floor under the sink. Did not find, but there were too many dark streaky stains on mattress for my liking. It just enabled me to see how torn upholstery of mattress was. Noisy clientelle (on the way to or from Vegas, I guess). Next time, a motel even couple of dollars cheaper up the road, belonging to same chain. Clean. I still cannot figure how this dingy joint earned higher reviews than that. And, yes, staff were nice, like the others said. But, were they really nice, they would have told me to run away from this forsaken place. SO, I TELL YOU: run.

This place was really nothing special. I had an ok time there, but my buddy in another one of their rooms had an awful night. His room smelt like cigarette smoke, and their "continental breakfast" was a choice of 2 different types of cereal. So it's ok. I wouldn't have stayed there but it had the last two rooms in town.

Fit my budget. Only real complaints is bed was like sleeping on a rock. And the bathtub was uneven so taking a shower was an adventure.

Great value. Room was clean and comfortable, exceeded my expectations for the price. Staff was friendly and courteous. Hot tub was a nice amenity. Breakfast was minimalist at best, but of all the things I'd like to see my room price go to breakfast is the last.

If there was an option for zero stars that would be the one I choose. The manager is a world class JERK! There are many reason this place is a hell hole, first they have BED BUGS and try to deny it saying it is cockroaches because that is so much better. I wish I could post a photo of said bug. I presented the bug to the manager along with several photos online of what bed bugs look like according to the HEALTH DEPARTMENT and he still denied it. I have bites all over my back from the bed bugs. Next complaint is the FREEZING pool, my daughter could only handle it for 20 minutes before her lips turned blue and the outside temp was 95 degree. After being out of the pool for 15 minutes her eyes started to burn and she screamed for 20 minutes after putting drops in her eyes. The next day she woke up with the skin around her eyes being raw and red and two black eyes from rubbing her eyes so hard. If you need more reasons than that to chose another hotel all I can say is I wish you luck. Don't make the same mistake I made by trying to go a little cheap on my vacation.

This was a clean, quite and affordable hotel/motel. It served it's purpose for two nights and the pool was great. I highly recommend. I would stay here again.
