Great hotel great price for us at least we booked in advance and used an app. The best parts were they took our dogs and had a nice little yard to walk them in plus the parking area gardens. Most places it's very limited. So it was great. Also we we're here for the national parks and they were just down the road. Negatives check in is really late so prepare to not get in till 2or3pm. The town is cute go eat and shop we had fun and ate some good down home country cooked food.

I'm on my second night of a family trip staying at this Days Inn, it's been nice enough so far. The rooms were clean on arrival, the beds are pleasant to sleep in, and the area is beautiful. As a side note I went running this morning, and this is a great place to run. There have been a few inconveniences. There were only three large shower towels supplied in a foue person room, so after taking a shower without noticing this I had to make do with a small hand towel. I'm sure that with request a fourth towel would be given, but I haven't asked out of my own social-anxiety. All in all, a nice place so far.

Room was clean, and pretty big. There was an extra sink outside of the bathroom which was nice. The breakfast was pretty good too considering.

I got exactly what was I expecting, a hotel with a decades old exterior and new, up-to-date interior. I understand the challenges faced by these smaller, older properties. This hotel is handling them well. I had a delightful stay.

My family had a great time here. We stayed 3 nights from June 8 to June 11 during our Utah National park trip. Room was spacious and very clean. Bedsheets, blankets and pillowcases were fresh. Had lot of TV channels. Breakfast is very good with waffles, bread, bagels, juice, milk, cereal, banana, yogurt, omelettes and many more. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Doesn't look great from the outside, but our room was a real pleasant surprise. Flat screen TV with most of the HBO, Cinemax, and other high end channels available. Includes a guide to see what's playing on each channel. Beds were firm and seemed very new. No sagging! We would stay again. Good 2 star hotel. We checked a couple of other hotels in town and thought this was the best. Slight revision after spending the night. Found the air conditioner would not work. We were in room 123. Everything else was great. Ask if you're going to be in the room if it's working or make sure.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had pets with me. I made sure to put in the notes when booking that we required a pet friendly room. When I checked in, I double checked with the front desk person that we had a pet friendly room and they confirmed we did. A day later the front desk woman was rude and accusing me of trying to sneak my pets in. I continued to tell her that I told the front desk clerk that we had pets when we came in. She then continued to accuse me of trying to sneak my pets in. She was extremely rude and accusatory. I paid the fee which is normally addressed at check out and she still continued to be aggressive with me. I checked out the next morning. This person made my entire immpression of this hotel awful. I will never stay at another Days Inn property.

Brought a group of high school kids into town for one night (4 rooms). Quick and friendly booking over the phone. At check in I requested rooms on the 2nd floor and the friendly front desk gal made it happen. The general manager introduced herself to me and remembered me from my phone booking a week previous. She was professional and very friendly. At 11 pm at night we requested a portable mattress for one of our chaperon and again had a very quick, friendly, and positive experience with the GM. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. When we returned 7 hours after checking out to retrieve a left behind cell phone charger I interrupted their staff lunch and again was greeted warmly and dealt with very quickly and professionally. I rarely go out of my way to write a detailed review (unless it was a bad experience) but it is apparent that the current management and employees are trying their hardest to take care of their guests. Based on my experience, I would recommend staying here with any hesitation.

Owner was wonderful and takes pride in her hotel. Everything was clean and well cared for. The housekeepers and front desk helpers were amazing and super friendly. Will stay again!

Small hotel for a small town but the rooms were well equipped for a one night stay or even longer, free breakfast in the morning.

Meet a friend who staying there room seemed really nice and clean. So when I stay in panguitch I know where to book.

0 stars. The lady checking us in was not at all interested in helping us even though we were the only ones checking in. There was a pile of new and used mattresses spread all over the parking lot and left out overnight. My room had not been cleaned and I had to ask to have it cleaned. There were no shade curtains in my room and they were badly needed because the parking lot is really bright. The juice machine in the office said "juice is concentrated mix with water" and it had an arrow pointing to the water. Haha! I have only ever stayed in one worse hotel and that hotel cost $26 a night! Avoid this dump! Happy travels.

Good location. Good restaurants and places to eat nearby. Less than 30 minutes to Bryce Canyon.

Perfect motel for a nights stay. Rooms are clean and nice. Bedding, sheets, towels all look very new. Perfect hotel for the price. Breakfast is available. It is just 30 minutes from Bryce Sunrise and Sunset points.

Do not stay here. The management is awful. We had no AC and had to fight the manager tooth and nail to get $15 off even though our room was 90 degrees. He wouldn't reduce the price and lied multiple times. We saw multiple people have problems with the manager. Stay away.

Not much to do; good place to stay if you plan on visiting Bryce. Panguitch itself is pretty small and only has a few places to grab a bite to eat plus a small market. Panguitch Lake is nearby which is kind of nice to stop by and visit.

Was not impressed. The room was mediocre, but it was the "Continental Breakfast". I have never had a worse experience at a hotel breakfast bar, the food was horrible, could not recommend.

Great location, right off the road on our way from Arizona to Salt Lake City. We got a great rate and they put us in a large room with handicap access. The breakfast was great, with hard boiled eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal, omelettes, etc. The bathroom sink needed maintenance. It wasn't super clean but it was adequate for my three kids and husband.

Overall a positive experience! Friendly staff and standard breakfast. Loud AC unit in room 220, but that doesn't bother me, personally. Great for the price.

Be careful. If you book the Day's Inn, and they are overbooked, they ship you off to the New Western Motel across the street… It's a dive. Don't do it… The pictures for the New Western Motel, are actually the Day's Inn across the street… VERY misleading… Our room was a nightmare… outlets not working, TV not working, and the bed headboard fell down in the middle of the night. Were told we were going to get a discount, and instead, charged us more… Ya… do yourself a favour and don't go!

Looked at a few different motels before settling on this one. At first the had us across the street in adjoining rooms. They needed a little work and there was a truck with a trailer in front of our doors. They did move us to a better room. The staff was nice enough to take me back to the old rooms where I accidentally left my phone. Because of the location near several attractions the inn filled up pretty quickly and the next morning was hard to get breakfast but the waffles were good.

The rooms were old and worn down. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. They ran out of things and other stuff was out of order. The workers were rude when you asked them any questions.

Nice staff, nothing fancy, but nothing bad. Reasonable price.

It was OK, we just stayed overnight. No frills, clean, quiet. Nice sized rooms.

The room was nice, receptionist was nice. Breakfast had a large selection. There was no TV guide so finding something decent to watch was hard. Didn't try out the Wi-Fi, so I don't know if they had one. The shower head sprayed 10 different directions at once, which was irritating. Overall it was decent, no reason I wouldn't stay again.

After check in I went to the room and it was a total mess, maids had not done any house keeping. I went back to the front desk and got a new room, moved my stuff in and after a few hours I needed to use the restroom… YIKES, the toilet was a disaster, poop and pee stains everywhere… Along with a dirty shower… It made for a very long uncomfortable night, who knows what else hadn't been cleaned, I learned my lesson to always thoroughly check the room to cleanliness… I won't be staying here again.

Comfy bed, friendly owners, free Wi-Fi and breakfast. If you need to rest your head and don't need anything fancy, this is your place.

Smooth check in, we have received an upgrade to the suite with jacuzzi! Visit Scoops from the past a few blocks away for a good ice cream!

Questionable cleanliness. Defective toilet runs all night, torn curtains, partial lighting, long check-in. Reservation not found. Reception, just polite…
