Very friendly and helpful staff. Coffee was waiting for us to brew in the morning at our convenience which was nice. Rooms were perfect for our short stay. Great location, perfect place to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. Would surely book a room here again.

Me an my wife an baby we’re traveling threw an called several hotels in the area who all told us that we couldn’t check in past 11pm or wouldn’t let me purchase a room an leave a key out. Finally called this hotel an she answered immediately, let me purchase a room an left a envelope out for us since we didn’t arrive till 3am, owner gave us directions an explains parking an location very well. Rooms were decent for the price an every thing was clean.

Amazing, historic hotel in downtown Panguitch. Family owned and oporated. We came in around 1am and they had our key waiting on the counter for us. Great rooms with everything that you’d need. We stayed in the 3 queen bed room and it was very spacious with a great view of the street. Well priced and a stones throw from Bryce. Panguitch is a great, small town that caters well to tourists. Highly recommend the Panguitch Inn!

I am posting this to say that I am the proud new owner of the Historic Hotel. I want to say that my wife Lisa and I along with 3 children are running our newest venture and would like all to come and check out the new upgrades and changes made to this beautiful building. This one of the kind Building is over 100 years old and has been a Hotel since the 1950's and has a lot of character and comforts anyone could ask for. Price is reasonable but place is very old and needs a remodelling…

Very nice, comfortable and a spectacular view.

Wanted to stay here, but no one was at the desk at 4:00PM. Called the number they left, no answer, no voice mail.? Waited about 1/2 hr, no one ever showed up. Went down the street to the Adobe Sands! Less expensive, more amenities, check-in was 5 minutes from arrival to room!

Great place for a USD 40! Not a five star hotel, but clean and nice for the price.

The room and the bathroom were clean and nice. The employee working the desk was nice and courteous. At least 3 gas stations within walking distance and some pretty good food near by.

Comfortable beds, hot shower, non-intrusive staff. Clean. The lobby might be a little off-putting, but the rooms are just fine. The town seems like it's past her prime, but it's a cozy place to hole up while you explore Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Cedar Breaks National Monument.

It was horrible the room smelled terrible cobwebs all over, stained sheets and I'm pretty sure they have bed bugs. I also seen a couple other rooms that had mold all ice the shower and the floors were disgusting.

We did not have a reservation and it was after 10:30 when we got to Panguitch. Found a rate of $44 for two double beds at this hotel. When we got there they wanted to charge us $60 and said the &44 was for a single. Got him down to $50. This is a very old hotel, no room to park in the parking garage (half full of mattresses and supplies) so we parked out back. Room was very large and clean. Pillows were a bit lumpy. Good water pressure in shower, complimentary soap and there was a hair dryer. Leftover trash from previous guest in trash bin by complimentary coffee. In all it worked for the night but if I had been able to book in advance I'm sure we would have stayed elsewhere in town.

Panguitch was the starting point for my Utah adventure, I stayed the night here. Very basic room, nothing fancy but all I needed was a bed and shower. This was fine for me. This Inn is close to everything, shops, restaurants and gas station. Very small town, friendly staff and residents.

The lobby was filthy. The man was seldom at the front desk. We didn't even know there was a kitchen there. Owner never mentioned it but gave us a name of a restaurant. However I slept with my clothes on fearing God knows what in the beds. Never again. We had booked for 2 night but cancelled 2nd night. I would not recommend.

Horrific place. There was nobody at the front desk to check us in (would have left at this point but I prepaid). They left a note that we should drive to another hotel. When we got to the other hotel the lady said she couldn't check me in but that she would call someone to meet me back at the other hotel. Finally got checked in and the room was gross. Everything was filthy, shower didn't drain, hot water was broken. When I tried to complain there was no one at the front desk to tell. When we tried to check out there was no one around and I just left the key on the counter and thanked God I wasn't murdered in the middle of the night.

Owner doesn't care about repeat business and the people in panguitch don't care for him either.

Well, this is just fun. I am a disabled veteran and I have a service animal. I made sure to call before hand and now I'm glad. My service animal isn't allowed on the property. She told me I would have to stay someplace else. You have no idea how much that hurt.

Minimum mini, bed hard as stone, assured backache.

Whatever you please dont stay here, save your self the trouble. There are plenty of places to stay in Panguitch. Four of us went there, two checked in and paid $69, the other two checked in 5 minutes later and paid $95. I confonted the owner and asked why we paid more and he just said thats the way it is. Very rude, not helpful, wasnt willing to make it right. There are so many other places to stay just stay else where save your self the hassle. I wont even get started on how terrible the rooms are. Not worth it at all. I will never ever stay there again, I would drive to another city in the area before I stayed there again.

For 85 $ including taxes is not bad, very simple but clean and comfortable motel for visiting bryce.

The absolute worst customer service you could imagine. I made a reservation here and then needed to cancel it. I cancelled 2 days prior to my reservation (well before their 24 hour notice policy). I was told that I had cancelled in time and my card wouldn't be charged, only to find a few days later that they charged me full price. When I called to talk about it no one spoke english well enough to work with me and they were absolutely unwilling to refund my money despite me showing proof that I had called in plenty of time to not be charged. Be warned.

I found my stay here to be unpleasant from the start. The man at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful. Rooms lack what I would consider to be basic amenities such as shampoo, hair dryers etc. Rooms were very outdated and had stained carpets. I have stayed at many nicer motels at a lower price than this. Look elsewhere for your accomodations if possible.
