Very clean and quiet family-run motel with only 9 rooms in the sleepy village of Tropic.
We had room 2 and were positive about the size and equipment (microwave, large fridge, kettle, can opener, bottle opener, dining table with 2 chairs), but a tick better than the typical motel chains.
The reception was friendly and short, but with all the necessary information, the room quite freshly renovated and the Wi-Fi largely stable.
Bryce Canyon is only a 15-minute drive away.
We can recommend the motel without any restrictions.

If you are looking for a family accommodation, you can find the comfort and rest is the place to be. Quietly located accommodation with only 9 rooms.
No comparison with the other mass motels.
Breakfast is not available, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and two cereal bars and cereals each, however.
Here we have had our most restful night so far.
The pizza from opposite is recommended.

Clean rooms, very comfortable bed and good water pressure. Very quiet. When I come back I'm definitely staying again.

Very nice hotel. The room is spacious and very clean. There were little intentions when we arrived. On the other hand there is no terrace strictly speaking. C is just 2 chairs laid out. The view is not very beautiful it overlooks a garden.

Very well-thought arranged space. Clean, cozy, spacious room. Very quiet motel. Amenities: microwave, larger fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle, dryer, lots of towels of different sizes, extra blanket, little towels for shoes cleaning, shampoo and soap dispensers in bathroom, TV sat. Gorgeous little garden outside. No problem with parking your car. Walking distance to everywhere. Heritage museum across the street. Welcoming and helpful receptionist. Comfy bed and pillows. I’m 6’3 and I could easily fit in.

This place deserves more stars than just 5. It's a great price. Less than 10 minutes to the Bryce's entrance. It's super clean. Very large room. Super comfy bed, and super soft sheets. It has a nice fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hotpot. They also give you energy bars, instant oatmeal. The owner is super friendly and full of information about the area. Just the perfect choice.

Very comfy and clean rooms, friendly staff. Coffee, tea, granola bars and porridge are available in your room. Nearby restaurants and grocery store, and 15 minute drive from bryce canyon. Great spot!

Great little motel, cosy and very convenient for Bryce Canyon NP. Local restaurants and coffee house a few mins walk away, cereal bars, coffee, microwave, Wi-Fi (GOOD Wi-Fi! ) and TV in spacious rooms — lovely place to use as a base!

Great room — big, clean, comfortable and with lots of thoughtful touches (including a microwave and packets of porridge, which were the perfect start to our morning). Seats outside to relax in a quiet environment. Within minutes of Tropic's restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket and a 15-minute drive from Bryce National Park. Probably the best value accommodation we experienced during our trip — would definitely return if in the area.

Great value for money, not like all the other Motels… much more special! Really cozy and cute. Muesli bars and coffee for free. 2 restaurants across the road. Great for visits in the Bryce Canyon. Very nice staff. Loved it!

Nice and clean rooms. About 20 minutes drive from Bryce NP. Friendly staff. Arrive early in town as everything closes by 9 pm.

This is by far the best Motel, what I have in the United States was allowed to experience. It is very very clean and the rooms have been furnished with great attention to Detail. You feel very comfortable and welcome. The staff at the reception Desk turned patiently to our questions and was very helpful. It gives to the room a book in which guests can enter. Opposite there is a very good and cheap Pizzeria. Excellent place to stay in the vicinity of the Bryce Canyon!

Very well located accommodation. We have to stay here on the way to Bryce Canyon ca 20 km by car. Worth highlighting is the cleanliness. We had a bright room with bathroom, fridge, microwave, and satellite TV.

Clean, affordable, with a very friendly staff. Don't judge it from the outside. It's great to be away from the touristy junk in Bryce Canyon City. The only complaint is that it was difficult to control the temperature of the room.

My remote batteries were out and would not change channels but she was reluctant to help Room size is small and bathrooms are small but adequate Dead fly on window sill otherwise room was clean Bed too soft for my liking Window AC unit noisy but they all are; no central heating so provide space heater.
