Lovely staff and rooms!

It was average. Exactly what you would expect for the price. Cable, Wi-Fi, mini fridge overall clean. The carpets were old and stained but still clean. It was a bit of a drive from the Bryce canyon but convenient if you're going to escelante. What really deserves a bad review is the pizza place next to it.

Not a bad hotel. My only complaint is the room doors don't seal properly so you can hear into the hallway really easily.

Rooms are older, mostly clean but could be cleaner and could use some updating. Lobby & morning breakfast are great. Location to Bryce NP is perfect. Good for a night or two. Coin laundry available. Staff helpful/friendly.

One of the few accommodations close to Bryce Canyon National Park. The reception staff were friendly, rooms were clean, though somewhat outdated. The location is very convenient and right on Main Street, although the town of Tropic doesn’t have a whole lot to offer. Definitely would recommend this place over any of the hotels in the Panguitch!

Super recommended. Wifi is the fastest and most stable I've experienced so far in the motels here in the US. Rooms are absolutely adequate and the suite huge. Clear recommendation on my part.

Good value. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast included and sufficient for the price. Has a guest's laundry. Tropic is an excellent location for visiting local parks.

My son and I were there this Memorial Day weekend. The room was very clean, the staff was excellent, especially Kasey she works the front desk. She always greeted us, she was very helpful to are needs. There a general store and a place to eat next door. Plus a 10 minute drive to Bryce Canyon. We will be back in the future.

Overall a great experience. The people working were friendly and helpful. There is complimentary breakfast until 9:30 with lots of options. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was also close to a lot in the town and not a far drive to Bryce Canyon. If you do stay here, try the Showdowns restaurant down the street! A wonderful, friendly atmosphere with live country music!

A great option to be close the Bryce without paying to be in Bryce. They have a good light breakfast and friendly staff.

Our last stay at an Americas Best Value Inn left us disappointed, so I was skeptical when booking this. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff was super friendly, rooms were clean — — no smoke smell or nasty cleaning chemicals, we weren't expecting the free breakfast so that felt like a bonus. Rooms were basic, no fluff — — just what we needed.

Found this place last minute online and just booked it. It was close to Bruce canyon and the rooms were so cozy! Great mom n pop:)

Extremely comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi very reasonable prices, cute town, very close to Bryce canyon and spectacular view of the night sky… highly recommended!

This is a solid place to stay for 1 night or 2. My room was clean and had everything you could need. The only complaint I have is my TV didn't change channels. It really wasn't that big of a deal to me because it was late by the time I checked in and I went to bed soon after getting my room. The Wi-Fi was excellent and really strong.

They have outlets by the bed that aren't being used by anything else! Oh and super clean room. Super nice service. Easy check in. Couldn't ask for a better last minute hotel. I'm happy.

Clean room but bed had only sheets and NO blanket in October. The town has about 4 motels but only one restaurant. The food was OK but overpriced. You have to drive about 15 minutes to get to another restaurant. TV was good. Wi-Fi was good but Cellar reception was spotty.

Great staff, nice rooms. The breakfast was above average, but the pancake machine was a bit frustrating / inconsistent. Mini muffins, cereal, toast, English muffins, fruit, juice/coffee… good selection. I like this place and would love to stay there again.

Large room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Aircond/heater a little old, so difficult to adjust to the temperature you desire. Close enough to the park. Shops close early though. We checked in at around 9pm and there were nothing opened.

Pretty clean place, pretty pricey as a drop in. So plan ahead or get a room online. But it satisfied my needs, with continental breakfast. Fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi, and shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided, other basic things of coarse were there (TV, coffee, extra blankets, etc. ) Only thing is a lot of light came through the door at the bottom, probably just needs a new seal. Good water pressure.

This was a great hotel. It had fresh paint and was very very clean. The staff was very helpful. Very nice. If you are expecting the Hilton, then go to Vegas as that is the closest you will get in the middle of Southern Utah.

Great deal for a great price. It was close to Bryce Canyon, and it was very comfortable. Our room was bigger and nicer than I expected. Very clean and comfortable.

The free breakfast thing is FALSE ADVERTISING. There is no free breakfast. They give you a $5 coupon for the grocery store that doesn't open until 2pm on Sunday. There is a restaurant connected to the grocery store where you cannot use the coupons. I will never stay there again, and I will tell everyone that I know not to stay at Tropic.

It might have been the stark contrast to the awful Super 8 I stayed in the night before, but I was blown away by this place. Well it wasn't out of this world, BUT, it was clean, spotless in fact, and the beds were well presented and comfortable. Included breakfast had plenty of options and the dining area was very homely. Definitely recommend. Fridge and microwave in the room.

We arrive to our room and it CLEARLY was not cleaned. Our bathroom shower had a long black hair stuck to the wall, the bottom of the tub was covered in scum, black hair in our sink, and a dirty cup under our bed. I'm not asking for spotless. I'm not asking to be able to eat off the floor, but you OBVIOUSLY did not even try. It was absolutely disgusting. Who wants to PAY to sleep in someone else's filth. Do not waste your time, money, or health to stay in this place.

Bryce valley inn is an old place. But you get what you would expect when you drive down to an old town. The rooms are kept clean, the service is nice, and the prices are fairly reasonable. Would recommend to anyone who wants something more "Homey" over something "Exotic".

Very reasonable motel. Clean and decent. A short sub-10 minute drive to he entrance to Bryce Canyon and right on scenic byway 12. Generous and homey breakfast offered at the restaurant, included with stay. Not much else around but there is a pretty good grocery store in site and a burger shack with benches across the road.

We only stayed 1 night on our 2 week vacation but I’ll say this “The best night sleep in years” The room was far more than expected, I’ve stayed in $300 a night hotels and this was far better. The bed… just to die for and 4 extra large over stuffed down pillows, not the cheap ones made with chicken feathers. The kicker was a free breakfast at the restaurant next door, Food & coffee “Prime Time” quality and service.
