Very clean and very comfortable hotel. Perfect distance to Arches National Park and shops downtown. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Like others have mentioned only about a 10 minute drive to Arches. Canyonlands is further away but definitely worth the trip as well! The room was clean and quiet. Front desk staff was friendly. Pool and hot tube were nice and well kept. The ice machine was a life saver while hiking in 102 degree heat. They also give you $5 vouchers to the breakfast restaurant next door which I also thought was pretty good. For the price of the room I was pleased.

Central hotel compared to the various activities of Moab (shops and restaurants). The rooms are large and clean with very cozy beds. The practical bathroom. They also come with microwaves and fridges. There is also an outdoor swimming pool that is very appreciated with the heat that it does in this place!

Great location. Spacious bed room, clean. Hot tub was worth it. 10 min from Arches national park. Lots of parking space. Get food at Arches thai restaurant, Domino's or Moab dinner.

It was clean, nice, and I didn't hear the neighbors at night so I liked it a lot. The only thing was that the TV didn't have the Jazz game on so I was sad. The rest was great!

I find myself gazing longingly at the Best Western across the street. What a dive. I'm paying $125 per night for a lumpy comforter and trailer park level bathroom and sink. The awful wallpaper is a nice touch.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay the night. I typically stay at Marriotts and Hilton hotel, but I was arriving late and leaving first thing in the morning for my Moab ATV ride. The hotel Moab was very clean and beds were comfortable. For a motel class hotel, this one was very good. I’d stay here again.

Great location on Moab main! Simple and not sophisticated, but a good stay. Bathrooms are quite nice. Shower was amazing. There is no breakfast. Pancake House near by. Seemed to be one of the nicer hotels at a lower cost. Central to all shopping on main street.

Friendly, clean and convenient to restaurants, bars and attractions! Super affordable as well! pool is warm enough to swim even in colder climate!

Nice place, right in the heart of Moab. First time I've stayed in a hotel here and I think this was a great start. Great prices, nice rooms, and they give you a discount for the Pancake Haus nearby. The hot tub is year-round.

Absolutely HORRIBLE hotel! Never stay there! Tried to cancel a room due to weather problems (couldn't get over a mountain pass). Hotel refused to cancel reservation for 1 night and charged immediately for a night. Don't trust the manager. Hotel has made unauthorized charges on two accounts. They are scammers! do not even book a room at this hotel!

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very kind.

Driving late needed a cheap spot to stay and Hotel Moab Downtown was exactly that. Not the best place, but didn't he job. Clean room and sheets.

Terrible stay. We couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi on either of our devices. The toilet ran all night and there was a huge puddle in the bathroom the next morning. The TV remote didn't work and the room was overpriced. I suggest camping somewhere around much more than this room.

Nice, clean rooms. Perfect location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool is a plus for the kids.

Simply a good hotel in Moab, it was clean and the beds were good. If you ever have the chance to Moab I can definitely recommend it, especially the mountain-biking on slick rock is great.

GREAT ROOM! The room has very modern furniture, clean rooms, big. The staff were nice and it has a pool, which was great! Just no breakfast so you would have to go to the pancake breakfast about 5 meters away (the food there is great also! )

Great location, away from noisy Main Street, but still a walking distance. Pretty upscale, nice and new furnitures, nice interior, friendly staff, plenty of parking. Really relaxing place. There is a nice park close by that you can go for short walk. I will definitely recommend this place.

It was nice. Typical small hotel. No breakfast but you do get $5 off the restaurant that shares the parking lot. The food was good there. Showers were the best part. It was a dual head shower with lots of good water pressure.

I stayed at this property for one night. There were five of them. The spacious room with 2 large beds and a sofa bed, all not brand new. Pretty clean.

I spent the night there and I was very pleasantly surprised by how good the room was for the money spent. I dare say, best value for the money in Moab, UT! Location, cleanliness and price, that's a winning trio!

Nice and clean but no breakfast. Discount is offered on neighbouring expensive and not great pancake house. Pool and hot tub are nice, with partial view of surrounding mountains. Wi-Fi was spotty for me.

Right in downtown Moab but the rooms are very quiet inside. Multiple restaurants and bars with in walking distance. Parking lot is on the small side.

Great location just on the south side of downtown makes it convenient to walk to most restaurants in town. Service was responsive and friendly our whole stay with a clean room. Would highly recommend for the price and location.

Some of the staff was friendly. The morning lady not so much asked if we could stay another night pretty much told us to hit the road and no late check out. The night staff was awesome.

The room was clean but very small. No breakfast served but they will give you a little discount at the cafeteria. The good thing is that the hotel is only 10 minutes away from Arches National Park.

My husband and I loved this place! We just stayed here right after Christmas 2015 while we explored Arches, and Canyonlands National Parks. A delightful place. The room was quiet and clean. The double-showerhead made up for the soft water pressure. The beds were soft and comfortable. The hot tub might not have worked, but we were welcome to relax over at the Best Western for FREE! The staff was excellent as well! We were checked in by Terah and she was an absolute delight. She answered all of our questions with a smile. Stay here if you have the chance! It's a great place!

Nice clean room, good beds, good price, BUT the HOT TUB we looked so forward to WAS NOT HOT. It was useless.

Stayed here this summer with my adult daughter — chose it because of location and price. We were very happy with the hotel — room was clean and comfortable — large bathroom and dressing area. We liked that you could easily walk to a great choice of restaurants. The guy working the front desk could not have been more helpful — from the room he gave us — up and away from traffic — to the dinner recommendations.

Good rooms. Bike room to store bikes. Pancake haus on site with daily 5 dollar off coupon. Liquor store and 2 restaurants across street. Not noisy. Two headed shower head in rooms. Hot tub works fine.

My husband and I were super impressed with Hotel Moab downtown. It was super clean, had a fridge, the beds were comfy (we brought our own pillows, always do), and the location was perfect — walking distance to everything in town. And you can't beat the price! We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Moab!

Slow Wi-Fi, icky polluted and already used bed linen. No go for more than 100 USD per night.
