Beautiful rooms, great beds and clean clean clean, the doors are a little off hitting the frames but great breakfast and polite staff! I’ll come back.

Found a snake skin under the chair, room was dirty and smelled. Daily room service lacking. I hate to say all of this since I am a Hilton Gold Member but this hotel was one of the worst for cleanliness. I will say the front desk staff was very nice and friendly.

GREAT Service. Had to make an emergency stay due to weather in my home area. Three adults and three pre-teen girls. Two queen size beds. I was offered extra pillows. I asked for an extra comforter for my girls and quickly got one delivered.

Manager is miserable sad Women.

First room they gave me smelled disgusting with a strong sewage smell. Second room had the same sewage smell in the bathroom. Nausea inducing stay away.

When ever I stayed at Hampton inn, I always had a great experience. Rooms always clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly went above and beyond to make my stay a happy experience.

Making a delivery I noticed that the place has been changed a lot staff is super friendly there are funny jokes hidden all over in the images on the walls the lobby is way different than I remember from my deliveries past.

Half of the room was wet from ac and they wouldn't change me rooms it smelled like mildew and the guy with the beard was the worse no customer service at all I wouldn't go back to that one again.

Comfiest beds and the staff is so nice. A few bumps with the computer system that was not their fault and they did a great job handling it. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice rooms, the staff was very friendly. The lounge was comfortable. I slept well. The beds we're comfortable. The entrance was very abrupt and not well marked for an out of town guest. The food options are many, but not well known, so more info to visitors would be good. Also, I didn't realize the proximity to the king ranch museum until after our visit.

This hotel was very clean and well maintained. Had the best feather pillows we've enjoyed this trip. A mere 10 minute drive to The King Ranch.

Clean rooms great staff and breakfast was on top of keeping enough great food for everyone never empty for too long will return soon.

Me and my kids were involved in a car crash while driving through from Missouri. We ended up staying 4 nights while waiting for the insurance to file their claim. Everyone at this hotel was amazing, especially Angela at the front desk. She was very helpful during our stay there. Also the housekeeping was the best I've ever experienced, very clean and the entire staff was very friendly. Would like to say thank you all for making our stay there comfortable and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking.

The cleans rooms, friendly staff and homey atmosphere of this hotel is perfect for a family or a single person. The breakfast options are quite limited, however, the food is pretty good. The only downside is that there is a bottleneck entrance that is quite hard to find if you're not from around Kingsville as it is very abrupt if you're on the highway. The rooms are very clean, the air condition units are in pristine condition, and their choice of pillow is among the few I've ever used at a hotel — I usually bring and use my own.

TV didn't work. Needs renovation, wall sockets in hallway messed up and pulled out from wall. Bathrooms need a freshen up. But clean and comfortable.

One room key card did not work. Toilet overflowed, but maintenance took care of it right away. An overall comfortable stay.

The room was nice, clean, and up to date. They provide complimentary amenities if case you forget to pack a last minute item. We missed breakfast time and still got to eat breakfast before leaving. We enjoyed our stay.

I was here for three nights on busines. Rooms are standard Hampton Inn quality, which is to say "Very nice. " The front desk staff were courteous and helpful with dinner suggestions and sightseeing tips. The pool area is open, but the pool has not been cleaned for the summer season, yet. Breakfast buffet was typical for a Hampton Inn, and as a frequent traveller, I was happy with it.

This is the nicest, cleanest, best run place to stay I've found so far near Kingsville. Seems like south of Corpus Christi other hotel chain's quality drops of precipitously but this Hampton Inn is an exception. It was very clean and had great people. One thing to note is that with any hotel near a highway the rooms on the highway side will get some road noise. Best to get a non-highway side room if available.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and there is about 100 TV channels. It's a good location (actually quiet despite close to the highway) and probably the best hotel in Kingsville. The breakfast is your typical Hampton Inn fare and the weight room was definitely adequate. Would stay here again next time I go.

Always clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast. One of the best places in Kingsville top stay the night. Rooms come with microwave and fridge. Cable TV, HOT water in the shower.

Its spectacular the beds and room are clean, love the pool and free breakfast … yes.

I stayed here on a business trip. It's nice n clean, beds are comfortable as wall.

We made a reservation to stay one night at the Hampton Inn on our way to South Padre with our children. The pictures of the pool on the website are very misleading. The pool was green and slimy and the manager said it was closed because he had to put chemicals in it. The whole reason to stop halfway on our trip was too relax in a nice hotel and the kids can swim so we were very upset that the pool was in such bad shape, it was unswimmable. So I asked for a refund and went to the Holiday Inn right across the freeway and it was very nice, with nice pool, exercise room and lots of choices for breakfast before we left. The one good thing I can say about Hampton Inn was my account was credited by the time I got back from my vacation.

My parents stayed here and I came to visit them. The rooms were current, the breakfast was very good, and the staff was very helpful. All in all a good place.
