Newly renovated rooms do not have the best air conditioning at this time. After an hour of waiting the rooms were still terribly hot. Had to switch to Super 8 that night.

If you're looking for a place just to lay your head after long day, then it's great. Newly remodeled rooms. New HVAC system. Nothing fancy, but at $70.00 for two beds and lots of pillows, it's great.

Rooms are decent, clean and no bad odors. Only issue I have is my key had to be rescanned to work with my room entry. As the second day there key stopped working… And would like if the weight room to stayed open till at least 11p. M. Instead of 10p. M.

I stayed here the first time in January. The AC unit was too loud for me to sleep. When I turned it off, it was too cold and I ended up not being able to sleep too well. I did not really mind that and decided to come back just this June to check the place out again. This time it was HORRIBLE. In addition to the loud AC unit, the hotel owner decided to host a party that night right by the pool, RIGHT BY MY ROOM. He and two more people were laughing so loud through the night and it took THREE phone calls to the front desk for them to finally leave AT MIDNIGHT. Even the owner DOES NOT CARE about his customers, why should we give him OUR MONEY?

By far my favorite hotel to stay in definitely recommend this place the rooms look good/ clean the beds are comfy and it's a great price!

Great stay and service except for the bathroom it was in need of some maintenence.

It is a good hotel considering the area overall. However, they have no sense of communication with their guests or any sense that the guests has any rights to know wether there is a construction happening while you are staying there. Also, they don’t feel obligated that their guests have the right to know that there is construction happening and there will be no water for showering. I just can’t accept “the construction worker didn’t tell us so we didn’t know” as a good excuse from the hotel staff. It is your business and you should know unless you do not care about your guests. P. S. The water came back and they told us that we have couple of minutes to take a shower. I felt like I am in army for training again and nothing like that I have paid for that service.

Quiet, nice breakfast 6:30-9:30, clean accommodations, friendly personnel. A late night vacancy, travelling w/2 teens, good price, it was a welcome sight!

Modest motel. The beds are suitable but not super comfortable. The rooms are a bit humid, but the entirety of Kingsville is humid. Great price for a quick place to stay.

Stayed there for some days. Wasn't too fancy but a nice hotel for d price.

I stayed for one night. The rooms are pretty clean and have that regular motel smell (not that I'm complaining). The bathrooms look pretty neat and the Wi-Fi is alright, although you may encounter issues on computers. The free breakfast looked a bit off-putting but it actually tasted good, so there's that!

I was there for a delivery to a room the place looked well kept and was currently in renovation so find the room took some time but I found it and th3y got their food so the day was saved.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. We had the worst experience. Thank God I didn't have my kids with me because the rooms had lots of bed bugs. They don't even deserve to be rated.

The room was not only clean, but comfortable as well. The pool looked so inviting, and decided to go for a swim. It was relaxing! Loved my stay at Econo Lodge. The staff were warm and friendly. They made me feel so at home. Overall a great experience! The manager was extremely kind and such a gentleman. Thank you Mr. Roy for your hospitality.

Staff was super kind. I broke my leg 2 weeks ago and husband was stuck working in Kingsville for an extended stay. I wanted to surprise him only to arrive and find out he was on the 2nd floor. Maintenance staff helped me to my room and the office staff even offered to come help me up to his room with my things.

This place needs some work and likely brand eroding for Econo Lodge. Might be time for a bulldozer. Staff was nice and very professional.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The free breakfast was better than most. It consisted of waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast, bagels, coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. They also had some fresh fruit. The room itself was average and nothing special but appropriate for the price. It is located next to highway but we did not notice any road noise. It is also only a short distance from several restaurants.

Dirty Carpet, Bathroom dirty, Lice, s found in pillows, stinks, Horrible Hotel I would not stay in a QualityInn again anywhere, Franchise should audit these people.

Was disgusting. Dead roaches smashed into shower wall. And floor to tub felt like it was going to cave in. Pool not clean. Dirty carpet go on to the comfort inn and pay a little more. This place is nasty.
