Wonderful place! The desk is so helpful. They provided everything we needed for our handicapped son. The breakfast is amazing. We definitely loved this place.

Typical Hampton Inn. Clean room, good breakfast. All good. Bill was a lot less than the quote. Surprised me!

Everyone was so kind to my wife and my mother-in-law with cancer. Hospitals are close to the hampton and they go above and beyond. We live in san antonio. Margarita was always so professional and helpful mr. Pope gracias, david gracias. And especially mr. And mrs. Ben thank you mercy gracias. So quiet time peaceful. I will highly recommend this hotel and hilton garden inn thank you.

I enjoyed the Hampton Inn in Katy. Good parking, good freeway access, clean hotel, nice rooms, good eateries around the hotel. Nice people.

Convenient location, friendly staff and clean hotel.

Stayed here from many years in a row attending an event at The Great Southwest Equestrian Center. Hotel is sufficient; however, my vehicle was broken into with nothing in it to steal, except snack food and water. I was told by the police officer that this was not a first at this hotel. I would have hoped they would have had cameras nearby, as I was parked by the side exit but they did not. I have heard many stories after the fact of tailgates being stolen, etc.

Room was nice, pool and hot tub is outside, the gym and the business center are on the frist floor down the hall from the front desk. Breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly cheerful helpful and all around great.

Clean room and bathroom! Friendly person at the counter and when I had to call later. Only reason it wasnt 5 stars was because the thermostat in my room wouldnt stay at the temp I needed and the breakfast was definitely… free. You get what you pay for with that I suppose. Ended up buying breakfast after I threw away the hotel waffle and fruit salad.

Staff is great. David was very helpful. Stephanie the GM hand wrote a note and placed in my room prior to my check in. I am at diamond level with Hilton so she recognized an opportunity to make a loyal guest feel appreciated. Hotel was clean. Lot of food choices close by. I will likely return.

This particular hotel has been in the location over ten years. Although the body is clean and the employees are pleasant, the rooms look a bit tired. The traffic patterns getting into the hotel are easy, but getting out is a bit difficult because one has to go around several blocks to get to the I-10 entrance.

Front desk was extremely friendly! Room was clean and comfortable and well temperature controlled. No annoying outside noise.

My fiance and I stayed 2 nights while visiting family in katy. They were overbooked, and even though I had made reservations 2 months prior, we had to wait 45 minutes at 10pm for a room. The ac unit was falling apart. The breakfast was the worst I have EVER had. On the second day, we came back to the room at 9pm to find that the turn down service had replaced towels but not the sheets, nor made the bed. The only chanel that worked was cspan. Not worth $100 a night.

I've never stayed here, but attend monthly events. Accommodations are very nice, the staff is friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn for several years around the Regional Championships at the Greater Southwest Equestrian Center. It is very conveniently located just a few miles up the road and easy to get to. The rooms are your typical mid-level hotel rooms, but nice and clean. The breakfast is okay, but not great. They could use some bacon or other meats on the menu.

Clean and comfortable. Very affordable. Right off of the highway and close to shopping and restaurants. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is centrally located. My room smelled of mold and had a dehumidifier in it. I suspect the AC sump pump went out sometime before my arrival… But they still rented the room.

Staff was friendly. Hotel lobby and room were exceptionally clean. Location is great for those needing quick interstate access.

The Hotel was really nice. It was listed as non-smoking it smelled like a a poof of smoke everywhere.

I have to say that by far this place was amazing. Jennie was absolutely wonderful. Jennie did not judge me… my daughter is ill and I had not spelt in two days, and I looked horrible. This room is so clean. I can't express how beautiful this room was. Thank you housekeeping for just providing clean and wonderful, it's obvious that they work so hard. Jennie was professional, and kind. I came here because my baby is going to pass on and this location is near my daughters hospital. I honestly can't say more than thank u Hampton for having Jennie on your payroll… ur lucky. Jennie thank u for not judging my appearance, and jennie thank u for being u. Hampton ur lucky.

Stayed overnight. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Convenient to nearby stores and restaurants. Would defenitely stay again.

I called the front desk and spoke to a Kerry Or Terry, asked if they were hiring and she says "well you can come fill out an application", I said "so does that mean you are hiring" she rudely replied, "that's not what I said, what I said was you can come fill out an application, Ok? Bye! " then hung up on me. How freaking rude can you be? I'll never go stay there with service like that.

Very nice and helpful staff. Room was comfy and the bed was really nice! The breakfast was a little disappointing for the standard of the rooms, but it did the job. Would stay again.

Staff are great. When I checked in, they immediately asked if I needed a wake up call. Saved me the time of calling later. My room was not ready, so they upgraded me to a king suite. Sweet! Jacuzzi tub with a phone mounted by the toilet! Where do you find that anymore? The room was clean and updated and the bed was VERY comfortable. The breakfast was so so, but I am not a big breakfast eater anyway. The dining area was clean and staff were there to welcome you. I would definitely stay again! You rock Hampton Inn!
