Excellent hotel. Good breakfast, comfortable, clean, large rooms. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I didn't want to get out of bed. Staff were awesome. Love this hotel. First class service.

Was pretty impressed that Best Western has made a Premier hotel. It was a very clean and nice property and the decor was very elegant. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very nice and the breakfast area was nice and clean. Seating was a bit limited, but overall we were impressed with all the options.

Centrally located with easy on and off the highway. Beautiful, new hotel. Very large room with huge bathroom. GREAT breakfast with made-to-order omelettes. The pool is very nice with a waterfall and hot tub, but small for the size of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

My daughter was getting married, so we had the rehearsal dinner at the hotel. Minerva and the rest of the staff were very supportive and helpful. Their attention Minerva showed my guest was 5 stars. This is the only hotel I will revisit on my next trip to Houston, TX. There are so many good restaurants in walking distance. I wish I had more than three days to stay there!

Very nice four-night stay in Katy, Texas. Beautiful pool with good (posted) hours and even more flexibility to use after-hours, if quiet. Terrific breakfast with made-to-order omelets and other hearty foods. Good coffee — should upgrade creamer to half-and-half — something like real dairy. Great value — spacious, clean, beautiful room and tiled bathroom. Good internet. Helpful, pleasant and pro-active staff. You won't be disappointed.

The Premier in Katy is AWESOME, well kept like new appearance. The staff ate friendly and knowledgeable. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Loved the omelette bar offered in the morning breakfast really sets it apart from some other BW I've states. Definitely recommend a stay and will return myself Bravo!

Fabulous hotel in Katy, TX. What hotel gives you a gift bag on arrival with two bottles of water and two bags of snacks? What hotel, besides the usual breakfast, has an omelet station? What hotel has large, beautifully appointed rooms and bathrooms? And all of this for around the $100 price point. If you guessed the Best Wester Premier Energy Corridor Hotel in Katy, Texas, you’d be spot on. It’s a 10 in my book and we are world travelers, so we’ve experienced the ridiculous to the sublime. I hope Best Western continues with their Premier category because it puts them right up there with the best of them. Highly recommend.

I stayed at The Best Western the night of June 9. The check-in process was very smooth and the front desk agent was very night and efficient. The lobby was clean and smelled good. The hotel room was great! It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep! I will return in the future and would definitely recommend this location to others. Thank you!

The room was a king size with a sofa bed. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. The staff were nice and let my husband and I to use the pool after hours. The complimentary breakfast was flavorful and there was a variety from hot eggs to waffles. This best western is the best hotel I have stayed at and I will definitely stay again.

There were enough WRONG things here to make us decide not to return. Cons: Dirty tile floors in room and bathroom. All website bathroom pictures show shower stall, but our room had tub/shower combo. The walls are very thin! We heard all conversations of our neighbors. Loud A/C unit. Poor lighting in bathroom, and terrible hair blow dryer. All breakfast items — sausage, eggs, potatoes, etc were COLD! It took the omelet guy 15 mins to make an omelet because he let the skillet get cold when nobody was requesting an omelet be made. Pros: pretty interior and pool area, nice front desk staff, spacious room with a refrigerator and a microwave.

Great hotel! The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is delicious. You can order an omelette or make your own waffles. I was very pleased with this hotel. Highly recommended. I will be sure to stay here whenever I’m in town.

I stay in my fair share of hotels due to work travel and I can honestly say this is one of the most comfortable and accommodating hotels I have ever been in for work purposes. This hotel in particular seems to be relatively new and modern. The rooms are very large, clean and well furnished. The value for what is provided is awesome as well. I booked this hotel for about $85, which to me was a deal, but of course the price changes with differing dates. The bed was so comfortable, I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. I hope I get another chance to stay at this location because I could use a good nights sleep again!

This is a fantastic hotel! It is very clean and well managed. The manager Dana Newman and her staff did an excellent job to make our stay very comfortable. Best hotel experience I've had in years. I cannot find one thing to complain about. The rooms were gorgeous and clean. All staff even housekeeping and wait staff were extremely nice.

Great place that helped rectify a horrible situation with customer service over phone. The rooms were nice, service was great, restaurant staff was so kind and helpful and she took us on a mini tour and they were genuinly kind and helpful. The entire staff was amazing. Breakfast had pretty much whatever you could ask for. Pool was lovely with hot tub; there wad even a sweet shop that's wad perfect for snacks or headaches!

Nice place for family. A lot of selection at breakfast. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Very clean. Close enough to businesses yet without congested traffic.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were so polite and helpful. The breakfast was free but the staff was amazing they treated my daughter so graciously. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.

Awesome! Very clean, spacious rooms, and lots of attention by the staff to detail. From the moment we walked in, Adam greeted me with a hello and "Merry Christmas" and was very helpful. Complimentary breakfast was the "full meal deal" with eggs, sausage, waffles, bacon, cereal, and more. The breakfast staff was also friendly and attentive. As we checked out, Chandi made sure we had enjoyed ourselves and explained each charge on the bill. Overall, a great experience in Houston, Texas. We'll be back.

This is a brand new hotel. Breakfast was excellent and also included an omelette station. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Fitness center was clean and had more options than most do. The staff was friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is managed very well. The desk staff has always been helpful and courteous. My wife and I have stayed there several times over the last two years. However, I will never stay here again. I made a reservation for three days, and had to cancel one week before the reservation. I was told my rate was a non-cancellation rate, and I must forfeit the entire cost of the three day stay. No considerations were offered such as credit for a future stay. I took up the issue with "customer care", the corporate center in Arizona. I have not received any call back from whomever made the decision in the management office at the Katy location.

Nice new property and good value for price paid. Breakfast has real eggs and omelet station so great bang for your buck. Huge selection of channels on TV. Would highly recommend staying while nice and new.

Wonderful stay at the hotel. Was here for visiting family in town, it was a great hotel to stay at. I had never thought Best Western could come up with something like this. We met Ms. Alejandra and Channi at desk with smiling face every time we passed by there. Mr. John and Ms. Minerva in kitchen were so nice helping with offering more breakfast if we like. Would return again n again. Keep up the staff!

We had a great first time experience here and we plan on coming back. The rooms are spacious and feel luxurious and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Alejandra at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. We woke up in time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast where Anthony made us a delicious omelette and even brought it out to us at the table. I had the best stay the the Best Western Premier. It was very convenient, super comfortable bed and the staff went above and beyond with accommodating to our group. We stayed for a wedding and they knew we had a large party coming in after the reception and reopened the bar just for us. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Great beds, spacious rooms, courteous staff, good food, great prices and our sales rep Dana went above and beyond. Will forever contact her for accommodations any chance we are back in the area! Oh and I must get my own pillow like yours! Ty!

Such a wonderful hotel. We stayed at this hotel for a family wedding recently and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience one of a kind. Many of us were from out of town and the staff helped make our trip to Katy Texas so pleasant & very welcoming! Awesome pool & bar area! The free breakfast was wonderful — many hot and cold options (even have an omelet station) which is always a selling point when we travel. I highly recommend trying this hotel out — you will NOT be disappointed!

My husband and I just spent the weekend at the Katy Texas location and we have never had a better stay at any hotel! The staff, the room, the decor, the food and atmosphere were class A. Everything was so clean and the bed was the most comfortable one we have ever slept in. From now on we will be staying at a Best Western Premier when on vacation. We stayed at this hotel while we did flood relief work in the Houston/Katy area. The staff worked hard to accommodate us at a great rate. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

My family was staying at this hotel during hurricane Harvey. Even with the inconvenience of the storm, they would not stop talking about how beautiful the hotel was and how amazing the staff were in such a chaotic atmosphere. They were so amazed by their manager Dana Newman. My family described her as wonder woman because she did everything physically possible to make a horrible situation the best she could for everyone. I couldn't imagine how hard it was for her during this time with her and her daughter staying in her office because their house was effected by the storm. My family couldn't believe how disrespectful some people were being towards her. She was running on no sleep (while keeping a smile on her face). She put everyone else before her and her daughter. I'm very thankful to this woman for keeping my family safe in time of need. My family and I will definitely be staying with your hotels again!

I have never wrote a review but had to after my stay at this hotel. This hotel helped my family during Hurricane Harvey feel at home. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed at and the staff is amazing! The manager Dana Newman truly knows how to manage a hotel. They had limited staff due to the Hurricane and did not skip a beat; I do not think Dana ever sleep, Amber and Alee did all day shifts. During our stay I heard Dana make several calls to get food for all the guest at the hotel, I watched her give new toys to children and many hugs to those in need. She even was sleeping in her office with her little girl, because she lost her home and had no family in Texas. This women never let her own pain show, she did not even take a guest room or eat the hotel breakfast for herself. Every time I seen her she was smiling and empathetic even when she was being repeatedly verbally abused and even assaulted by hotel guests. The breakfast staff Anthony did a great job even when guest where abusing the food buffet. He made sure we had food every morning when we came down. The rooms are large and so comfortable; the owner built the perfect hotel. I would like to thank Dana and her staff, this was a very stressful time and they remain claim and went above and beyond for everyone in the hotel. If I ever need a hotel near my home again this will be the one!

The staff, Dana, Gabriella and Manger Mr. Raju were above and beyond that level period. I stayed there three nights, with a super clean and healthy environment that I would recommend for any occasion! Thank you guys keep up the good work. My uncle & his family had to leave their home during & after Hurricane Harvey due to flooding. When my uncle tried to extend his stay due to the fact that he lost everything & his house was flooded. He has no where to go because his house is not accessible yet & even if he could get to his house there is still water so cant live there. Even if the water had receded, the house is not livable. With that being said, we called & spoke to the front desk & they said that the Mgr had called & expressly said that in no way are they to extend the stay of any guest staying in the hotel. I spoke to the Mgr… Raju. Once I explained how upset we were about him not allowing my uncle to stay when he had no where to go & considering my uncle is a paying guest. After a long conversation that included me threating to write a letter to customer service, facebook, the media, etc he agreed to look at his inventory to see what he could do. The next day he spoke with my uncle & extended his stay to Sept 5th. My uncle called me this morning, Sept 1st & asked me to help him find a place to stay. I asked him what happened that I thought the Mgr extended his stay. He said he did but that the employees kept going back & forth about him staying to the 5th & giving him a hard time about it. Basically pressuring him to leave. I called & found out that their current rates have gone up to about $170/night, and they had a group come in to help with the recovery on a corporate rate.

This was my first stay at a premier and it was well worth it! This is a extremely clean hotel with an awesome modern design. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone who is in the area!

This was our first time staying here & what was supposed to be a one night stay turned out to two my family & I were beyond pleased with the rooms they're very spacious, clean & neat, the front desk staff is so very friendly & sweet, their pool is absolutely beautiful we truly enjoyed it! The breakfast is one of the BEST & my husband really liked the fact that they have night Sercutity … we got to meet a couple of housekeepers Minerva & Wendy very friendly & great ladies … many stores & restaurants are close by so that's definitely a plus! Keep up the Great work.

Our family booked four rooms, during the first week of June, for our daughter's wedding. The wedding was not in our hometown, but the comfort, the modern but elegant decor, and especially the staff, all made our days before our daughter's wedding much happier. We feel that our family could not have chosen a more supportive and enjoyable place to stay during this week. We thank you.

My family and I got two rooms (one Double and one King) here last Saturday night while visiting my boyfriend's parents. It was conveniently located 10 minutes north of their house and around many places to eat and shop. We loved the modern decor and cleanliness of the rooms. They also had a nice fitness center and pool. The breakfast is early from 6:30-9:30am but totally worth it (eggs, waffles, pastries, hash browns, sausage, bacon, coffee, etc. ). The beds were comfy and each room had a sofa which I thought was convenient too. The showers were amazing. Water pressure was perfect and temperate was superb. We all felt like the shower/bath made us relax and we didn't want to get out! If you can get a room for around $100-$125 from Hotwire or Expedia like we did, it is worth it, in my mind. I would stay here again when visiting Katy.

Great hotel, gorgeous with friendly people running it. Room was huge modern and clean. Bar was nice breakfast was way above any I have had from any other Best Western highly recommend this place.

Upon arriving the workers was really nice, the rooms are great, my only concern is there are no house keeper available to clean up and accident and I experienced that from a girl getting sick and threw up. The front just told me to wait till check out before they could do anything. Also they allow kids to charge to your room without your knowledge just be mindful. Also the general manager calla me to tell me I'm responsible for damages which I'm not. He was only concerned about the room being new.

We stayed here a few weeks ago and we were very pleased. The customer service was excellent and it is very clean. We will be staying there again. It's also in a great location with many restaurants near by. Also, they have security in the parking area over night so that you know your car is safe!

New and clean. Very nice staff. Quiet property and great breakfast buffet. There are no dinner options in the hotel but there are several restaurants within walking distance. Really good restaurants. I would definitely go back.
