This was the best hotel bed I've ever slept on. Plenty of pillows and blankets. The breakfast was wonderful. We had a two bed room which was lovely and roomy. The desk were super helpful. I even forgot my blouse in the closet and they mailed it to me right away. Highly recommend if you are in the Katy area. I will be returning on my next trip!

Great place to stay! The whole staff is very friendly and helpful if you ever need anything! The rooms are very clean! They have a wonderful pool and hot tub area and it is always clean and kept up with! I would definitely stay at this hotel whenever I am in this area. They also have many stores and attractions which are walking distance which makes it easier to get around!

This hotel was amazing. The smell when we walked in was pleasant and inviting. The entire building was clean. Our room was large and very nice. They had the most comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this to all travelers. The price was very affordable. I felt like I was paying for a 2 star hotel, but got the benefit of a 5 star. This place was AMAZING!

We stay at this hotel when visiting our daughter. The hotel is very nice and the front desk staff is friendly. The breakfast has a variety of choices. The only thing I don’t like is it a little pricey.

My family and I always stay at this hotel because it is conveniently close to my college. This is an amazing hotel. Beds were comfortable, always clean, nice employees, good area, and overall great service. The only thing I can complain about is that the breakfast is only decent but still good! My family and I will always come back.

There for 3 months after hurricane Harvey. Great friendly staff, treated us with compassion under our circumstances. Would recommend them highly.

This is a great place to stay. The beds were nice and soft. The air conditioning was phenomenal. With a family of four had to good size queen beds. Hot water in the mornings was great never ran out all four of us were able to shower in hot water never ran out. Breakfast the next morning was really good the lady in charge of it kept at full of hot eggs, bacon, and is always there were waffles you could make actually saw the lady helping kids make their own just a great place enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this particular Best Western to anybody going through the Katy area.

Nice hotel easy on and off. Several dinning options near by. Very clean rooms and nice staff. Stay got cut short due to weather. They easily refunded the extra days I wasn't able to stay. Would diffently stay here if in area again.

Talk about a home away from home! I have never felt so welcome by everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, even maintenance. These people put "BEST" in Best Western.

Good clean hotel. — AWFUL blue-white lights in the hallways and rooms! Not ONE warm soft white light in the building! It's like an institution with the bad lighting. Makes it not homey at all. Bad breakfast — only hot food was eggs, sausage & pancakes/waffles. (No potatoes or biscuits, no gravy or bacon) and very few choices in regards to muffins or bread our cereal. For $170 (after taxes and fees) I expected a better experience over all.

The Hotel staff was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and make your stay comfortable and inviting. Its like a huge family. Anything I needed or requested was taken care of in less than 3 minutes. They're AWESOME!

If you have any family or friends coming to Katy TX and need a place to stay — I recommend this place. My Mom and her husband have been there since August 25th due to the impending hurricane The place is kept so nice and clean and the entire Staff has been exceptionally wonderful.

The hotel was in a great location near mall and several eating establishments. The room was clean and nice and air conditioning was cold. The complimentary breakfast was great with several hot/cold options. I would definitely stay here again.

We stay frequently at this hotel and have always been very pleased. The only thing this time (and not a big deal) was the shower head had a small crack that sprayed over the shower curtain and soaked the door and floor. Wash cloth over shower head worked perfectly. Did report it at check-out. Really pleased with this hotel!

Our AC went out so we had to stay at this hotel the last 2 nights, all I can say is Thank God for Best Western! This location is clean and modern, the staff is super friendly and efficient, and the rates as a member are extremely affordable! By being a Rewards Member (which is free) I received a reduced rate which really helped with my unexpected stay. On my second night I mentioned to the front desk associate that the breakfast the morning before had been amazingly delicious, so she gave us complimentary waters and snacks, so so so nice! Little things like that go a long way and make people like me want to be a customer for life. And let me just say, the breakfast that Annabelle made both mornings was fantastic! All the food was hot, delicious, and perfectly prepared, my kids even ate way more than they usually do for breakfast, as did I. Thank you to the staff at this location, you are all awesome and appreciated!

Beautiful hotel! Wonderful staff! When you walk in your greeted with a smile and wonderful customer service. We were able to get an upgrade to a suite, man. Just beautiful! The breakfast is hot and fresh! Just a wonderful experience! We will return soon!

Great hotel. Very clean and the beds are really comfortable. Located close to Katy Mills Mall for that all important shopping. The lady at the front desk, Marisela Suarez, went out of her way to make our stay a great one. I didn't use the fitness facility or the breakfast, but judging from what I saw when I was there, I'm sure they are top notch too. You can't go wrong with this hotel.

Wow! Who knew a hot breakfast buffet would actually be good! The Chef Brad who made it cared and you could taste it! Crispy bacon perfect scrambled eggs even shredded cheese to make an egg sandwich. Typically I have low expectations for free hotel breakfast — this was a nice surprise. Even fresh fruit and great tea selection. Clean rooms smelled great not chemically and soft pillows.

Will stay at this hotel it was clean, the staff was friendly, convenient to local store, but lots of outsiders coming out of parking lot to the pool area. We witnessed are young lady and shorts coming out of the back office talking to the clerk at the desk when we stayed. We witnessed 5 females come to the pool area and setting in the pool area and taking selfies and posting stuff on the internet via their cell phones. They did then gather their belongings and walk out through the hotel passed front desk to their cars to leave. Price was good but with all the unregistered guests coming in and out makes you wonder.

Girl at front desk doesnt know what shes doing. Wanted the room under bussines cant do it and when I wanted to pay with bussines card manager asked for a personal card also to put on file, why? Simple answered in case there is something wrong with your bussiness card. I laughed ok im gonna pay for it with it how can there be somethibg wrong w it if im pying for the room w it. I travel allot and Oh well I always stayed at best western all over US not anymore.

We unfortunately had an issue come up with our reservation and weren't able to use the Best Western on this evening. I wanted to thank the management for being understanding of our situation and taking care of us even though we did not have the chance to stay there. Been driving across country for my brothers wedding, we've been in the car for 10 & 12 hour days. I inquired if the desk clerk Nicole, where the pool & got tub were located, was told they were outside without any direction as to where. Then I was told the hot tub was off and if I would like to use it let them know & they would turn it on, as if my inquiry wasn't stating my desire to use it. This was at 7:30pm, I was all told the pool area closed at 10 pm, having owned a hot tub I know there's no way it could be heated up before closing. We went to a better hotel going to have these amenities available to us. To top this off, my step father is disabled and we had the handicap suite which is located next to the elevators, which are extremely loud and moving all night. One would think the storage closets could be located there instead of a room. I suppose handicap people don't need quiet to sleep.
