My stay at this place was relatively good. Didn't really have any issues. I would say for the type of hotel it was and my experience at staying with them in other cities that the price was a little to high compared to others I have stayed at. Also, the location on this particular hotel wasn't in the best area of the particular town that I was in. It was located in the run down lower income section of the suburb part of Houston. The room however was nice and clean. I did have minor issues such as the batteries were dead in the remote control and didn't realize it until I was changed into my night clothes and already in bed. Their ice machine was broke. Not sure if it still is now but it was at the time that I stayed there. They don't have a candy machine, but they do have small snacks that they sell at the lobby desk at ridiculous prices. I have noticed that most of the hotels in the Houston area don't have snack vending machines they all sell snacks at the check in desk, and they double the price. They are so expensive. Also, I noticed that a lot of the people that were staying at this hotel you could tell that they had been staying there for a while like they had no where else to live, so they were temporarily living there and there were a lot of kids. You could hear them screaming being loud at all times of the day. My stay here was short however and I didn't have to put up with it for too long.

This was the best Super 8 that we have stayed in over the years. Very clean with excellent staff. Location made access to the Intercontinental Airport very convenient.

Overall was a great place to stay, I only had two complaints, thought the room was clean, it smelled badly of stale cigarettes (It was a non-smoking room) the bed spread had cigarette burns in it. Also the loveseat had cigarette burns in it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable (it was super firm). If they were to correct these issues then this would get five stars from me. The staff were very friendly and I felt safe. Overall it was fine for a few days.

The family that runs it has everything very clean and taken care of. We were very comfortable. You have to drive to get to the shops or restaurants but it's worth it. It's all very well.

Beautiful hotel, makes a neat impression.
One drawback: Very very loud as it is right on the highway and which has a concrete carriageway, so the driving sounds are really very loud.

Very noise place, you can sleep if you tired very much.

Newer building featuring modern and clean, comfortable affordable accommodations. Would recommend.

A little more expensive then the surrounding hotels. But nice rooms. But nosey staff.

Exceptionally clean, maintained, well furnished (small fridge and microwave) and without the cost to go with it. Highly recommended.

Room isn't bad, has a smoke smell and there is no coffee pot but coffee and cups? but bed is comfy. There is urine on the base of the toilet but the staff is really nice. You get what you pay for. But for less than 60 it's not horrible.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room is very neat, all amenities working perfectly well, the staff very friendly and often ready to assist where required. The internet speed was very good so I could do most of my paper works without issues. I will definitely stay at this property when next I am in Houston.

It's was nice for the most part. Hot tube needs to be clean water was kinda green, the free breakfast wasn't any good. The clean up crew older lady and her husband are so sweet and loving. They really make the place what it is.

Unfriendly, incompetent staff. Penetrating smell in the rooms. Coffee service, but no cups. Cockroach in the bathroom. Horrible.

I have stayed here several times and it's good basic accommodation. Never has a problem here. Pretty quiet for the most part and the Wi-Fi has always worked for me.

Walked to meet my girlfriend and stopped in at the front desk to use the Wi-Fi. Very clean, the man that was working was very friendly and nice to allow me to log into the Wi-Fi. Never rented a room from there.

It was a nice room & restroom but the service wasnt as good as expexted.

Very poor service from the front desk personnel. Pool area locked & front staff could not tell us why or when pool was going to be available.

Service was standard yet friendly, cleanliness was good, lighting in the room was atrocious. Please get better colored lightbulbs… The pure white fluorescents are not calming at all and make me feel like I'm in a medical environment. Bed was comfortable no signs of vermin or infestation. Saw a few unsavory people but the lobby made sure my room was distant from theirs which was appreciated. Hotel is close to the highway to downtown and Denny's so that was good.

Never staying here again. I stayed here a year ago for a week and rates were fine. This time we arrived from out of state at 5:00 am and was charged $76 till noon for a king bed. So ridiculous and not worth it.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Linen is a little stained.

It was clean but horrible costumer service. Came all the way from another side of town for a rude welcome. In my opinion customer service should be helpful and friendly.

The room was cleaned poorly. Mirrors smudged and sink and tub not cleaned well at all. Breakfast area was very clean compared to the rooms. The breakfast was mostly carbs other than apples.
