Bedding and towels not cleaned the best, pillow cases dingy. Cigarette burns in sheets and blankets. Cable and Wi-fi the worst especially Wi-Fi. Maintenance sucks.

Actually turns out to be not the place that I visited… My apologies… I was referring to the Best West Inn at Laporte.

Better inside the rooms than expected from outside aesthetic. Other guests were a bit undesirable.

It was nice. Somewhat noisy at times, but nothing too bad!

Very close to all amenities. Nice and clean. Priced right.

The place is ok for the price, the staff are really nice which is a plus, sometimes you see people hanging around the stairs and cooking on the balcony. Overall it’s ok.

Strict about check in time. Cheaper rooms are up stairs. No elevator. Clientele are not as sketchy as the neighborhood would suggest. Immaculate pool. For a cheap hotel it is what it is.

Hate it theres roaches and mice… the maids mayra Ortiz and Mary Martinez are complete opposite they clean rooms and flirt with your husband's. There rude they will talk about you in Spanish thinking you don't know … the maids those 2 have stolen items from my room and I have reported them and there has been no action … Trying to talk to the owner is no help he is never there worst place ever I do not recommend at all. Not kid or family friendly to many drug addicts and selling drugs besides the ratchet cleaning ladies.

The employees at Houston Inn & Suites are very nice! I have dealt with them off & on, for about five or six years & they are my go-to when visiting on a tight budget! I have seen reviews talking about how they treat mixed marriages indifferent, but I am a white wife to a black man & have two beautiful mixed kids & have had absolutely no trouble with racism! I know that this hotel is very budget friendly & is ran by Hispanics & they don't play when they know about any kind of drug of violent activities. They get rid of tenants quick if they see a problem because they want to stay budget friendly for the tenant's sake; therefore, it's a 0 tolerance for all stupidity! Also, Houston is very humid, so Houston, itself, has water bugs, not just Houston Inn & Suites, but the staff & employees keep the bug issue down the best they can for Houston… There is Wi-Fi, but just like anywhere else, it can get overloaded sometimes & be slow. Everything you get here is normal. Especially for the price. We paid $65 + tax. That's budget friendly & safe. And if you see any activity, which people are people & they will definitely try it just like anywhere else; call the front desk & let them know. The manager is awesome & takes care of things like that. She is awesome! I think I have covered everything… fridge, microwave, free Wi-Fi, free parking & coffee in the morning in the lobby!

Clean pool Wi-Fi is okay decent price for the room Walmart is across the street and plenty of places to eat nearby.

Kids running around like they were on crack couldnt sleep for damn sec.

Rate 1 star. Dirty room. No blanket on bed except sheet n comforter. Hope in bottom sheet n dries old blood again on top sheet! Hope the place doesn't have bed bugs! Dead roaches in tub n bathroom floor. Big gap in front door of room. Security latch I could pull off the frame myself! Not worth the money for sure! DO NOT STAY HERE!

It fails much the internet but they are friendly those who work there.

Don't leave food out roaches will be waiting for it.

Really nice place for the price… staff is wonderful… from owner on down. Has a Walmart nearby and restaurants.

Ac works good beds ok has a few roaches in the restroom microwave don't work.

The hotel is a very nice place but the rooms and beds had many odd stains I requested for a room change but instead of getting a two king size bed room I got a room with one bed … but other then that everything went smoothe overall, a good hotel.

Good place. Remodel rooms. Good pool. Refrigerators and microwaves.

It said pool well it wasn't swim worthy closed the whole time and when asked it supposed to be clean next day they were rude when you asked about pool I had to ask twice. Sorriest room ever. They false advertising say they got this and that but they don't.

I just stayed here overnight. It was okay, nothing fancy, nothing terrible. Wish they offered a continental breakfast though.

Terrible. Especially staff was really inefficient and non-cooperative. It lacks basic facilities of a hotel.

Its not the Hamptons, but I was able to get a good night sleep and the room was clean.

The service was not great the Ron was clean it has a good location right off of 45

There was roaches everywhere. Way too expensive for the dump. Even at just $65 a night.

Rooms are a nice size. Good A. C. They do offer free Wi-Fi, but it isn't very good.

Had a cockroach problem when I stayed there. So if you eat inside the room, be wary of that. Other than that it's a good enough place. Has restaurants and a walmart in the area. It's close to a bus stop too.

It was not that bad (FOR THE PRICE). They can use a little touch up and bigger bathrooms, cleaner pool & carpet, but our overall experience was not bad. No one broke into our vehicle or had any problems with anyone around the area, but you can hear almost everything the neighbors are doing…
