I can't stand up good things about this hospital and their staffing. Their nurses, security officers, and Drs. Have treated my mother without most respect and dignity while she's been going through everything there and even myself they have been very helpful answering all my questions and the rest of my family questions. From the time I'm all got to the ICU here the nurses down there are the best and when she got her procedure done the doctor was very helpful and knowing we didn't know a lot of technical terms and stuff he answered all the questions they are very attentive to my mother and we got into a room there just keep checking on her and making sure she's okay and everything. Like I said I just can't stand up good things about this hospital maybe it's a very good good hospital.
The absolute worst. I wonder if the CEO knows how they mistreat their patients and the security are there talking with front desk lady about other patients and we can hear everything including room #. I did a review on this place last year and they have lived up to the review. I arrived by ambulance vomiting and in pain around 2200. I was completely dismissed. There was NO who came to speak to me, I was just dropped in the waiting room. I was 4 people ahead of me and I am begging for help. There was no Stat ECG, I ask did they need urine and the front desk said oh yes after 1.5 hours of waiting. An old lady come in complaining of chest pain and receive an ECG immediately. A couple were involved in an accident but was seen right away. I was not considered and the lady at the front desk (Pam H. RN) she stated they put me as Upper Gastric. If the hospital does not have the staff go on ER divert so the ambulance shouldn't come to the center. I shall have my doctor and lawyer involved to see what are my options because instead of being treated as a patient, we are being treated as a number or just a no one. I am a medical assistant and worked a Memorial Hermann TMC. I know work when I see it. People are taking their time. She ask for an ECG for another patient 3xs. She's the only one that seems to care, while everyone else is walking slow or on their phones. She said she will put a line in but never have. She gave me meds finally 0053.
