For fifty bucks it was great. The bed was comfortable, but a little squeaky. The shower and restroom was clean and worked well. Motels with nice landscaping are almost always fine.

Very accommodating staff. Very nice. Snack tray was great. Very cute off the beaten path area. Get your groceries in town about 60 miles away and use excellent fridge and freezer provided to keep it all cold. Microwave worked great. Air conditioner worked great. Room made me feel like I traveled back in time. They let us have our 2 large dogs in the room for fair price and were accommodating to our religious preferences regarding Shabbat.

Perfect little small desert town inn. If you are peddling through and need a place to stay this is the place for you as Danny tries to look out for cyclists. The service is really top notch.

Fantastic spot! Bike touring Across the US and decided to take a rest day in Sanderson, so glad we did! The staff at the Budget Inn were so kind and helpful! Even gave us a homemade meal! Can’t recommend Budget Inn enough!

Speaking to customer service has been an absolute nightmare. I have never been treated so rudely on the phone in my life. While trying to explain the issue I was having (in regards to cancelling a mistaken reservation), the man I was speaking to consistently tried to tell me to stop talking because I was "giving him too many problems" and "I can't help you if you're being rude". I would love to have this issue fixed, but until then I cannot stress enough how rude the staff has been to me.

We did a 13 mile hike at Big Bend and needed a room for the night before heading East. This place far exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. We've gotten far less for more money. The room was clean and spacious. They gave us a tray of FREE SNACKS. The Wi-Fi was actually decent. The shower was hot. And the bed was king sized. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with plenty of cups also. Highly recommended for anyone needing a place.

Best place in Sanderson, good rates and service. Won't ever stay at any other hotel in Sanderson.

We did a long road trip with lot of hotel stays and Danny’s hospitality is what stayed with us. We stayed here for travel to Big Bend National Park and this was a perfect location. Nice rooms, inexpensive and clean with microwave/refrigerator. We also got to taste some amazing Indian food. Absolutely recommended.

I have stayed at this motel every time I'm in the area and I will definitely stay there again. The people managing it are incredibly nice. In such a small town it's nice to find a place to stay that makes you feel safe and right at home. Definitely recommend staying there. :)

This is Mustang John and my stay was pleasant, the scenery was beautiful and the service was great! I recommend the stay, it’s right across the street from the only bar in Sanderson, so need to drink and drive.

Stayed one night while passing through the region. Desk clerk was friendly. Motel is dated but the room was clean and overall was a quiet property. Windows were painted shut, toilet flapper valve leaked. In Del Rio same type of room would cost $40 instead of $60. Price you pay for proximity to Big Bend. I would stay there again.

Simple accommodation, clean, and extra special customer care from Danny, including some delicious home cooked Indian food which was most appreciated by our crew of four hungry cyclists.

Their no words to express my sincere gratitude. Danny! Has become part of our family. We have been staying their for years. You wont find a better man with a big heart. My grandkids love him. Our last stay was a month ago when my mom past away. Knowing that we would be late on checking. Out. Danny and his family didn't rush us and at that we had snack's in our clean room. I usually dont leave a review but this place was so awesome that im leaving a good review here! Service was great and the room was clean. They also have good Wi-Fi! Overall I really enjoyed staying here and will likely come back here again during my trip to the west.

Wonderful place to stay! Danny is very nice and there is a little tray of snacks on the bed when you get into your room. I will continue to stay here when I come to town yearly for Snake Days.

During my Bicycle Tour to big bend, I stayed two nights. The rooms are large enough for my bicycle and gear, the prices are reasonable. And the service is very friendly. Received a fresh bottle of chilled water when I arrived, and snacks later on once I settled in. The beds are huge and can accommodate a large horse. Would check in again, only because the clerk was so nice. He offered to share his vegetarian meals, and was insistent on making sure I was comfortable. Sweet guy.

Budget inn was INCREDIBLE. The staff is so friendly, the price is so reasonable, and they give you free refreshments. I stopped here on my cycle trip across the U. S. And after cycling in the sun for 6 hours, it was so nice to receive some free water, Powerade, and soda. Thy even gave me complimentary home made Indian food, which was AMAZING. Love this place! ❤️

The staff is amazingly friendly, the price is incredibly reasonable, and they served me delicious home made Indian food on the house! Wow! After cycling for 6 hours all day, it was so pleasant to come here. I highly recommend budget inn.

Although we were late to check in after visiting Big Bend National Park, the manager was very accomodating. Since all restaurants were closed by the time we reached Sanderson, they were kind enough to serve us delicious home made food. We thoroughly enjoyed their kind hospitality and we will definitely stay here when we visit Big Bend again.

Came late after a good day travelling and biking. We had a very warm welcome, had the pleasure to receive good and delicious indian food, made the mother of the owner. How special and thoughtful — would recommend to stay!

Had the pleasure of staying at Budget Inn, Sanderson whilst on a cross country cycle tour. Had a great night sleep and Danny was so friendly and generous, even treated us to dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect stay in this hotel. The host Danny is an amazing and very very kind person. He was so helpful and thoughtful. We will definitely go back if we come back to this area. This is the best stop you can do while going to Big Bend NP.

We decided to spent 2 nights here mainly because of the reviews, and they were 100% right. This is a gem of a motel in Sanderson, probably the best experience we have had on our trip so far. Danny does everything he can to make your stay enjoyable. The room was well equipped and clean, and the bed very comfortable. If you are in the area, this is the only place to stay.

We are very happy to have stayed at Budget Inn Sanderson. Danny, the manager, made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. He strived to make sure that we had all we needed. He even prepared some traditional Indian chai in the morning for us. There is nothing bad we can say about this place. Our stay was a 5-star experience. Keep up the good work Danny!
