Stayed in June with my husband and the hotel stay was ok, close to a lot of restaurants. Came back to the Valley this last weekend with our kids and other family and the hotel is going down hill. The pool was green and disgusting and had a dead bird floating. Some of the electrical plugs in the lobby are loose and coming out of the wall. Our hotel room door wouldn’t close all the way unless you slammed it. Some of the staff seemed pissed to be at work, one in particular had major attitude and acted like the manager! Won’t be staying again, there are plenty of other nice hotels all around this one!

Great location everything is close by, great staff always have a smile on their faces! Has a kinda home feel. I love the prices nice and clean!

For the most part it was a nice location, my only complaint is their lack of amenities. There was no fridge or safe in our room.

This property is next to the highway but the noise cannot be heard in the room. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Good variety of breakfast items.

Nothing a prime location as of yet. Construction is still going on around it. When construction is finished you'll make access easier to get to. Event was satisfactory but only expect to get better in the future.

Bed was not as comfortable as I expected. Nice place. Clean.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in a standard room without a fridge or microwave. The room was clean. There were outlets located on the lamps but one by the bed did not work. Fortunately, another outlet was free. The lighting was reasonable. The TV was relatively small for the distance from the bed. No pen or note paper on the desk. The room was fairly quiet although you could hear showers and voices in the morning.

Great place to spend an unforgettable night with your partner.

Had some issues with the door lock battery needing to be replaced — — and the heater went out in the middle of the night … but other than that, the room was spacious, clean, and conformable.

Rooms and people at the front desk were great. Really made being away from home for work an enjoyable experience. The hot tub hours are no exception but they were posted so no big deal.

Great stay. Loved the parrots roost behind the hotel. Lovely pool too.

I travel a lot for work and all of the Hamptons I have been to are very accommodating. Not only are they easy to work with, but if they make any mistakes along the way, they work to fix the problem. I always appreciate how personable each employee is. At this particular location the front-desk person was not very friendly, but everyone else I worked alongside was very helpful. I love Hilton brands and especially the Hampton Inn!

Awesome service over the past six weeks! You made me feel right at home. Where do I begin? Jessica, Gen. Mgr. And Gloria, Sales Mgr. Were awesome and as with many organizations, the positive attributes can be seen throughout the house! The front desk folks are excellent — Raul, Lizette, Karina and Vanessa. Housekeepers — Francie, Alma and Nina. Maintenance — George and Tito. Food service — Eli and Che. And so many more. What an awesome team. Enjoyed my stay with you all! Located close to airport. Nice rooms. Free breakfast. No complaints.

I was only here to make a delivery but staff was courteous and establishment was clean.

Very easy to get to, check in and check out is quick. The comfortable room, the Alberta fit for the family. Full breakfast and a good price. Highly recommended.

Spectacular! My granddaughters and I are enjoying the stay. After going shopping and having fun at the park. We needed a place to call home at least for overnight stay. We have been staying at Hampton Inn on and off for almost 4 years. Why? It's immaculate everything is clean, neat, no leaks drip drip, towels smell so clean, comfortable bedding, plenty of room, it's got everything we need. Thank you! Again!

Love the Elite member rewards. Great Place overall! The staff is friendly and attentive. The location is great. The breakfast eggs need work though. They were pretty dry and rubbery. Other than that good place!

It was ok but not as good as two trees suites so I give it a 4 stars although they where good with service.

Great hotel! Clean rooms and great customer service. Hotel is 5 mins from just about anything from food, shopping and entertainment. I stay here every time I am in the area and would not stay anywhere else.

Nice place. Very friendly staff. Parking near doors around hotel makes for quick easy access. Comfy beds.
