Would have been five stars but not tub had soap in it and management didn't clear it!

Room was clean. Location is close to mall and airport. Pool was a bit small. Service was great and prompt.

Excellent place to stay. We happened to be in McAllen for a HS wrestling tournament and the accommodations were great! Everything within the room was properly organized and clean. Good breakfast in the mornings.

Amazing stay! Great staff, room, pool, jacuzzi everything! Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Refrigerator did not work well enough.

Bad TV reception on every TV there I was told … not good. And the tub you see in website isn't even available.

A clean and cozy hotel near the freeway and close to some shopping malls which makes it easy to walk and do your shopping.

Convenient location and nice staff.

Mattress was a bit squishy for my taste. There are newer hotels in the area in the same category for less money so I would recommend looking around unless you need a hotel in walking distance from airport. Bathroom does not have an exhaust so room would smell damp after showering. Drains were slow. Maid did a great job. Room was clean and kept clean, and staff super nice and helpful. Will try other options on my next trip to McAllen before staying here again.

I'm actually staying here at the moment, and today is our second day … You'd think when a paying customer goes down stairs to ask for 2 throw away plates the woman at front desk would be nice enough to go around back & get them for my husband but no she didn't. Everything was perfect with the gentleman that was on shift last night, he was nice and curteous. It would've been a 5 ★

Clean hotel, good location, and near restaurants. The free breakfast is much better than many other nearby hotels. Rooms are comfy and large! Will stay here more often.

Very standard stay, the main point of this hotel its the location, is very close to the mall, many restaurants and to the airport. Would stay again.

This is a great location close to the airport with easy access to the freeways. Lots of shopping very close by including the Mall.

Room was clean and spacious. It was a quiet atmosphere. Close to the mall.

The Fairfield Inn convinced US because of its great location in Mcallen. Its located right across the Plaza Mall, the main shopping center of Mcallen. The breakfast was good and the rooms were old but well taken care of. A big plus during the winter was the indoor pool.

One of the BEST place to stay in McAllen. Rooms are BIG & SPACIOUS. Cleanliness is legit. Location is very strategic. Awesome place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

It was ok I guess, didnt like that the tube was clogged and had a hard time getting clean towels.

Rooms are and feel extremely clean. Check in / front desk are very attentive. Great airport/mall locations, just minutes or actually walking distance. Full breakfast. Only downside has a small indoor pool then other Marriotts we have stayed on, but still worked out great.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The room was spacious. We loved the free breakfast. The pool is indoor with a hot tub. There is also a laundry room and business center if you need it. Overall it was a great stay. We enjoyed our time.

We stay here at least twice a year, for several days at a time. Great staff, great service, and clean rooms keep us coming back again and again. I have back/hip/joint issues; staff goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs/requests Complimentary continental breakfast offers a variety of breads, fruit, cereals, yogurts; proteins offered also vary from day to day.

Horrible Internet speed. And I mean painful. Great looking place. Super nice people. Clean. And all that. But for the love of god. Don't come here if you are working. You will suffer with communications.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over the weekend and I really enjoyed it. The people were very friendly, the hotel was very clean and looked recently updated. I'll be back to McAllen in August and I intend on staying there again. -Marti.
