Great staff and GM. This is the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed and I have used many of them around the United States.

The staff was helpful. My first room was musky smelling and I was worried but the nice gentleman at the front desk made me feel like he understood. He agreed to show me another room before transferring me and he offered to show me two and let me picked. Both the rooms he showed me were great, just the one room with an issue. My daughter and I were in town for a funeral so his kind gesture of human compassion made our weekend. Definitely give this place a try. They also have a cool pancake maker to try out.

3 words can describe this place… Scabies and Bed Bugs. I have spent 20 years in the ER and started as a medic. I have had neither, after my stay here, I have both! Never again!

The breakfast they advertise is not what they serve but it is a small continental breakfast that was pretty great. Friendly staff, clean, and easy to get to. Will be staying here again.

Great in and out experience. Everything was in order and even with late arrival our room was still reserved.

Nice clean facility. Perfect convenience place to stay on our road trip. The complementary breakfast was very nice and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Customer service was great as well.

After making the proper adjustments to fix issues with room rate and not having a privacy curtain. It was an ok stay. Unfortunately this hotel was the best one in the area and is rated as a 2 star hotel & they were charging 147.00 per night! It was going to cost us almost 400.00 for a 2 night stay! We were entitled to the state rate but werent able to get it, they did discount the 3 rooms I had reserved and they comped me 1 nights stay for not having a privacy curtain (they had to cover the window with a sheet). Breakfast was decent and the hotel was clean. The hotel in general is decent just not worth 150.00 a night.

I am an over the road truck driver. The hotel was booked solid, and I had just spent the last 3 days in my truck driving from New York, and the wonderful staff here gave me a day pass to swim in the pool and use their gym… for free. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I will book here every time I am in town. Thanks for your kindness and see you again soon!

The employees were rude and dismissive. There is no hot tub even though one is listed in the amenities portion of every piece of hotel information, including the hallway signs. There were also no vending machines, even though there were still directional signs pointing toward them. The pool was ice cold to the point that a 13yr old boy who's ONLY request on his entire trip was to swim, couldn't handle being in the water for more than five minutes without his lips turning dark blue. The Wi-Fi was difficult if not impossible to use. The guest sharing my room, got some sort of bug bite during the night, and the breakfast was lack-luster at best (other than the cinnamon rolls, those are always good). Also I would not recommend drinking coffee with their liquid creamer in it, they leave the bottles sitting out all night. I always choose to stay at Holiday Inn, anytime I travel, but I MUST SAY, I would recommend anyone I know, even those I dislike, to stay somewhere else. The situation was that bad. Especially for the amount of money they charge, when you get NONE of the amenities. Disappointment abounds.

Rooms are maintained and comfortable. Doors have added security. Close to good resturants and shopping. Easily accessed from interstate.

Great clean friendly place to be. The staff is very professional. Pets are allowed there is a pet fee tho. Not sure how much the pet fee. The room is very large. There have free breakfest muffins pancakes cereal. They do have soda and sports drinks for sale as well as snacks. The hotel offers a swimming pool and a gym. Also on the second floor the is a laundry room area.

Very nice, new hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. Did not eat breakfast there, so no comment on the food service. Pillows we're cheepies.

Shower head sprays everywhere but where you stand. Rust stains around tub overflow. Toilet clogged and I was brought a plunger to do it myself or wait for maintenance an hour later. Great or even good customer service is not a priority.

Freshly remodeled, but no attention to detail. Middle of desert, but rooms are humid. Rusty tub, and room smelt like pool chemicals. Pretty sure the only reason they're open is that there's no other options.

Staff was awesome, paid too much to stay at a hotel in Plainview.

It's fine. Not really anything special, but the staff are all friendly and it is keot pretty clean. Their breakfast isn't terrible, as far as continental breakfasts go.

Great value! We stayed for just one night. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast spread. Close to restaurants and the highway. Wal-Mart is next door. Will stay again on my way through Texas.

Nice hotel was very clean and the staff was great. Only problem was the bed was a bit lumpy. Other than that everything else was great. Morning breakfast was wonderful. Especially the coffee in room and downstairs.

Newly renovated room had a broken coffee maker. PoolPool was out of service. Gym was out of service. First floor was a construction site. None of this was mentioned to us when we got the reservation.

I stayed one night at the motel while it was undergoing renovation. It was a spontaneous stay without a reservation. The cost was excessive based on the limited amenities. The pool and exercise room were closed. The vending area on my floor was closed off. The elevator carpet was filthy. Cement dust was everywhere. The outdoor entry area was littered with bird droppings, dirt, and oil. The nightstand light power outlets did not work. The tub faucets were reversed (hot-cold) a potentially hazardous condition. The hot water in the bathroom sink took 2-3 minutes to get hot. Breakfast the morning of departure was better than expected. A good variety, well prepared and presented. All-in-all, I would look for a different place if I ever return.

The hotel was not in great shape. My light in the bathroom was blown out when I arrived. The pool was dirty. I was in room 301.

Good clean room. Plenty of breakfast. I accidentally left my dress shoes in my room when I checked out. The next day they were holding them for me. Great service.

Greeted promptly at checkin and was in my room in less than 5 minutes! Very efficient and friendly.

Hotel is old and needs some repair. Breakfast was great, bed was great. Pool was ok but not up to HI Express standards. Hot tub was out of order. Not recommended if you expect the best from HI.

I have clothes hanging everywhere on hangers to get dry. Been here 6 weeks and the dryer doesn't work. Does it take 6 weeks to buy a new dryer? Otherwise good place to sleep.

Nicest hotel in plainview. I have stayed here 4 times. They do have a warm breakfast which is nice but one of my rooms had an uneven floor… squeaking loudly every time I walk over it. I'd still recommend.
