It's not far from store or downtown n it is comfortable so is the beds.

It looks better in the pictures and I was very disappointed. Coming in to our room the curtains are broken there is roaches and it looks like they didn't even clean the bathroom because there was a used bar of soap and used body wash. Rhe bed skirts are a little torn. Breakfast is not what I expected they have leggo waffles and microwavable pancakes. Needless to say I will no be coming back.

Looks rundown but its decent. The kitchenette is what sells it. All the rooms are a bit different, mine had a cloth chair with a foot rest. Lot better than some of the others. Full fridge too, that was great. AWESOME price for the area for a weekly rate too.

Very clean rooms and awesome staff.

The Reddy Hotel is a great place for extended stays as well as short stays in Plainview Tx. With the kitchenettes in every room complete with a 2 burner stove and a full sized refrigerator they are ideal for anyone. Plus they are PET FRIENDLY. The weekly rates are a great deal for anyone at just $300 a week (including taxes) for a room with one king bed. Being a non-franchised hotel they really are able to cater to the needs of any guest. The only draw back of the hotel is that the hotel does not provide pots and pans for the kitchenettes, so just make sure you bring a few with you and you will be set!

Teddy Hotel is a good place to stay, it's on the outside of town, easy to find. It's next to a liquor loft, plus has its own bar. It does have smoke and no smoke rooms, along with being pet friendly. It's a great place to stay.

Does ur laundry has a bar down stairs an a liquor store next door. A lovely place.

I have been staying at the Reddy Hotel for a few weeks and I am completely happy with my experience. It says Continental Breakfast, and that is exactly what people should expect… This is an independent hotel with wonderful staff and comfortable beds. I have heard more than one person say that this is their favorite extended stay hotel of any that they have ever stayed at! They welcomed my pet, and I absolutely love the full size fridge and granite countertops with cooktop in the kitchen… This is an extended stay hotel and is geared as such. I can't ask for anything better!

Don't ever stay there. Horrible beds, room and breakfast. The room I stayed in smelled like a bar trashcan.

The rooms are great. No funny smells in room. Would stay here again.

Would not stay there again even if desperate. Room smelled really bad, continental breakfast seemed to be a complete afterthought, poorest I've seen. Not, not, not recommended!

Nice has night club to enjoy yourself and a liquor store next door of you want to catch the buzz by yourself.

Rooms were clean but the maid didn't make the bed when asked to clean the room it was weird. When going outside to smoke the back door is broke. Basically you had to mess with it to get it opened. The room we stayed in had a kitchen in it but no pots or pans. So we asked them and they don't own any. Kind of a waste of a kitchen but I would come back here again!

Restrooms dirty though an officer told me to use the restroom there then gave me speedy ticket passing the bridge by the light there's a gas station that's where I go always cleaner restrooms.

Room was nice for the amount paid. Bathroom could have been cleaned much better. There was mold and peeling paint above the shower and the drain had lots of gunk in it. Beds were comfortable and heater worked well enough to warm the entire room. Light outside the door was faulty so it blinked like a strobe light all night and was a little annoying under the door. And hallway was loud till 3am with kids running and yelling.

Terrible. Absolutely and completely. Between the crying kid behind the desk while we checked in, the 10 year old girl sent down to help us when we called for a desk person, or the dog and possibly a chicken across the hall who made noise all night, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Not worth 10 bucks let alone 90.

Most awful hotel I have ever stayed at. Its run down and dirty. I had to clean my room thoroughly before I could stay in it. My company paid for it or I would have left immediately. The furniture is worn, the carpets are filthy. The trim is falling off. The staff is very nice but I have a feeling not taken very good care of. Their equipment looks old and dirty. The chairs in the room had stains. The grout in the tile is coming out. The stove had caked on grease. The worst part of my stay is that people (not housekeeping) would go into the rooms and sort through your belongs. I actually caught a man in someone else's room digging through his pant pockets. This would explain why things came up missing (a cheap watch and about $25 in cash). Also there seems to be alot of drug activity. I took my trash out one evening and caught two guys out at the back of the hotel. There were several instances I smelled marijuana in the halls. There are always drunk people around because of the bar down stairs. You will find beer bottles and cigarette wrappers all over the yard some mornings. I saw a drunk man out in the yard one morning. He left his shoes. I was told by a coworker that lives in town that this is where alot of prostitution happens in plainview. I just checked out of this hell hole and I feel like they should pay me for staying there. Gross. Gross. Gross. And the continental breakfast is a joke. I've never seen fresh fruit.

I stayed at the Reddy Hotel for several months, and I must say that I enjoyed it quite thoroughly. This is not a big chain hotel, just a mom and pop place. The rooms are clean and well kept, but not stuffy or fancy, and I had an excellent rate for my long-term stay compared to the other hotels in the area. The management staff are very friendly, and even though they do not stay at the desk constantly (because they LIVE at the hotel in an apartment! ), I never had any problems with being able to reach them when I needed them. The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchenette, with a two burner cooktop, microwave and full size refrigerator, is so awesome for someone like me who stayed for almost 5 months. I cannot imagine having to stay in a regular hotel room without those amenities. There was fresh coffee every morning at 5:30 or 6:00 a. M. Fresh fruit and cereal for their continental breakfast, and I never had any complaints about that at all. There is a nice little sports bar downstairs that we sat in several times for a quiet drink. I would recommend this little mom and pop hotel to anyone, especially for long term stays and if I am ever back in the area, I will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely terrible. Especially for the price. This hotel charges the kind of prices of a large chain. 70-100+ dollars a night. But they offer the amenities of a roach motel that has 25 dollar a night rooms. We were quoted one price over the phone when we booked, but when we got here, they tried to charge us 200 more dollars for our 9 day stay. It took a full 24 hours to hear back from them and get them to agree to the quoted weekly rate. They still charged us more for the 2 extra days than they quoted anyway. As for amenities they advertise a "business center", but thats just using the front desks computer and printer. And the printer has been broken for "some time now". They have laundry, but after doing a load in the washer, and spending money on the dryer I find out the dryer is broken. And has been for some time, leaving me with a load of wet clothes we needed in the morning. They advertise a continental breakfast. Coffee and dry cheerios with no milk or bowls, etc. (they finally got milk halfway through our stay, but it ran out again). Not really a breakfast by anyones standards. A dog in the next room over barked when its owner left at 5 am. And didnt stop for hours. It was still barking at 9am when we left. We told the manager, who said she spoke to the guy. The next day, the same, so we let the manager know again, who said she spoke the guy, what more could she do? despite numerous complaints the dog barked every morning for our week long stay.
