Rooms in bad condition. Find use empty soda bottles lid. Also garbage under need table. Never come back here.

Considering the hotel is next to the Airport and highway… you can barely here the noise.
Hotel is clean, friendly staff, ample parking 👍🏽👍🏽

A wonderful hotel with many amenities and spacious rooms. The staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. As wedding photographers, the venue is beautiful and convenient for wedding guests. The banquet area is very spacious and the food is delicious!

From someone who works in Senior's care and has been living this for 3 months, you are doing everything right. Social distancing, great signage, servers doing all the right things! And to top it off the food was excellent!

Great property, owner understood the importance of the need of a Branded Hotel at the airport. The property is very well appointed, clean, spacious and inviting. Tried 1 of the Kitchen suites that the Four Points Brand does not usually have and loved it.

Beautiful place and close to everything.

Although an un planned trip and location, fairly new hotel right across the street from the airport. Well appointed and some thought put into the design and furnishings. If ever back in Kelowna, I would stay here and I work for a competitive brand in the area.

I will start by saying room was clean and restaurant was yummy and great service. In-room coffee was abysmal, and with the laminate floors, you could hear other guests all night.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The appearance is nice. All was great until I went to the bathroom and noticed blood or something else on the stem of the toilet bowl. That was a complete turn off. I did call house keeping and they cleaned it right away and apologized

Although the incident with the bathroom I would stay here again.

I stay often at the hotel and the staff is great and rooms are impeccable. However, last night I ordered wings from the Gulf Stream restaurant to take to my room and was extremely disappointed. The wings were clearly microwaved and doused in a really bad BBQ sauce. I got through 2 wings and had to throw the rest out, it really was a waste of my money. I probably won’t eat down there again, I’m just not rich enough to keep throwing money away.

Our daughter was married last weekend in Kelowna, the wedding party & all our guests stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton… the hotel & staff were amazing! The hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, catering to all our needs always with a smile on their faces! The hotel patio was spectacular in full bloom, the perfect spot for Dad's 1st look of his gorgeous daughter… can't wait to see the pictures! Big Thank you to staff members Jennifer, Michelle-Ann, Arlene, Gagandeet & all the cleaning staff that entered suit 602… THANK YOU YOU ROCK! The Bride & Groom were delighted with the surprise of wine & strawberries covered in chocolate waiting for their return… much enjoyed & appreciated.

Very business oriented hotel with very good service. Pool was very clean and towels available. I loved the courtyard furniture to relax in the sun after a swim. Shuttle service was complimentary.

Friendly staff. BUT hallways are filthy havent been vacuumed in months. Floors outside elevator looks like it hasn't been cleaned either.

Very nice clean hotel with friendly staff however we booked because of the waterslide for the kids and then when we got here they werent allowed to use it. Very disappointing. Its only in use for a couple hours 2 days a week.

This is a great airport hotel. It is modern and clean. It is super convenient to the airport with long term parking available and frequent shuttles. The restaurant is quite good for a hotel restaurant.

Lovely hotel, very clean and located a short walk from the airport. Quick shuttle if you prefer. Nice room but very expensive for just a place to sleep. I wish there was something close to the airport that was not $300 for the night.

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at this hotel during our grandson's baseball tournament and we really enjoyed it. We had a suite with a kitchen which helped us relax and really enjoy our time there. The hotel staff could not do enough to accommodate us. They were helpful, friendly and courteous. Even though the hotel is just off the highway and close to the airport it was extremely well soundproofed and in fact, we found it very quiet. No noise from the traffic, airplanes, hallways, ice machine, elevator or anything else. It is very conveniently located with a shopping center right across the street with food outlets, groceries and drug store. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Pool was great for the ballplayers too!

Really nice (4 star? ) Hotel. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Went for breakfast and they messed up my order and gave me the food free of charge (waited maybe half hour to 45 minutes? ) Regular service was much better for everyone else. Waitress was nice. 7/5 would stay again.

Very clean establishment and great service. Lee was hospitable, friendly and very quick. Really appreciate Lee going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

While this was not the fanciest hotel, the king bed and sofa room included a kitchenette, which was useful. Location is right across the highway from the airport: a 5 or 10 minute walk, if you need it. Across the road is a grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store and couple of restaurants. Next door is a Starbucks. Overall, a convenient location, unless you need to head to downtown Kelowna, which is a 20 minute drive away.

I was in a very difficult situation with a flight recently and it required some immediate documentation changes and access to a computer to print. The front desk staff went out of their way to help me and even picked me up with their shuttle to access the business computer lounge. I believe I interacted with 4 of their employees and I appreciate the assistance I received from all of them. Thank you very much once more.

Great location next to the airport. Convenient access to some decent for options but a little far from downtown Kelowna. Everyone here was very helpful and courteous.

The drinks were pretty pricey. There was no hostess to meet us at the door and staff were a little unfriendly. The drinks tasted alright. Somewhere to go out of convenience but not for a nice time.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean but dated. The hotel is fairly new but the room looked old. Tiny bathtub, unpainted areas. A book featuring amenities and services would have been nice. Really nice that it's right across from the airport. I would stay again.

Location was a bit out of town. Rooms were fantastic, we had a suite. The bathroom was gorgeous and nice and big to share! Hotel staff was ok. Housekeeping was amazingly friendly and helpful!

Pool was a little cool for winter swimming and crib for my little one looked like something out of a scary movie… otherwise one the nice side of normal as airport hotels go.

Got off plane, was late and needed a place to rest. Room was excellent. Clean room. Small pet fee. I was able to order some food, and brought up to the room. Couple of Coronas were excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Rehanna at the front desk was very accommodating and personable. The food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty, and there is a pretty decent happy hour from 4-6 Monday-Friday. 45 minutes to big white,

I love the convenience, cleanliness, restaurant, gym and pool. The hotel staff is so positive and welcoming as well! I will definitely stay there again when I have a late night or early morning trip.

Went to the restaurant within four points to meet people. Seating was prompt and courteous and they informed us the kitchen was a bit behind so food might be a bit delayed which was a nice touch, better to know than wait and wonder. Food was tasty if not a bit pricey, more than your standard joeys or similar, closer to keg pricing. Service was also good, felt a little pushy about drinks but nothing too obtuse. Overall a pleasant experience, a good place to meet friends on a layover or similar. Not something I'd go out of my way to get to though.

It's comfortable. Was here for a meeting so I didn't get The chance to use The pool and slide. The restaurant is fantastic though.

This is one classy Four Points by Sheraton. The beds and linen are just heavenly, rooms are well appointed and spacious, clean and well maintained pool and fitness center. I have worked in hospitality for many years and now a family member works here and I can vouch that the amenities and rooms here feel superior to what one would expect at a 3 star hotel. Might help that the property is fairly new. The location is great as well, with grocery stores, coffee shops, even a liquor store right around the corner and a local fruit and veg stand right across, it hardly seems like an airport hotel. Whether you are visiting Kelowna, taking a flight or just looking for a great spot to stay, I highly recommend this place.

Nice new hotel. Room was nice, clean, good service. The restaurant in the lobby is good too, I think the room service is from there, but it doesn't seem to be as good as it is in the restaurant… and more expensive of course. Overall, great place to stay nice and close to the airport, great little booze store across the parking lot with great selection, View was meh, but good enough for a one or two night stay. Vacation? Find a place with a better location like Manteo Resort, that place was awesome. ;)

We have been staying here at the four points for over a few months due to an insurance claim and the hotel and staff have been superb. The manager Jennifer has been a tremendous help and made our stay as comfortable as possible. The housekeeping staff have been amazing right down to the need to provide more towels daily as I have teenagers who for some reason utilize more towels then most humans lol.
We were informed we would be spending Xmas at the hotel and my family was qu…ite disappointed however we were going to make the best of it. To our heartfelt surprise we returned to our hotel room to find they put up a Xmas tree decorated with lights in our room with a lovely card. My daughter is over the moon. She was so disappointed that we wouldn't have our tree this year. Thank you Four Points Sheraton Kelowna for this amazing gesture. You made our difficult situation a merry one!

Stayed in a standard room with two queen beds. The room was well laid out and very clean. This is the closest hotel to the Kelowna airport. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle but I experienced some problem with this service. The front desk staff forgot that I called for a shuttle and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to pick me up. I could've walked to the hotel from the airport in 10 mins. There was no reaction from the front desk staff when I expressed my disappointment with their service.

Nice hotel, close to the airport. Grocery store and a few coffee shops and fast food nearby. Perfect for short stays beside the airport, fully modern and renovated with nice gym and pool.

Gulf Stream is a great place to meet clients for a meal. I would have gone to 5* but waiting for your meal (in my experiences) can take a little longer than expected. Quality of food and friendly staff is their strong suit.

We arrived with a gift certificate which was won at a charity silent auction, meant to be used for a complimentary night's stay. Although there was a small amount of confusion about the usage, the staff was able to quickly sort us out and did a great job. Thanks for handling things professionally and with grace — that's real character. Would recommend.

Had my wedding night there, and it was one of the best decisions we made! BEST OF THE BEST, rest assured you'll get 5 star service at a great rate at Four Points! Also, best staff ever… :)

Top notch customer service! We brought our pets with us and booked a deluxe king suite. The day prior to arrival, received a call to advise that the king suites were not pet friendly and would be switched to a king deluxe unit instead. A little disappointed, but they were very accommodating and gave us a 50% discount on the pet fee, free underground parking, and had a half bottle of wine waiting in our room, with a hand written note of apology for the mix up. There was also a follow up call from management, shortly after we arrived, to make sure we were happy with the room and enjoyed the wine. Our room was very nice, clean and well equipped, especially enjoyed the black out blinds and whisper quite A/C. Very comfortable bed too. The entire facility is clean and well serviced. Will be recommending four points to friends and family.

Love the black out blinds. We stayed there in a sunny July day and it was so dark I don't even know it is bright outside. The gym is small but at least have free weights and good ventilation. The hotel is quite new and the restaurant is not bad. The patio is nice outside.

Clean and Crisp as a new place should be. It's no four seasons. Would be nice to use the in room TV to look at photos taken on my trip via he HDMI input but, I understand the company only wants us to pay for movies and eat room service.

Quiet and comfortable room with a nice balcony. Quick access to the airport but no noise. Nice market and shops near the hotel.

This is my third time staying at the Sheraton and I always have a relatively pleasant stay. I am travelling to Kelowna for my girlfriend's graduation. As I landed at the airport I called Sheraton for the shuttle service. I do understand it is free, but when I am told to wait 10 minutes and the shuttle does not even come in 20 minutes. Instead I walked from the airport to the hotel. Do not offer the service, it puts a bad reputation on your company name. I think the worst part is as I proceeded to tell the receptionist the issue, the only thing they did was give excuses saying its a busy day for the shuttle etc. I saw the shuttle right outside the frontdoor before coming into the hotel. When a customer is giving you an opinion on your business do not give excuses. I am upset by the way I was serviced. I most likely won't come back.

It is convenient if you are flying because it is so close to the airport. If you want to sleep, good luck! The room doors slam when opened and if a lot of people are coming or going as they do during ski season you are screwed. Would be nice to have fans in the bathrooms too!

Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff. Free parking and free Internet. Dinner at the restaurant was great. There are two menus, the all-day menu and mealtime-appropriate menu so ask for the all-day if there's something else you want. Their chicken breast is very very tender. The fitness room is very nice as well. Newer touchscreen running/cycling/elliptical equipment and some free weights. Pool is literally 20ft long so don't expect to do any morning laps. Otherwise super clean. Also, their hotel info is on the in-room TV and not printed anywhere.

Four Points was a really great hotel! Lovely customer service and they answered all of the questions we had. There's a water slide in the indoor pool and free shuttle service to downtown Kelowna. Overall, it was a great weekend!

Was nice but super expensive ended up being around 500 for the night lol too much from 3pm to 4am lol staff was all polite food wasn't the best for the price unfortunately!

Came to Reception to ask a directional question about neighbourhood and staff were pleasant and able to help. (I wasn't a guest. )

Stayed one night before my one week holiday and it was great!. Upon our return there was a non hotel related issue with our car that we parked there. Four Points Sheraton went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us. This corporation holds community values and I would stay and recommend them to anyone.

Very nice, new hotel. Clean and well equipped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant on site and some snacks available at the front desk.

The rooms are I mmaculate, service is excellent and the restaurant provides the option of eating in a bistro or dining area, The fish tacos were very fresh and tasty, the daily asparagus-broccoli soup was flavourful, and the spinach and beet salad was delicious with cashews and pomegranate seeds. Our waiter, Sebastian, was friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable re: menu selections, wine and cocktails. We enjoyed our meal and our overnight stay at Four Points.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. It has been my favorite place to stay in Kelowna!

Terrible! Avoid at all costs! My wife booked and paid 5 weeks in advance. Turned up after a long day to the hotel to be told they have overbooked. She was given no communication beforehand, no apology or refund. The attitude seemed to be 'tough luck' and it was a joke to the staff who just seemed to hope she wasn't arriving. She was stuck in a van and taken to the holiday inn. A lesser hotel and not where she need to be for the next day's journey. Appalling. Cannot be trusted and customer service is an anathema to this faulty tower.

I found a great price at the Four Points in Kelowna online. I phoned and made the reservation well in advance. When I called to confirm at first they couldn't find my reservation. The room was nothing like I expected. Very plain, no extras other than the TV. The room was supposed to be $130 but when I got my statement it was $289. I questioned the clerk and was told that was because of the parking. I parked for 2 weeks and was told one week was covered. I only needed to pay $10 @ day after 7 days. I was charged $94 and tax for the parking. So the free week was actually not free. I stayed one nite for nearly $300 in a room that in no way lived up to the expense. I would never stay or recommend this Sheraton to anyone. I only stayed because my flight was so early. In the future I can save $200 at my regular place and really have free parking.

Exceptional service! Mikayla at reception went above and beyond to help us sort out a problem with our hotel booking and gave us a discount since we were staying as the result of a cancelled flight. Thank you so much Mikayla! Room was clean and new. I highly recommend the Four Points.
