The staff was very friendly, and the rooms are clean. The rooms are musty. The place as went down hill since it was a Comfort Inn.

Comfortable bed, easy on and off interstate, water pressure in shower good, breakfast was a real plus!

Not the newest place, but staff always had a smile. My bed appears to have had someone take a nap on the bed before I got to my room 135. Told staff and they were cheerful and accommodating. I will stay there again.

Reviews called this place good, but the room was pretty crummy. Desk receptionist was super nice. Breakfast was good.

It's not a bad place, kinda tight, especially if you drive a big truck or a pick up with a trailer. A litle old but still fair place.

Haven’t even seen room and already got 5 stars. April helped me. She was friendly and helped me save some money. I was surprised this place has such a high rating with such a low price for the rooms. Maybe the rest of the staff is like April.

They get no stars from me. Bed bugs and mold on the bed sheets. The smell of mold so strong you can’t breath, and mold growth so thick it stands up off the bed sheets. Will never stay here again. I wish I could post pictures. I still have them.

Very clean. Staff was wonderful. Full breakfast available in the morning and it is decent. The only minor issue is the driveway to the hotel. It is behind a convenient store. Otherwise a good experience.

If you're short on cash, this is the place. If you can afford to go somewhere else, do so. The staff was great, however, that does not negate the fact that there is mold growing in the bathroom, and the paint is bubbling/peeling off in said bathroom.

Terrible experience, never staying at a Choice hotel chain again. Multiple times I've had to change rooms at Choice brand hotels due to rooms not being cleaned, but this was by far the worst. No cleaning done at all, trash all over the floor, torn up carpet, stains and burns all over. TRASH ALL OVER THE FLOOR, no vacuum ran at all. What a Joke.

The staff is great, the rooms however are awful! We have stayed at this particular hotel more than five times within the year because of the cheap price. However I will not be staying here again! The beds have cigarette holes in them, the shower curtain has very present mold on it! The blow dryer never works and every single iron weve had has leaked and will not stay on! The microwave was filthy and there were bugs! Almost checked out on day two of our three night stay after enduring these things but it would have been such an inconvenience! I was planning on becoming an rewards member but will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely the nastiest hotel we've stayed at. Dead crickets, mold, and damp nasty sheets. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It was a awesome stay at quality inn and definitely worth the price. You wake up to a hot breakfast that is very fulfilling to start your day. The staff makes sure they go out of there way to meet your wants and needs and is very respectful about it absolutely no complaining about anything. Also housekeeping makes sure everything is sanitized each day and will make sure u have anything and everything u need. Well worth the price and would recommend it to everyone even compared to the 10 star 150 a night.

Bed isn't the most comfortable and it feels damp inside the room. Everything else is good however.

Checking in was quick and easy, rooms were nice. They have a pool, free Wi-Fi, and breakfast included.

Very clean room, polite staff. Pleasant experience all around. Only thing keeping it from full 5 stars is the room itself felt damp… Like almost humid even with AC on.

My family stays at this hotel once a year and it is usually pretty good. It is in need of an update and the beds are not the greatest. The breakfast options are somewhat limited. Hopefully the new management will turn this place around.

Large comfortable King beds. Slept well. Area was quiet.

I was told one price and had to pay a larger sum of money when arriving.

Service was good although there were stains on the toilet paper.

I've enjoyed my stay at this family of hotels (Comfort Inn, etc. ) everytime I've stayed at one. The Quality Inn in Mt. Pleasant is a nice room at a budget price. If you are so inclined, ask for a room with a jacuzzi tub, I highly recommend it for couples. The rooms at are nice and clean, the staff has always been responsive to my needs, and for me it is is the only choice when I stay in Mt. Pleasant. IN this part of the country, being polite and friendly can get you a long way, I got a free room upgrade because they had a nicer room that wasn't being used. Can't say enough about the staff, they never failed to take care of us and even with a broken ankle, they went the extra mile to make sure I didn't have to do more than I had to. If you are a Choice Privileges member, you get the royal treatment. 2pm checkout time, and the staff is friendly and willing to help in any way they can. I think another reviewer has been on the road too much. Maybe one of the hotels on on the other end of town for twice the price without significantly better accommodations would be more would be more to they're liking. Or maybe they should take some time off the road, it is obviously affecting their attitude because you couldn't meet a friendlier or more helpful group of people than at this Inn.

After driving 13 hours we arrived and when immediately given a room, Offered breakfast an hour early, and given a GREAT price. Our room was right next to the pool and there was no sound leakage at all. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice and big rooms. very clean.
