My daughter rented a party room for a baby shower and the price was good but the room was to little. They could have offers a slightly bigger room. But oh well. We enjoyed the festivities.

I liked my stay. But when I woke up it was tons of ants In my room. But they did try to give us a discount on A different room.

Decided to stay here because of billboards advertising cinnamon rolls for breakfast. The breakfast was disappointing considering the $119 room rate. Dried up sausage and out of cinnamon rolls. Disappointed.

Fantastic customer service! Service outstanding front desk and at breakfast. The rooms were large and Clean with a comfortable bed. Great location for our stay.

A nice clean place to stay however the front desk staff was terrible no help for getting a ride to the bus station or anywhere else. If you are not driving plan to stay there for a very long time or at least until all your money is expired. Like hotel California you can check in any time you like but you can never leave.

We stayed at Holiday Inn a great deal. We were VERY disappointed with this location. It needs some real work/upgrades. The 2 outside key boxes I tried didn't work, both the sink & tub didn't drain well, and the computer in the business center was hard to use. Neither I nor the desk clerk couldn't get it to print. Even the beds were not up to the quality we expect from Holiday Inn.

When checking in the girl at the desk was rude, and worthless. There was an issue with our reservation yet the desk person wasn't interested in calling or helping to resolve anything. We ended up rebooking the hotel after a credit was completed not by the desk person, but the 800# I called. It took us over an hour to check in, while the girl at the desk just played around with her phone and computer. I was quoted a rate, yet when we checked out the rate I was being charged wasn't close to what I was told. The room was awful — bed hard, toilet wasn't working, fridge didn't work, smelled mildew. Will never go back there and recommend others not to.

Stopped in for a quick stay and a full nights rest in the middle of a long drive. It’ll be a quick stay for sure-we can’t get out of here fast enough. One of the beds has a broken mattress. The sheets on both beds were obviously slept in and not washed. Dirty, obvious stains and a HUGE hole in the comforter. Toilet runs constantly. And the best we could do was a $20 credit for the trouble. To be fair, Roberto was very kind to us and was apologetic, but I’m terribly disappointed. I stay in holiday inn express everywhere-but never here again! Spend your money elsewhere, folks.

Guess we got the last room on the first floor last night. The room had an atrocious smell. Too tired to address it, hubby fell asleep. While in my pjs, walking to get my slippers in my socked feet, I found the carpet was wet. Then found white fuzzy substance around edges. Front desk notified. Sent pictures to them via Facebook messenger this morning. Couldn’t sleep much due to the smell. Hopefully no one else will be placed in there until it’s resolved. Not what I expect from Holiday Inn.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Close to Applebee's. Breakfast was free, but not very good.

Very nicely decorated, there's an Applebee's right across the street, and breakfast in the morning is very good.

I like the hotel. They are very accommodating. They also offer a discount at the local Applebee's. It's not the greatest but I like the little things.

The place is clean and the room smells good. Parking is very spacious, we came with a truck and trailer. It is beside Applebee's which will give you a 10% discount. Breakfast is included and they have great selection, good if you're staying for several days.

Conveniently licated off the interstate, the accommodations were clean, fresh and inviting. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of selections. My only complaint was that there was no out of order sign on the pancake maker ;-). Parking availability was plentiful and well lit.

Always fantastic hospitality they will do everything possible to make you feel at home very clean.

The room was clean. Service was good. It was exactly what I expect from my experience with other locations for Holiday Inn Express.

Nice accommodations and staff friendly… even thought had left wallet there! Called… they went out of their way to look… even checking bushes and parking lot! We found it after 4 looks in car… it was hiding. Thanks again for your extra help… we'll be back!

Nice accommodations and staff friendly… but husband left wallet in room… called when arrived at next hotel… didn't find it. No one else had checked into that room since we checked out at 10am and we made no stop once we left until the next hotel where discovered he didn't have his wallet. Makes me upset that they SAY it wasn't there!

The rooms were clean and the employees were nice. I took my ps4 and the internet service was not good enough to play. I ended up using the hot spot on my phone. The free breakfast made up for the internet issues though.

The pool is nice and the service is great lets not forget about the good breakfast.

First the good the the was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice. Now the bad. The elevator did not work. When I checked. I was asked if the 3rd floor was OK since the had an elevator. I said that was fine. Once I was on me way to the room there was a sign that said if the door did not open when it reached the floor press the open door button. Ok a minor inconvience. However once on the floor and you wanted to go back down the elevator door did open so you could go back down. You were stuck until some resides to come up.

The rooms are clean. The hotel was nice and quiet, despite having many guests at the time. There is a small outdoor pool. The free alcohol and appetizers is a great feature that I enjoy at some of the ihg hotels. Convenient location to many amenities.

Need to rant… Last night stay was the best worst hotel stay we had during our entire trip. We personally got a call from the front desk to ask how was our accommodations… That was weird but did it think anything about it. Boy was I wrong. The door latch was broken. It was 78 degrees In our hotel room even with the a/c turned down to the lowest temperature. Woke up this morning and the tub would not drain good. Went down stairs to have biscuits and gravy for the lady to tell us she is not making any more biscuits… needless to say we had an whole hour left before they would stop the breakfast service… I can only think now about the race card now… based upon the events. Note to self DO NOT EVER stay at this place again.

Stayed at your wonderful hotel with my 94 year old mom. Her handicap accessible room was great and she was able to navigate it beautifully. She "held court" at your breakfast buffet with both guests and staff. Thank you so much you get 5 stars from me!

Great staff, great room! I love that they have a Keurig in the room and also the breakfast buffet is pretty good! This is our new Hotel now every time we visit family!

The staff tries to be as helpful as they can, but seem to be limited by management. There's a "happy hour" with appetizers and beverages, but they often run out well before the time is up. A lot of times its limited to stale chips and runny salsa. Other people that have stayed here with me have seen cockroaches. I have not, yet.

Can always expect clean and great service from holiday inn. This one had free beer and pizza waiting for us back at the hotel. Would recommend this to buisness travelers.

One of the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have stayed. Very clean, breakfast was great and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. We will be staying at HIE Mt. Pleasant again.
