Pool was perfect temp. Clean rooms.

Nice place and reasonable pricing.

Staff was a little Leary when my wife told them I have an assisted living animal but took good care of us none the less. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was great.

Great place. Bed so comfortable.

The room was cleanish. The sheets were clean and the bathroom surfaces, but the bathroom door was dirty and there was dust on the microwave and carpet looked vacuumed but dirty We booked a suite a month in advance but they did not have it available when we checked in; the suite was the reason we booked this hotel. When we asked about a trolley for bringing in our luggage we were told none were available. The front desk person then went floor to floor looking for one but returned without. When we returned the second night our keys no longer worked and we had to go back to the front desk. The staff was very friendly but given everything we experienced I question their competence. Given the option, I would not stay here again.

The hotel is fairly easy to find. The sign outside is easy to see in the daytime, but I have trouble seeing it sometimes at night. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean.

Amazing place to stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was tasty, all of that for an amazing price! Would love to stay there again, and I hope all Hampton Inn hotels are up to the standard of this one.

Comfy room. Staff was very hospitable. I had a personal welcome letter in the room waiting on me. The front desk called my room and asked how much room was. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful.

I attended a social event here the other day and it was a great experience all together. Great staff too!

I'm traveling for business this hotel was very clean the entire staff extremely friendly. Jennifer was so helpful & accommodating. She found creative solutions to some personal needs I had, seemed glad to help. As did Luz who cleaned my room! Great place to stay. I highly recommend the Hampton in Mt. Pleasant, Tx.

Room was not cleaned fishing line on floor in main area mud was on floor in bathroom. There was spills all up and down the hallways. Asked for bedding for pull out they brought a pillow and said that's all they had. Breakfast was wonderful.

Two adults and two grandkids stayed comfortably. The pool was nice — the kids loved it. And the breakfast buffet was good for all our tastes. The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions They even loaned us a game to play.

Really enjoy staying at this Hotel, stay there every time we go to East Texas! It's very clean, has an exceptional hot breakfast and the staff goes above and beyond to make you happy and comfortable.

We stayed at the Hampton in Mount Pleasant Texas. I was impressed with the hotel, it was very clean, our room was very nice. The employees were very friendly. I would stay there again. Rosie.

What a blessing it has been for our family to stay here. On our first night here the batteries went out on our room door and we were unable to get into the room. (With a sleepy 4 year old that's not good for no one) The night shift staff and management went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we were taking care of and they made sure it was fixed in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and caring. The next time we come to Texas we will be staying here. Thanks to all the staff and management.

Hot breakfast items rotate daily. Rooms are always well kept. This is our annual hotel for when the in laws visit town and is a go to meet up site. Rooms are spacious and up to date. Linens are soft and bright white. Swimming pool year round. Clearly a lot of care goes into the management of the facility.

Place and service was great and breakfast was awesome. Pool was nice but warm even though it was heated. Also does not have a grill anywhere to use. Really comfortable place over all though.

It was right off the interstate easy to find was awesome service great food sadly the pool wasn't heated up but we survived lol. Overall great stay and will gladly do it again.

The hotel itself was great. The service was splendid and I cannot complain about them much. Other than them not making anymore eggs for breakfast after a certain time is kind of questionable when there's still about 15 to 20 minutes left in bfast and people asking for it. Oh well? Anyway, our room was a double queen. The bed that I had the luxury of sleeping on squeaked when you moved and the pillows that were placed on the bed had no support whatsoever. The room was very clean although they didn't really follow their own posted water usage rule for the towels. You know the one where if the towel is hanging I'll reuse it. Don't get me wrong. I don't mind a clean towel. It's just why post it if you're just gonna take my towel irregardless. Now we're wasting paper and water. I'll still stay in this hotel in the future, just cause they are very friendly. But hopefully some of these things are worked on.

Hampton Inn at it again. We had an amazing stay here, no complaints at all! Great staff, comfortable rooms, perfectly clean and everything else you would expect from a Hampton Inn! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. I liked that there is an IHOP right next door — very convenient!

This place is great, they have a indoor pool, a place to workout, they have breakfast, happy hour, and several conference rooms. I would recommend staying here. They are very friendly and treat you like family.

Kind of difficult to find since it's back from the road, but it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, too. Overall very pleasant.

Good staff and good beds. Rooms are clean and breakfast is fine. Noise can be a problem as walls and floors are paper thin. The gym is inadequate consisting solely of a treadmill, a low bike, and an elliptical (no free weights / ect).

Probably one of the best hotels in town. Clean, neat, good staff, decent amenities. Conveniently located near major highways, but still reasonably quiet. Definitely recommended.

Good size room. Very good breakfast and good service. The location is close to Bob Sandlin State park.

The system showed no rooms but she knew there were two. She worked the system and got me in. It was a nice quiet stay.

The bathroom floor was gross. It had something gritty all over it. The beds were very comfortable though. I enjoy being able to grab a quick bite for breakfast.

First the Manager Jennifer is amazing. Felt like home. The rooms and free meals were great. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean.

In the midst of a cross-country walk for charity I had the good fortune to stay at this Hampton. Gorgeous facility, clean room, and extremely attentive and courteous staff. In an era that seems to be heralding the death of customer service it is wonderful to be reminded that there are still people out there who care enough about their work and other human beings to consistently do a good job with smiles on their faces.

No cookies! Wth? Seems more of these inns are getting away from baking! The front desk did comp me some cookies :).

I was given a great rate in the middle of the week. The king sized bed was very easy to sleep in. The fridge in the room makes a humming noise, but nothing a simple unplug couldn't fix.

5 hotels in 12 days. This was the nicest room we were in! Extremely clean room, new furnishings, flat screen tv, walk in shower, plenty of towels. I only wish we had found more of these on our trip. Room smelled fresh! I will look for this location again on my travels.
