I am currently in my room. 2 nights I've stayed. The last 2 were great we come thru every year. Beds are comfy. Bedding is wonderful. Ladies at front desk very nice… housekeeping was very rude. Acted like I didn't need another face towel… television didn't work lady had to fix it for me. And then it was loud couldn't ever turn it down. We were told pool was working when arriving pool was under maintainence. And check out is in a couple of hours and guess what pool is open again this after noon… ☹ so my kids were upset. It's a holiday weekend… o one more thing 2 years ago the buiscuts and gravy was Perfection. Its just ok now. Wont be back next year. And we always have 2 to 4 rooms rented.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The appliances were clean. We were supplied with an adequate amount of towels. They were adequate amounts of outlets. If I were to make one suggestion it would be either a small table next to the mirror in the hallway or a slight indentation at the bathroom counter to get closer to the mirror to apply makeup. Staff was courteous and accommodating. I only wish I had time to utilize the gym in the pool area.

Great customer service. Amanda Mcelwrath was amaaaaaaaaaazing. That smile will bring us back.

Located close to mall, Walmart & Sam's. On town for brother and sister in law 50th anniversary. Only problem was had unseasonably cold weather and the didn't have any blankets. Could give us an extra sheet.

Very nice, clean and a great place to stay for a few nights. I only give this four stars though because in my room I did not have any shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion in my bathroom. I did call to get some hand soap because it wasn't there either and I did receive that very quickly. Very nice service. The breakfast was minimal but it sufficed.

The staff here are friendly. The rooms are clean and nice. The amenities should include body lotion and conditioner.

Stay here about 9 times a year. Very friendly, simple and good breakfast. And they like Maggie, the 80# Golden Retriever.

Im from out of town I went to get a room at the holiday inn and they wouldnt let me check in until after 3pm. We decided the laquinta would be a better option since they let us check right in. They where so nice my 3 year old drew the clerk a "happy snowman". The room was clean and got warm quick, the bed was very comfortable. When they switched clerks and nighttime was there, the lady was also very nice. Thanks guys yall rock.

This was my family's second time staying here. I can say that both times we have stayed were nothing shy of amazing. Customer service was perfect. We felt so welcomed. The room was clean and beautiful. The beds were more than satisfying. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Stayed at La Quinta Inn for the night, first time staying. Very nice inside, was greeted by the front desk right away, lots of options in the front for food/drink/snacks. The room was very nice, comfy bed. Didn't get a chance to use the amenities but definitely will next time.

Clean very nice pet friendly motel. Rooms are inside with no direct outside access. There are nice grassy places for pets. The breakfast was very good, with eggs and bacon, not just continental.

Awesome experience for me. Stayed overnight on business, was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by the nicest lady. Decor was beautiful, room was amazing and fell in love with the huge shower! I would highly recommend LaQuinta Inn to anyone!

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and there was a lot of variety. The only issue we had was when we booked the room we said that there would be 3 people, one 6 year old child they put us in a room with only one king bed and nothing else to sleep on. It worked out ok but would have preferred a separate sleeping space for my son.

Service is very friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. Accommodations are better than other hotels in the same area. Bigger TV in the rooms with a nice selection of stations. Beds are comfortable. Overall great stay!

The location of the hotel is conveniently located in a very comercialized part of town. The hotel is newer than the La Quinta near I-20 and therefore feels a little nicer. The amenities are all standard and up to snuff. The bathrooms have standing showers instead of traditional bath tubs.

Great hotel perfect for both business travelers and families. Located in an area with lots of places to eat nearby and a mall a short 4 minute drive. Comfy beds, clean rooms and a friendly staff make this is an easy choice when in Longview!

Nice hotel, stayed here while on a road trip across the country. I'm deciding to leave a review though because I left my precious locket necklace in the hotel. I called them, and they quickly went back to my room, found it, and shipped it back to me! Great place to stay.

Good large spacious room. Clean plenty of light and large windows.

Nice clean room. Shower pressure was great and bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Longview.

Service was terrible. My sheets had blood stains on them. Pool was green and so was hot tub.

Best ever. I been coming here for 1 year now and service always been awesome. And breakfast even better.
