This location isn't quite as nice as some of their hotels. As seems to be the case with most businesses in Corpus Christi. Customer service isn't a big motivation in this town.

Staff is super friendly and helpful!. Management has a few kinks to work out. Overall decent stay.

Very clean and spacious bedroom. Minutes from the beach… indoor swimming and whirl pool was a blast. Free breakfast was was delicious and many food items to choose from. Front desk clerk and attendants were very pleasant to deal with.

Nice and clean rooms with cozy beds. Breakfast is included. It is near the highway and we got a pretty good deal on a short notice when we booked the room online. There is not much around and it is sort of on the outskirts.

I love Hilton Hotels. They're all different but the service is over the top and the bed and food is the greatest.

Pool Super The closed area very full breakfast, the children were given flight with the cereals, yogurt, etc.

Nice staff. Clean. Nice pool area. The hot tub was a little gross. It had some film built up the water surface.

Always a super comfy bed at the Hampton. Good location convenient to the western suburbs. Staff is polite and room is extra clean. Decent view of the freeway. Will stay again.

They have an awesome breakfast. And the seating area has lots of room to visit and have breakfast. And it's close to 37 where you can go just about anywhere.

Not impressed at all. Room was dirty on arrival. Gum was still stuck on one of the complimentary cups next to the coffee maker. That tells me they didn't do to detailed of a job cleaning. If you want snacks, you can get it from a vending machine. There's a gas station walking distance from the hotel that I used. The rooms are quiet. Room service was a little lippy, and breakfast was underwhelming.

Very clean hotel and rooms. They have very good prices on their rooms and the location is very close to restaurants and grocery stores and is right next to a convenience store. I recommend others who want to stay in the Annaville/Calallen area to stay at the Hampton.

When I was checking in they asked for a card on file for "incidentals". I said that's not an issue since I was only saying for a couple of hours and I wasn't going to damage the room. I checked my statement and I was charged. I called to fix the issue and they said it was a hold. I was never told they would place a "hold" on my account. The same as a charge. Oscar at the front desk provided me with this information.

I wouldn't book more than 1 rooms at a time here. We booked multiple rooms for our wedding and it was a hassle from the 1st two guests who tried to book. They could never pull up our group name, charged everyone different prices, and even deleted a reservation I did not approve while the lady was trying delete the unbooked rooms. Then she tried to say that they weren't going to get the original group rate because it was deleted (by the employee not anyone else). I ended up having to go in person to get it handled the day before the wedding because the language barrier was that big of an issue for our guests and my first encounter months ago. Now I check my credit card and I got charged for one room which means when whomever took the reservation they didn't change the credit card number to the person renting the room. I now have to fight one more thing with them. Not amused at all. The lady at the front desk who was on shift when I showed up in person was helpful at least but it was a hassle to even have to do that in the first place.

It looks great the hotel at first instance, I just stayed and hope everything is very well.

Spent above normal price, not sure why. Might be because of Hurricane Harvey. The room is nice. Fitness room is sub-par. CS is good. I found a dead roach in my room, that's just 1, but it's still there. If u can look for a better deal closer to to Corpus.

The hotel is out of the way would be nice if it was a little closer to the downtown area. The hotel is nice, rooms are what you would expect from the Hampton. There is a indoor pool right outside the lobby.

Front desk was excellent. We arrived before check in time so she alerted the cleaning staff and our room was ready within 20 minutes. Super clean room.

Good breakfast. Pleasant employees. Rooms look nice, a few random stains (on a curtain, on a wall, etc), but nothing major. Lots oc clean towels. Room is esthetically pleasing. Bed is okay but that's all personal preference (it wasn't lumpy like it was well used or anythjng). Bathroom needs an exhaust fan. The room itself was a bit humid, but we're on the coast so unless you spend good money to upgrade the system, it's probably humid at every hotel around here.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Anyutime that I am in town I stay because the rates are good and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is also very nice. I would definitely recommend.

Really liked how convenient it was right off the highway coming from San Antonio. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

It's a good hotel… They NEED to put exhaust fan in ALL their restrooms/shower rooms. Then it's time to replace their carpet in most (maybe all) of their rooms. And have their receptionists/cleaners/etc… have even just a simple uniform (even a white or whatever color of shirt that has the hotel name on it), so you can easily distinguish their employees, when you need help or want something. We are hoping that their management will listen and do it… Have a great day to y'all.

Poor service, always something wrong with room or hotel… we had teenage kids in the next room smoking pot and manager didnt do anything or kick them out.

The address of the place is wrong in Google, noisy guest.

Super clean and great staff! We are almost 12 hours from here and we researched hotels very well and we were pleasantly surprised! The only issue was elevator broke before time to leave but they had it fixed within an hour. Very pleased with our experience!

The pool was awesome. Rooms where neat and clean.

The gym, pool and sona were enjoyable. And the rooms were clean.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton. I stayed with my band for a marching competition and wow was the stay a great one. Breakfast was amazing and so were the rooms.

The front desk helped us book rooms, even though our company has reserved on the wrong day. The staff was quick and professional.
