I am a patient at MD Anderson in the Houston Medical Center literally across the street. The hotel staff is superb and always helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and roomy. I have been staying at this hotel for the last 2+ years. The restaurant Safina is not bad and we have eaten there often.
The personnel at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, promptly responding to any requests. I really appreciate their attention to detail. The coffee selections in the room were excellent, I particularly enjoyed the Nespresso options. The room was very clean, and well organized, with a great view of the medical area. The doorman was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and helping with the luggage. I would highly recommend this hotel.
I travel every week and stay in countless hotels… this property and their team are AMAZING! Seriously, from the valet team to the dining associates, everyone smiles and seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs. It was such a wonderful contrast to the lackluster service in today’s lodging industry. I was blown away! This will become my “go-to” when I’m in Houston. The service industry should take note! Job well done from a very discriminating traveler! I’m beyond impressed.
