Great hotel, clean and I believe it’s fairly new. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service!

Nice, Comfortable and Quiet Rooms. The Check In Attendance was friendly and helpful. It was a enjoyable stay.

Room smelled really musty when I got here took hours to clear the air so to speak. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was better than some other chains. Beds were comfortable and couldn’t hear the neighbors TV like some motels only if you were in the hall. Would stay again.

Drove in here late one night for a spa treatment we were getting the next day. It was discrete and quick about getting us a room and that was a huge plus. Great accommodations and really clean. Breakfast in the am was really one of the best I have had at a hotel. Beds were really clean and comfortable and room temp was actually perfect.

Stayed on business and all I can say is wow! I got the 1 bed room suite. Very spacious! Very clean! And the staff is so nice from the night check in to the morning breakfast staff! Awesome place to stay nice and peaceful in the hill country at night even on the weekend. The AC could use a bit work just because it wasn't blowing hard enough but hey overall a good stay.

Best Western is great, though the beds are a little too firm and WHO WANTS THESE LITTLE HALF-SIZED THROW PILLOWS. Make sure to bring your own pillow. Edited to reflect the response below: It wasn't like I had a terrible night's sleep. We stay at Best Westerns any chance we get. Easily the best free breakfast of any of the budget hotels. The pillows are unforgivable though so I'll be sure to ask about that next time. :P.

Just got to the hotel and I'm very satisfied with everything. The rooms are nice and comfy, the bathrooms are really clean, and Anna at the front desk is as friendly as a person can be. The only complaint that I do have is that the rooms smells like mildew. But other than that everything is perfect. I will still give this place 5 stars because it looks to me like they try their hardest to make the customers happy, and it's very rare that a place goes out of their way to do things of that nature.

This hotel was on the top of my hotel experiences. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and in great working order, and the breakfast was great with many options. Our only complaint was that the AC did not seem to cool our room down enough for us. However, when we approached the manager, he immediately came to check our unit. He wasn’t able to make the unit any more efficient, but he did offer us an oscillating fan for the room and/or a different room. We chose the remain in the room with a fan and were comfortable. We really appreciated his helpfulness and friendliness. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a great experience here. The place is newly remodeled and very nice. The room was large, very clean, nicely furnished. Breakfast was great, well beyond the typical "continental breakfast. " The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was pretty clean. A pair of panties was left in a side table drawer. Staff came and took care of everything. AC is cold. Beds are pretty firm. Breakfast is a typical set up but decent.

Great Great Great Good Service, Clean, Neat, parking lot clean, nice lobby, computer work station plus fitness center. Nice area to seat and eat nice breakfast selection for on the go. Loved my stayvery quiet.

This was a most satisfactory experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel and room were clearly updated in every way. The room was clean and I got a good night's rest for the two nights stay as the bed was very comfortable and the A/C was quiet. The breakfast was tasty and the items just what I was looking for. The breakfast area was neat and clean and the attendant was very diligent. Those who come will likely be pleasantly surprised.

It's a very nice hotel and was renovated nice! I had a down stairs king room that was beautiful. They had hot breakfast and the thing I love was the Coco and whip cream! Overall great stay.

The outside was clean and landscaped very well. Inside in the lobby also clean and organized the people are friendly and professional, our room upon entering was clean and had an excellent layout. Breakfast area also clean and organized, the food is typical not outstanding. We left in the morning to take care of some business and came back in the late afternoon early evening and found that our room have not been claimed or picked up. I went to the front desk to request a couple of towels and inform them of there failure to clean our room, the person in charge at the front desk apologized but they did not offer to send someone to clean up.

I have stayed here multiple times and always have a good experience. The lady at the front desk (Russian I believe (meaning no offense) ) is very helpful and knowledgeable and just seems to brighten your day when you arrive. The rooms have always been in excellent condition. The parking lot is always clean from debris and trash. It is clear that they care about their establishment. I have stayed in Best Westerns across the United States and this certainly ranks in my Top 5.

This place is the best and I can not say enough about this great place and the staff are all wonderful they treated us like family.

This place was beautiful it was so clean absolutely everywhere. Even the grout in the bathroom floor was superbly clean. Plus they had a little shampoo bottle of Pantene for my shampoo hair. I like that it had on the wall dispensers in the shower for shampoo conditioner and body wash. We have stayed in hotels motels ships barges all over the world and this one particular is the cleanest and nicest that they have.

It's been home for a while I can tell you that the help here is five stars. I have been all over the the world and this has been a great experience and for Texans we don't give praise that much.

Pleasant staff. Just an overnight and NCAA final four in town so prices may have been impacted. But, what I needed for the location.

Been coming here for quite a few years and it seems to be going downhill a bit. Our room literally smelled like a wet dog, it was late, we were tired, had a ton of stuff that we lugged in, my husband asked for a different room, we went to check it out and although it did smell much better… it had no T. V. Needless to say we gave up and kept our smelly room and went to sleep. Two mornings later we came down to breakfast and they were out of oatmeal and all fruit, when you eat clean, that leaves ya a bit hungry.

I stayed over the spring break and not very happy with the service some how my ray ban case with my wedding ring was gone from the room I stayed in. I had left that morning to six flags so I left it behind. I asked them to check the cameras kept telling me we will when we get a chance. Manager Tony told me that he asked the house keeper already like if she’s gonna say. They just didn’t really care, and making a police report for what it was pointless the ring was gone! So be careful what y’all leave in yalls room.

Excellent staff and very good selection of Breakfast options for a quick bite. I have two toddlers who loved their Texas Waffles.

Great service, front desk was really helpful and nice. Convenient location with easy access and comfortable accommodations. Pets allowed is a major A+ for us animal lovers.

Very nice room, accomodations as well. Had to stop and stay due to a highway closure. But the Russian girl at the front desk was very rude. And cut me off in the middle of my question to answer what she thought she heard. But I was exhausted from driving so I stayed.

Convenient location to downtown Boerne. Had some difficulty checking in, and shower did not work. Maintenance was quick to fix it though.

Friendly staff, room clean. Sink had a leak, so we reported it to the cleaning woman. Will report it on leaving. But otherwise a nice place.

Good clean hotel and nice atmosphere.

I love the cleanliness of the hotel most of all, the beds are huge and so comphy with nice strong dark wood head and foot boards. The view is amazing and there are so many deers in the morning it's beautiful. The pool is a nice cozy addition. Its a top notch hotel I must say.

Late check in, gentleman at desk was helpful. He said he would make a note for a late check out. Rudely woken to banging on door, lady asking if we were going to stay another night… then followed by an hour and a half of fire drill alarms… spoke with management and was rudely told it's a monthly required event, so oh well First thing in the morning, I think not! Never again, over priced, disorganized and rude management.

We stayed for two nights, everyone was very friendly. Rooms were very clean! Food could be better. My stay here was pretty nice!

We came during hurricane harvey. It was a very hardship time for my family & I. However, Holy at the front desk was very warm & welcoming to us. She made us feel at ease & I couldn't say enough about the rest of the staff. Thank you all for giving us a welcoming stay. Rooms were kept up to date & are very nice.

Cozy, clean and convenient. Staff is very helpful and extremely nice. Stuff is also very informative. Rooms are clean with fresh remotes. I definitely plan on staying again.

It's very fresh and new very affordable, pet friendly, and the people are wonderful. Now, for the pillows on the beds, get rid of all of them, it was like sleeping on big balloons could not get comfortable. Mattresses were not very Comfort friendly, they need to work on that. And get the air conditioners to cool down as cold as you would like, they were marginal on their Cooling. Other than that we loved it and would stay again, but we would bring our own pillows for sure. Ha…

The air did not cool the room at all. Kids running up and down the hall. Will not stay again.

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I felt obligated after such a terrible stay. Although the hotel is sort of updated, the staff and employees are extremely unhelpful. Me and many others were charged for two nights (when we only stayed one night) and the front desk staff seemed uninterested and unavailable to help us. We asked to speak with a manager multiple times, and they always said the manager was gone. I had to call corporate office to speak with someone about this issue because no one was willing to help us. After a lengthy conversation, the corporate office informed us that someone changed our file and maliciously charged us and many others twice. If I hadn't checked my bank statement, I wouldn't have noticed. As of now, they have offered nothing to compensate for this issue and my bank is still charged for two nights. In regard to other aspects of the hotel, the breakfast consists of microwaved eggs and a slice of bread. Stay anywhere else if you can.

There was no good service the phones did not work we needed to go to reception to ask for something we arrived already very late we wanted to rest and it took more than 1 hour to take blankets we had to go twice to tell you I do not stay aki apart the room smelled hum Edo.

Stayed with my family there during spring break. Not the first time in boerne but first time staying here. Had the 2 room suite which was very nice and spacious. Everyone there was beyond nice. Will definitely stay there again as hopefully boerne will be at least a once a year destination.

A very linpio and very quiet place, and good breakfast.

Although the hotel is a little difficult to get to from the freeway, overall it is worth the price. The beds are extra tall, which made it very difficult to get into and out of for a short person like me.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The employee was very nice, always ready to help. The door to the room did not close itself. And the view is of a neighborhood. The breakfast was very delicious. It had everything you could want (eggs, pancakes, yogurt, quacker, juice, coffee, etc)

Nice Hotel, very clean and in great shape. Only the breakfast was sub par. Items that should be hot were cold or room temperature. Other than that, we will stay here again.

For the price it was alright, although a few simple fixes would've made it great. The door had trouble closing and needed to be pulled shut. The toilet tank leaked so we heard the sound of it refilling every 5 minutes. The shower faucet was loose so getting the temperature right was hard. The AC also had a hard time keeping up and it wasn't all that hot outside. Breakfast was good overall but the bacon tasted a little metallic. Everything else was good.

Room a. C. Did not work well, and room smelled slightly mildewy but windows did open. Toilet tank refilled constantly which hissed. Bed of course is what I term "hotel hard". Blankets are thin, good for most of Texas weather. Chair with ottoman was comfy. Breakfast was varied and hotel allows small dogs. Mini fridge was a good size and all the appliances we used worked. Staff was pleasant. Tv dimmed if the lights were off which I thought was pretty cool. Walls were kinda thin, if you're a light sleeper, that might be a problem for you. Overall, I felt it was a pretty standard hotel. I'd go back again.

The hotel was very clean, rooms were nice, had a nice breakfast every morning. Best of all all of the staff was very friendly and the beds super comfortable. This is our second stay at this hotel and will stay here on our next visit.

The rooms are great, customer service is excellent, only thing is the Wi-Fi is a bit buggy. Also the morning breakfast could use a change. Maybe have a designated breakfast cook.

Do not EVER book a room at this fraudulent fake LaQuinta I booked two rooms for two nights. Had to cancel a week before the dates and told the non-English speaking woman to be sure and send me a cancellation confirmation. I waited two days and never got the cancellation confirmation. I went into my account and showed "cancelled" in red for both rooms so didn't worry about it. LaQuinta still charged my CapitolOne card saying that I never canceled any of the dates. I have gone back and forth with CapitolOne and just now got a notice that they have closed this case and I am being charged. I am furious. I will be filing a lawsuit against LaQuinta for this obvious FRAUD.

Checked in paid 119.00 for 1 night wanted 2 nights they said check in morning to see if available … friends checked in after us got 2 nights for 119.00 per night … went down this morning said yes we could get room BUT price is now 169.00! Will NOT stay again! Unbelievable. A/c OK but not to full capacity but was OK … but nothing changed except$ 50 more. Unhappy.

Clean very quiet hotel. Didn't look like much from the parking lot but decent hotel for less than $100.

I travel alone a lot for business, I always stay at La Quinta Inn and Suite on a weekly bases but the one time I travel with my wife and my one year old daughter, they give me the dirtiest, unsafest, smelliest suite in the hotel! My daughter had burrs on her diaper from crawling around in the living room. There was a Nirvana lighter on the counter, a long pube wedged in the remote control button, and a sharp needle on the couch. I'll never go to this location again.

Very nice lady at the front desk! Pet friendly, nice relaxing hot tub, over all enjoyed our stay.

This particular location seems worn out, but has only been here for a short time. The rooms are small, only half the channels on the television work, and the furniture is scuffed and beat up. Our mini fridge is missing a leg, so every time we open it, it tilts forward dumping what few things we put in it to begin with. The tiles on the bathroom floor are cracked, and some don't even seem adhered to the floor. This place reminds me of one of those quickly built neighborhoods that look shiny and new for a year, but then fall quickly into disrepair due to to shoddy workmanship and poor building materials.

We stayed here and rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was great, as far as continental breakfasts go. Fresh scrambled. Eggs, waffle maker, etc. Our AC was not working and they fixed it promptly, on Thanksgiving. A good value and we. Got what we paid for and they exceeded my expectations.
