Our stay at The William was the best we have had in a long time. Ashley our contact person was very attentive and responded to each of our texts. Room was the best as it over looked Main Street. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was beautiful and big and everything was spotless!. It was so hard to get up each morning as we were so comfy in that bed! It was the best birthday present for my husband and of course his golf game at Tapatio Springs was great. Consider your stay at The William if you want to rest and relax with your hubby!
First off if you’re looking for a hotel with a traditional lobby, fitness center, spa and the like, this ones not for you. It’s a boutique exquisite little hotel. You check in like an AirBnb, in that you receive a code to get in and out of your room. Now, if you’re looking for a hotel with great rooms, and people that truly care about their guests’ happiness, and amazing location in downtown this is the one for you! We were stuck during this recent huge snow/ice storm. Literally nothing was open, the roads were closed. They checked in with us to make sure we were ok. They also accommodated us when we couldn’t actually leave when our stay was over. We ended up “squatting” two extra days. They were super understanding and were so generous to us! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be stuck. Recommend 6 million percent!
