Nice and clean friendly service.

O — charged me for $350 for smoking in the room. Never did that and they have no proof! I have filed a claim and waiting for ti to be resolved and if it isn't I will take them to court!

No ice machine on 4th floor. Room phone unconnected. Used personal phone to call front door to ask about ice machine front desk operator said “could it be on 3rd floor”?
I said I do not work here, I am asking you!

Great location, nice and clean room. Bed was super comfy, slept great. Breakfast area was very nice and the guy working the breakfast area was so diligent in making sure these were restocked and picking up the plates, super helpful. Would stay here again.

Good for a quick trip to Austin. Great location off I35. Parking is not the most ideal. Front spots fill up quick and the extra parking lot space is behind the hotel a small distance away from any entryways. Would use again if needing to stay on the Southside of Austin.

Generally the hardware of this hotel likes most of other Holiday Inn hotels and in good shape. However, I don't not sure whether the hotel is managed very well. And if you don't want to my story happens to you as well, please think it again before you book a room there. My family stayed in the hotel for one night July 28, 2018. My wife was waked up by being bitten by something around 1 am Sunday. She caught it and it looked like a bed bug. She went to front desk and told them about it. The front desk boy said that they will take care of it. When we checked out and tried to talk to the manager, the front desk said the manager doesn't work Sunday and will be back Monday, and they will take care of it. Nobody contacted us until I submitted an internal review to IHG on Wednesday Aug 1, 2018. After I called the hotel, the manager said that they hired a pest control company to check the room and didn't find any bugs. So the room is opened again and booked in Tuesday. They hadn't get chance to notify me before I submitted the review. I told her that we have pics of the bug, she said that it might happen somewhere else. Basically she denied that it happened in her hotel. I cannot believe a hotel manager said that! If you don't want to have same experience as me when you have the similar issue, I will suggest you stay away from the hotel until the management style is changed.

Booked the room for a weekend first week of August and I found out you don't request your room to be cleaned by the by the maid because she will steal your stuff! Got back after leaving for a half-day and my phone charger, coat hanger and dress shirt were missing! They returned the hanger, charger and said said I had signed a waiver saying they weren't responsible for missing articles!

Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfy, breakfast was good and staff were very helpful and polite.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in. There are probably some points that warrant fewer stars, but other points make up for it. Pros: Very welcoming of families. The manager even switched us to the same kind of room on the 4th floor because he overheard my son asking to be at the top. The suite was huge and well-furnished. The beds were super comfy. It was a great pool with a large shallow shelf for the little kids to wade. The staff was friendly and responsive. The breakfast was fairly standard but had enough options for healthy eaters. I had Chobani yogurt and instant oatmeal, the kids had cinnamon rolls, bacon, and oranges. The house blend coffee was drinkable. Cons: The fourth floor room looked like it wasn't used as often. It was clean but there was a fine layer of dust over everything. Probably wouldn't be a problem if we stuck with the 2nd floor room they first assigned. There was only one ice machine on the first floor. The pool area could have used a little more attention. No one stocked towels The entire time we were there, so I had to go to the desk. The in-room k-cup coffee was unacceptable by my standards. Overall, it was a great low-key Austin experience and was nice to be away from the craziness of downtown and the busy airport hotels. I will definitely look here first next time.

I always love staying here when I travel in Austin! The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean and it's quiet when I'm trying to relax! The breakfast is just OK, but it could be better for the price of the rooms! Overall I give it 5 stars for exceptional service!

A good stay after a long long while. Haven't seen rooms this spacious in a long while. Even in other Holiday Inns. Loved it. Breakfast needs to have a larger area and much more in options. AC in room was not the best.

This hotel is very clean and always has fresh food, and fresh coffee. The front desk employees are very polite and welcoming. The Manager, Tania, is one of the most welcoming managers I’ve encountered with. She’s very smiley and made me feel comfortable while me being there. Definitely would recommended this hotel for vacations.

The rooms are nicer than a resort where I recently stayed. Nice accommodations and very good breakfast buffet. The room is comfy, the bed and shower are better than home and the Staff especially, Josh are welcoming and friendly. Top notch for a weary traveller.

The front desk staff was pleasant and even had a first floor room available for me. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet enough despite being next to the laundry facility. The continental breakfast had everything that one would typically expect. The best thing for me is that they kept the coffee fresh in the lobby which is perfect for those of us traveling and working odd hours. I'd definitely stay again and recommend others to do so as well…

Woww is the best way to describe the place in every way possible. The ONLY NEGATIVE thing about this is I can only give it a 5 star rating and the business deserves much much more than a 5 star it's simply an amazing atmosphere the moment you get there. I would like to acknowledge some of the friendly people I met during my week there and give them some praise for their proffessialism and courtesy. The owner Raj Patel in my opinion has got the secret formula in my opinion if there ever was a secret formula for how to correctly staff and efficiently run a hotel. I met Raj on several occasions end was very a extremely nice gentleman that was very approachable and was a very hands on Gm that had what I felt was a very well managed staff and very clean facility. The front desk lady named Maria that works the day shift no doubt is one of the best and most friendliest ladies if not the best that I have met in my many years traveling hands down. I never one time saw her not smiling when greeting a customer as they was either coming or going or just passing by in the lobby very very nice lady that is very complimentary to the business she is in that sometimes has to deal with unhappy guests for whatever reasons and in turns makes their stay so much more easier and less stressful by her personality there should be more front desk ladies like her and have her great attitude every single day.

This hotel is amazing! The front desk staff was so helpful and attentive to my needs and they really make you feel at home. I asked for an extra blanket and they got it for me immediately, no questions asked. Plus they had free breakfast (I suggest the scrambled eggs) and the Wi-Fi worked just fine. Thank you for the positive experience, I will definitely be staying here again!

I was robbed in the parkinglot 30 min after we checked in at gun point by my car. He took everything! Dangerous location. The owner said they have had no incidence here. Now reading The reviews. I see that's a lie. Dark and no cameras where they should be. The ladies up in the front were very nice and helpful. Even tho the lobby clerks boyfriend was sitting outside the whole time I was robbed and "didn't see anything " and had several different stories of why he "didn't see anything". Yea okay. When I heard it was customary for management to comp your room after something like this happens on their property, I asked and they wouldn't. $500 for a new car key, $300 for a new phone later. The least they could do was comp the room. After all they have no security! No one is ever up in the front lobby (which the guy knew because he looked into the hotel to see if anyone was in there) LADIES PLEASE DON'T WALK AROUND THIS HOTEL ALONE. Or at night. Watch your surroundings.

Rooms need a bit of updating, but my main issue with my stay was that there was only one person on duty at the front desk. I do not blame the personnel but the managers need to revise their shift scheduling. One employee on a Saturday night is not suffecent.

Location of the hotel is perfect. The service and room was great too! Definitely staying here again.

I don't know when this location was built, but everything looks and functions like new. The room was very clean and in great condition. It has a nice sized TV compared to other rooms I've stayed in. The bathroom is very roomy and well designed. The pool is well lit at night. The staff were very friendly and the grounds were kept up nicely except for this one location where the person who kept parking there dumped stuff out of their vehicle onto the parking lot. It went a couple of days without being picked up.

If I could give this hotel higher than 5 stars I would. We stopped in without reservation and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a king bed and the room was beautiful and spacious. The shower is all glassed in and very clean. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Nice fast Internet which is a must! The front desk clerk also pointed us in the direction for some local food stops. We had a Cuban dinner and it was amazing! Breakfast was great and very fresh. Its also within reason to the airport which was great because we were traveling. I cannot say how much this stay impressed me. The next time we are in austin we will be staying at this location!

We've been to this hotel for both of our stays in Austin and we will stay here next time we visit. The place is very nice, comfortable, clean, and the staff has been more than accommodating and kind both times. It is close enough to downtown that it is just a quick 10-15 minute drive. My husband and I love visiting Austin, and we've loved our experiences with this hotel.

This place had great access to the city and surrounding area. The hotel was quiet, and clean. I would love to stay there again.

Very clean hotel, it seems to be a fairly new building. Staff was nice. Free breakfast was bland but it was free. Comfortable bed and great flat screen TVs. Overall good experience.

We had a very nice experience at this hotel. Everything was clean and nice. We did have an issue of being double charged, but otherwise we had a nice stay. Breakfast was good, but not better than a restaurant.

Great room, very comfortable, but I think something was wrong with the thermostat. Woke up two or three times it was so hot in the room, and tried turning the AC down but it didn't help.

We stayed here for the past three days. Staffs and room are in top quality. It is better than the holiday inn in downtown (room is smaller and water smells weird)

This is a new property — — a few months old. It has that new car smell but for a hotel. Everthing is nice — — the decor, it's clean and fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. Max helped me gain access to Wi-Fi and install printer so I could print my uograde tickets to Jimmy Kimmel Live taping. Complimentary breakfast was good and hot. A great experience for us.
