Do no stay here. This hotel has a mandatory valet yet assumes no responsibility for their valet attendants. I noticed a car charger had gone missing from my car during my stay. When I tried to file a complaint I was literally laughed at by their Valet Director Evan. He claimed that 99% of the time the missing items were the guest's fault and he was "already going above and beyond" by talking to me in the first place. His staff "handles thousands of cars a day" so it couldn't have been one of them. Excuse me sir, but if that's true then why claim 99% instead of 100%? Faulty logic if you ask me. While I was trying to get some kind of reimbursement out of him he chuckled to himself and stated, "it was only a car charger sir". I understand a $30 car charger is small pittance to the Hilton, however if the goal is encouraging guests to return that is a pretty poor way to accomplish it. I had read poor reviews about this hotel but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt anyways. Don't make the same mistake I did. Oh and Mr. Doran before you reply to this asking to give your hotel another shot as I've seen you do countless times already on Google Reviews, just know that that is NOT going to happen until this is rectified. Also consider why exactly you must spend so much time writing apologies to your former guests. *EDIT* Despite assurances that this matter would be "resolved 100% today", as of this post I have yet to hear from Mr. Doran or Mr. Adams regarding reimbursement. I sent Mr. Adams an e-mail yesterday on the matter with no reply. It looks as though this is getting swept under the rug and unfortunately this is par for the course.
