The lady when we checked in Thursday night was awesome. We got to the room and quickly found the room clean but the refrigerator was not. There was food left in it from someone else who had stayed. The Kerig had left over coffee in it. The housekeepers that attended to our room Friday and Saturday were great. Sunday we came back to find nothing restocked. The biggest problem was there was only a bartender and a server for the weekend. This chain knew there was a formula 1 event. You need to staff a lot more people. Brittney and Jennifer rocked it and deserve a raise. We tipped them very well but deserve even more. We ordered food and it took 30 minutes for the kitchen to report they ran out of romaine. We then ordered steak. Mine was good after another hour. My friend ordered hers medium well and came out fully cooked. She couldnt even eat it. I can’t believe I paid this outrageous price for what we experienced. Definitely will choice a different hotel next. Shame on the management!
Always a great place to stay. Comfortable beds, great breakfast and outstanding customer service.
