Great concept renting a one bedroom apartment for a few days. They have properties in several places. We will do this again but next time will pack things like pool towels, storage baggies and such.
If you book a room they will send multiple welcoming emails and texts inviting questions. If you reply asking for recommendations and explain that you are arriving late, they won’t respond. If you get there after 10:30 at night and finally find a correct parking spot in the dead end of a dark and spooky parking garage, and you register a photo of your license plate, you will not be allowed to access the building. If you then call the number posted in the garage, you will be told you need to exit the building and go outside to check in on the street where there is no parking and then go back in and find a parking space. “Didn’t you get the instructions? ” At that time you will say, “To hell with these idiots! ” and other choice words, and you will find a better place to stay. At least they refunded my money.
