Very nice place to stay at.

Kicked out of “pet friendly hotel” without warning on first day of our stay for dogs barking while husband was supervising them in the room! Front desk guy Manny Hasham was extremely rude and unprofessional and told me the person listed on the wall as the “manager on duty” was out of town and that there was nobody but him for me to speak with. Will be filing complaints with corporate and better business bureau. Outrageous behavior.

They say they are pet friendly but ur fur babies aren't aloud to be on the beds and if you need to leave them alone in the room they have be in a kennel or a cage. And there's no swimming pool.

If I could rate less than 1 … I can't believe these people… home burned so staying for 8 days and got breakfast for the 3rd time to be scrutinized by the breakfast woman… seriously I didn't get loads of food… ridiculous! I can't believe this… 3 tiny Trix yogurts, 1 orange juice, 1 bowl of cereal, 2 cups of milk, 2 egg pieces, 2 pcs of toast, 2 pcs of sausage this was for 2 people not per person. Wow! Fire has destroyed all and this hotel is treating us this way!

I can't say it was terribly comfortable, but I was so grateful that they took my cat and bird without weird prequalifications or big fees (just $10), and that the rate was very reasonable versus the competition for the quality. It was clean and looked fine, at least.

Brand new facility. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay there again.

Very nice rooms everything is new, all the staff was friendly and helpful besides the guy that works the front desk at night he's rude and upnoctious. Tje rooms are amazing at the rate you get, I stay at a lot of motels, and for a 2 room suite like this one I usually pay around $150 I paid $73 here everything in the room is great. The only problem with the room is the bedroom door wasn't installed correctly and it grabs the carpet when you open the door. But that is nothing to complain about. They don't except cash but that's a good thing it draws a better clast of people. I'm serious a very affordable nice rooms if you are coming this way it's a great place to stay.

The staff was amazing and the room was beautiful. It's an unbeatable price for what you get! I would highly recommend staying here!

Always an excellent staff that is always willing to go the extra mile. Only complaint this time (which I never usually have) is the soda machine had no Dr p. I'm addicted and couldn't get my fix.

It was under construction which made it loud and the air condition poor our allergies we're acting up the whole time. We stayed for a week and the over night front desk clerk is very rude and hateful will never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone even if it was free! The breakfast closed down early and the fruit wasn't always fresh.

Horrible service. Rude, condescending employees. Guests are treated like 2nd class citizens. The rooms are a joke. King size slab on 2 twin boxes. It's dirty and the cops were called almost every night of my stay. Do not stay here. It was so bad that I called corporate to complain. Had to give 1 star for this to post.

I wish ZERO stars were possible, but ONE it is. The place is torn up for construction that started off each day with noise at 7am. There is no on-site store to buy snacks, just a couple of empty snack machines. My room was on the third floor, accessible only by the elevator that was on a very slow cycle. The room had a horrible odor to it and what appeared to resemble black mould was above the shower. The stair well right outside my door reeked like a portable urinal that had not been serviced for over a week in the hot Texas sun. I went cheap and bought off of priceline. They have it rated 2.5 stars. There is NO WAY that place is any better than 1 to 1.5, and that would be stretching it.

Very rude front desk agent at night not only did he refuse to validate our reservation, he also threatened to tresspass us and call the police if we wanted to argue with him, so we ended up paying cash. Furthermore both the 2nd and 3rd floors of the hotel smell of mold Great AM Breakfast and decent coffee.

Clean, nice staff. Some parts were undergoing contsruction but that was ok.

They were undergoing renovations when I was there so my only complaint was that you couldn't sleep past 9am because of the noise. Also the "breakfast" is disgusting. However the room was clean and staff was friendly so I give it 4 stars.

This place is presently getting a major renovation and it is needed. The rooms, carpeting are are old and worn out. Seriously not a nice place. Possibly in a couple months with the major work they are doing it come be better. Aug 2017.

Best hotel I have stayed at in the area. The outside may want to turn you away, but once you get inside everything changes. They have a bar area with lounge chairs and tables for relaxation during the afternoons, vending machines, a fitness center, you name it! The building smelled normal, not too over filled with cleaning products or over ran with smoke at all. The room I stayed in had two beds and was handicap accessible for my partner. It was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. From now on I'm staying in here when I'm in town.

I'm not even giving this place 1 star. (This happened on 7/9/17 around midnight. ) We came into town late. Got a room. It was on the second floor. I saw reviews about the rennovation but figured it couldn't be that bad. IT WAS WORSE! We get to the second floor. The hall way was hot with windows open at each end. The hall was so dimly lit my husband was sure we were in the wrong place. At the end of the hall there were mattresses stacked from the floor to the ceiling with end tables lining the wall. There were pop cans on the floor and trash cans running over onto the floor. We finally find our room number and swung open the door. All of the bedding was waded up and thrown against the wall, and the beds were bare. I got a glimpse of the bathroom floor and there was powder all over it. It hadn't been cleaned and from the looks of things, I didn't think that hall should even be occupied! I immediately told my husband we were leaving. We went back to the desk and told the employee that we weren't staying and the issues with the room. He apologized and said that the system said the room was available… meaning they ARE utilizing that hall for stay! He said there was no charge. I asked my husband if he ran our card. He said yes. The employee said we don't charge anything until check out. Needless to say, we WILL be watching our card.

I would rate this hotel a 0. Manager is very rude. Would not refund my money! Took several calls and visits just to soeak to the GM! NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY AT ALL. do not stay here.

BED BUGS! My wife and I stay here last week and this place is infested with bed bugs. Woke up with welts all over our face, arms, backs, and legs. We removed the blankets from the bed to look and see if we saw anything bed bug and we saw more than we could stomach. We saw at least 10 bed bugs. Immediately went to the front desk and told them what was wrong going on so the pictures and show them our bites mark from the bug bites. The manager did not even go himself at first he sent someone else to go look at our room. The lady saw the BUGS in the bed but she can't confirm that what bit us and and then the manager finally came and looked at my room after waiting for 30 minutes manager refused to refund our money because yes he agreed that there were bugs in the bed but would refuse to believe that they are bed bugs. The manager guy is a joke. Do yourself a favor and tell everyone you know did not stop this place!

I wish I had pictures. It was horrible. It smelled like mold. The pool was closed. So they need to stop advertising a pool. There were buckets collecting water from the dripping celing. Www. Hotwire. Com needs to not call this a 4 star.

Manager there was awesome. I had a few complications and he addressed my concerns fairly and quickly. I would stay here anytime.

Hard beds, old Television, … pool is dirty… everything is old… we booked two rooms under the assumption that this was an affordable nice family friendly hotel… however my children could hardly Eben sleep in the beds… it's smelly. And it's dark… please pay the Xtra money to get something better… # regret.

If I had the option of giving this place 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this to anyone. The television is very old and you cannot connect it to a DVD player. The window in our room was not locked when we entered it. The front desk worker was very rude to my family and I. The Wi-Fi is very weak and service is horrible.

Wonderful staff, fantastic place. Clean, and at a great price. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. It's an excellent room, great breakfast, and hats off to Sean the senior management. OutsTandon in every way. We should know. We elected to stay there a month and a half during our renovation.! thanks!

This was a nightmare visit! Lobby smelled like a sewer pipe busted, carpet had stains, elevator buttons cracked and broken with pieces missing, air conditioner didn't work in the first room they assigned, jacuzzi wasn't working. Neither was Wi-Fi. After 4 trips from 3rd floor to 1st and multiple key malfunctions, am finally in my room. Hallways smelled like a musty old house that had not been aired or carpets cleaned in years. It has potential but new management should close the place down and do some serious renovations before renting rooms! Worst stay ever, very disappointed and will probably never darken the door of this hotel chain ever again!
