I have traveled extensively for work over the past 3 months, averaging 4 hotels a week and this hotelnus in my Top 3. The Front Desk experience (Sheryl) was wonderful. The rooms are amazingly clean and modern. So welcoming… I am bummed I have to leave for another hotel, because it will be a tough to live up to these standards!

These rooms are excellent! As one who has been in many La Quinta's across the country this is one of the best and an asset to the community! Their "TEXAS" shaped waffles were a sweet treat and YUGE! Professional staff, dog friendly very safe clean neighborhood too! Highly recommend!

The air conditioning units did not work well in our suite, it felt more like a fan than A/C. Besides that everything was great. Very clean. All of the staff were very nice, and helpful!

I love the remodel on the rooms! Great new showers instead of tubs, and beautiful countertop and mirror. I enjoyed having a table with two chairs and long enough to put things on as well. Well done La Quinta, well done!

We have stayed at a lot of La Quinta’s in multiple states. This is our second unfortunate stay at this location. The first one was in 2017. The reason we have them rated a 2 instead of 1 is because the desk staff really tried to be accommodating during that first visit. We had a suite reserved and it had a broken sink. They tried to have it fixed and allowed us to stay in another room while they worked on it. We had the suite because we planned to have family hang out. When they learned that the sink wouldn’t be fixed in time, they offered us two rooms for the night at no additional charge. They were really trying to accommodate the issue. It was over a long series of hours that this went on though. There was also a caravan of kids that was running up and down the halls that were unsupervised and the police had to be called. It was kind of a rough stay. This time, we got into our room and it looked fine at first. I sat down in the desk chair to put my tennis shoes on. When I stood up, I had women’s panties stuck to the back of my shirt… yuck. They did not belong to my wife and were clearly there before I sat down (pictured below). Then in the shower there were a number of hairs hanging and laying in multiple spots. A couple of the hairs looked like they weren’t from someone’s head. It was just awkward and uncomfortable. I travel a lot and have never had this issue.

By far the best LaQuinta that I’ve encountered out of my 9 years as a awards member as well as loyal customer. During the time that my daughter and I encountered a tragic ordeal they were so apt to making sure that my daughter and I were well taken care of as well as protected during my domestic issue. The staff is 100% professional, friendly, as well as attentive. The GM Sara is amazing not only as a general manager but as a person who is caring and understanding. Actually all of the staff including the best maid service I’ve ever encountered in a hotel maintenance is always there to assist if something goes wrong and the breakfast cook is superb at her culinary breakfast skills by far. If you ever want to encounter genuine friendly, caring and super clean home away from home environment please visit this LAQUINTA you will encounter the friendliest, caring staff that will treat you like family during your stay. Thanks to all of the staff for showing me and my daughter that genuine caring people still do exist in this day and time. They’re not all about the money that’s coming into the hotel but about how you’re treated during your stay and go the extra mile to make sure that you will come back. Really nice new hotel! Wasn't supposed to stay here but Addison location was overbooked and happy it happened. Rooms are nice and the service was really open and warm and energetic. Only stayed one night but room was clean when I arrived. They have a full breakfast… cucumber or lime and orange water is available all the time and various coffee brews with an assortment of creamers! I am elite and stay at several la quintas throughout the year and this was one of the best.

I called and asked if my fiance and I could stay here for our honeymoon and my birthday when we are both 20 years old and they said yes we can stay here and so on the night of check in the front desk said they couldn't take us in because we weren't 21 and we were very pissed off but the front desk associate still allowed us to stay here for our special day and we are ever so grateful for her! Highly recommend this hotel! Very down to earth people.

This is a prime location for this nice hotel. The outside and inside look lovely and well maintained. It is across the street from Baylor Hospital in Plano and has 24hr fast food, a Denny's and an IHOP within a block; with some nicer eateries in the area.

Stopped by to check the place out for a weekend getaway for my wife and I. Talked with Janell Smith, Wow! She was super helpful and had a great attitude. Seemed to really enjoy her job and answered all my questions. Will definitely be booming a room soon.

My visit was social visiting a friend whose apartment was getting work done. The hotel was nice. However I wasn't a fan of the elevator. Just looked a bit worn and was slow moving. Aside from that the location is obviously newer and the room I visited was nice with a microwave and other amenities that made it more comfortable, I'm sure. Low key location — — overall it was nice!

I stayed here for 2 nights. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great service. When I first checked into my room I had some very loud neighbors next door. I asked Janell the receptionist if it was possible to change rooms. She politely catered to my needs and gave me a room across the hall. Thank you Janell for your great service.

Olga behind the desk is amazing! I sat and watched her interact with the customers. She was so kind and even peeled an orange for an elderly lady, who was having trouble. The hotel is nice because the staff — namely Olga delivers top service!

I stayed here for a week, contemporary bright interiors contribute to beautiful ambience. The rooms are spacious equipped with minibar, microwave, coffee machine, iron with ironing board. Beds are spacious and don't emit bad smells, the cushions are comfortable, interiors inside room are sober and give relaxing feeling, carpets were very clean and bathroom was also spacious. There is common laundry facility available, On each floor there is ice dispenser. The hotel is equipped with good gym, the pool is beautiful. The staff is friendly, co-operative and always ready to help. The place serves complimentary breakfasts offering brown and white bread, bagel, cornflakes, pancake, fruits, yogurt and wide selection of coffee. I would specially like to highlight and take this opportunity to appreciate the shuttle service provided it saved all my worries of commuting to and from workplace, the driver staff were very friendly, smiling and co-operative. And the prices are low comparing the facilities provided.

I have stayed at more than one La Quinta over the years and this was by far the most impressive! I was expecting an average hotel, but I was immediately impressed upon arrival. The lobby was very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and the room was wonderful! I would choose to stay here again if I was ever to return to the area. The location was easy to find and it had very convenient access to everything I needed.

Location is great! Right next to most major freeways and about 4 or 5 fast food places within 5 minute driving distance. Also an IHOP right in the parking lot. They are very friendly here and accept pets as well. Shane, Olga and Carla at the front desk have been nothing but amazing and helpful! Highly recommended Location!

This is one of the worst places we've ever stayed. The ice machine on our floor broke down so guests had to go to another floor to get ice. The ice machines are not conveniently located, either. The hotel staff did not seem at all concerned about the inconvenience to guests. The person staying next to us smoked pot and the hallway was filled with the odor. The microwave clock light is so bright you could read by it. We will not stay here again and do not recommend it.

The hotel was clean and was perfect for my business trip. They just renovated and everything looks brand new. It's located close to the Plano business park, which was great.

Awesome stay, beautiful room, staff were helpful and courteous. I did not plan to stay 3 days but changed my mind as soon as I walked in the door and entered our room and immediately cancelled our other reservation. Thank you for such a great stay.

Very nice rooms, and great shower. It is very easy to get to and even though they are doing some remodeling the hotel and quality of stay is very good. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Great hotel for a quick overnight. They are undergoing remodeling. Our room was brand new and modern. Didn't give 5 stars because elevator didn't work when we got there, but other than that, great value!

This location is under renovation. Renovations have been happening for a while, but they don't seem to be anywhere near finished. Our room was completely updated and clean. We had the two room executive suite. The rooms were divided by glass doors, so there was no privacy. Both rooms were pretty small for a suite and sound carried very well regardless of the state of the doors. I would really call it one room with a partial divider in between. Also, the trip from the 'bedroom' room to the bathroom was really long as you had to go through the main room. Again, no privacy or segregation. However, the price was very competitive.

Dre at the front desk was EXCELLENT, very personable and helpful. The process of getting rooms was clearly explained and fluid. The hallways and elevators were sub-par and flat out a bit dangerous — looking but the rooms were absolutely top notch and spotless. There was construction going on, however, so I think that may have been one of the reasons for the dismal interior (but at least it was being worked on). Other than that little blip, I would absolutely stay there again in the future. Oh! And the prices were very competitive and fair.

I just needed to change my babys diper. I asked lady in front, can I use inside bench on the corner. She said yes. So I could change my babys diper. It was very thanksful.

Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk was extremely nice. When we got to our room, the room was clean and bed was made, as expected, but with a slight hospital/ powdery smell. The king-size bed we got wasn't too comfortable, so I wouldn't recommend for more than one night if you have back problems like me. The bathroom doors wouldn't close all the way, so not much privacy offered there. However, the main problem we had with the room was the thermostat; we couldn't adjust the temperature without the heater kicking on. The breakfast provided is limited in selection but does include cereal, waffles, bagels, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs. Overall, I probably would stay here again for the price I paid for a 2-night stay.

Horrible Hotel. Staff was beyond rude. My room had roaches in it. My fridge didn't work. And the hotel is not taken care of at all. There is a nasty smell throughout the halls and it is hotter in the hotel hallways then it is outside. Trust me, not worth the money. There is plenty other much nicer hotels in the area. I frequently visit this area for work and I will never make this bad decision again.

Eh. The whole place seemed run down, broken and sad. The staff was friendly most of the time, though desperately in need of more help. When I arrived there was a line 10 people deep, and only one guy to help them all. The rooms were nice enough, but the rest of the hotel was pretty bad. The pool was dirty, most of the vending machines were out of order, and the fitness room is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Very pleasant stay. Inside was clean, no odors, no complaints. Lobby area served as nice get together spot which doubles as breakfast area in the morning. In the room, everything was very nice. Only small nitpick is no microwave or refrigerator. Also the elevator became broken some time after I checked in late in the evening but was working again in the morning. Decent breakfast with muffins, bagels, toast, hardboiled eggs, cereal, some fruit, and waffles. No hot food though like sausages, bacon, or scrambled eggs. Overall had a great experience.

Visited family staying at this location. Impressed with cleanliness and the suite layout was excellent. Pet friendly is a plus!

Very close to the hospital. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and lobby. Looks nice from the outside also. Would stay again or recommended to friends. Good hospital price rate.

The location was pretty convenient. It had a lot of places within walking distance which was nice. The rooms were great, they had plenty of space. However, I have never seen a worse hotel television in my life. It was absolutely garbage. If you were lucky enough to get it on and on a channel, the picture would frequently go out or distort and obstruct your vision. Service was adequate but I only ever saw 1 employee of the hotel and wondered where the rest of the staff was.

Stayed for 13 nights, free breakfast was about average to any other continental breakfast. Rooms were clean, staff friendly.

We booked this Hotel via Expedia. When we arrived at Dallas the weather was not good we called Expedia if they can relocate us to a nearest place from where at as we still have a half an hour driving to the hotel. They called the hotel but the hotel has refused to cancel/relocate the booking. We drove all the way there and we found that they gave our booking to someone else and the hotel is fully booked. not only this the supervisor I think her name was Bobby was so rude to us on the phone and not helpful at all. We end up looking for a hotel for like another hour.

It' s a very good hotel, nice and clean room. Very tidy, breakfast served complimentary. Although cold breafast with no sausage or fried beacon or omlet, but you get quite a good variety of items with fruites etc.

Wasn't to bad. Smelled kind of weird though. Had some comfy pillows. I ended up paying $31 more when I got there than the price they told me over the phone.

So nasty! Tried to eat our left overs. Saves us from throwing it away! For the environment.

This hotel is conveniently located near several hospitals. Very sleek and modern decor. Large clean rooms and friendly staff.

This hotel has MOLD. I was only in the room a few hrs until I began feeling extremelly unconfortable, which is whrn it got so bad I had 2 look around. The wall right across from me, the side of the window, had such an extensive mold growth biozard that you could see the, studs in the walls through the paint. I ran out of there as fast as I could. They did give me a full refund, but by the time I got out igs rearly morning. I cant give any more stars even if for good service because mold will kill you.

After being on the road with my husband for about two months working, we have stayed at three different La Quinta Inn and Suites. This was one of the nicest I have had the opportunity to stay in. It was a long and difficult trip due to weather conditions and we only had a one night stay; however, it was so relaxing and we got our much needed rest. I would have liked to have seen some eggs and bacon for breakfast, but other than that, it was perfect! Thank you.
