The to-go food selection is a bit lacking — especially for breakfast. The room is nice and it was relatively clean. Beware. They allow pets. Your room may smell like cat urine. The front desk was polite and helpful and the bar staff is friendly. I think there are better nearby accommodations for the price.

This hotel is fantastic. I stayed here for a week. It is modern, unique, picturesque (because it sits in between corn fields) and the staff is great. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Melanie and Lawrence went the extra mile to get some items returned to me that I forgot in my room. This will be my go to hotel (if available) when I travel.

Great business hotel with clean rooms. Breakfast is infuriatingly slow. Each item takes 7-8 minutes to prep, orders are taken one at a time. Get ready to wait half an hour to get something other than a bagel. Absurd design for an otherwise efficient place.

Very easy to get to the hotel and check in. The Rooms were very clean and stylish. The toilet wasn't flushing when we got there but I called the front desk and they sent maintenance up in minutes. Overall a fantastic experience.

Overall ok. Friendly staff. Pleasant room. The local shuttle fulls up in the morning (late for work) and stops running at 9pm (other hotels run until 10pm). So recommended but with the shuttle warnings.

The room layout was nice and this location is very close to my Texas office. I look forward to when I can return.

Better than other hotels in that area. I suggest hotel keep some water bottle atleast 2 (currently there is only 1 water bottle per night)

The hotel was extremely easy to spot of the highway and it made navigation to the location so much easier. Hotel really well kept, staff courteous and knowledgeable. Gave great insight on local attractions and sights to see as well as great personal good recommendations.

Great new facility, art deco, pet friendly, very boutique feel, high ceiling. Guests with pets are assigned on ground floor for good reasons. Will stay again.

Generally nice hotel that had some recent upgrades. Breakfast was good and bar has a nice selection of scotches, bourbons and local beer.

Went during the annoying UT and OU game. Had no ideal what was going on. I wish I could remember his name but one of the hotel hosts was very nice and offered me free food and drinks when I waited for a room and booked me in before check in so that I could get some rest. I was driving through and pulled an all nighter on business.

The staff checked us in quickly and were very accommodating. It was clean and convenient amenities. I would definitely stay again.

Clean, retro rooms close to popular Legacy West, shopping, dining and salons. Rooms are a little small and ceilings are low. Great service!

Hotel was moderately priced. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Exercise room was small, but adequate. Snackbar was convenient, especially for a quick breakfast on the go.

Awesome room, great amenities, night and day staff were very accommodating and helpful. No problems with the room. Beds were comfortable, shower ran hot with great water pressure, free water bottles in room, everything was digitized and modern. You could see everything to do with your account, room, restaurants, and local things to do plus a lot more! This place is definitely going ono the 'Yes' list!

The hardware is relatively new and provides a bottle of water every day. Breakfast is a 5-dollar meal voucher, to the self-service bar to choose their own to eat, more at their own expense; this way is very troublesome, but you can also order 5 yuan of heated breakfast combination, green sauce Meatloaf maffin add eggs I like.

Wonderful hotel and employees. Value was worth the stay and no additional charge for Scooby the dog. Room was very clean however, somewhat small. Very quiet and clean. No bed bugs here! 5 STARS.

Rooms are weird and definitely outdated. It’s not the 70’s anymore. Get a dust buster. They also throw ridiculous lobby parties on the weekends, random days of the month, with NO signage or warning to guests at all. I was on the second floor above the lobby and obviously I was super displeased with this. When I called the front desk, they said the party would end at a certain time. Guess what didn’t happen?!? Communication is SERIOUSLY lacking here. And they could not compensate me in anyway. I’m here on a business trip, and have to get up very early! This is unacceptable!

This hotel is pretty nice. It's a little pretentious but it fits right in with the surrounding businesses. I'd definitely stay here again. Comfortable bed, well kept, nice staff, nice shower.

Decent place. 1 night stay for business trip. Room was a bit cramped, but awesome style wise. Front desk girl was a bit rushed to get me checked in, but at least there wasn't a wait and it went fast! The bar was good. Stiff gin and tonic and a rad bar top. I'd stay here again.

Beautiful and cozy feeling, fantastic service. Beds are so inviting with the all bright white and tightly made up linens, but so soft to the touch. I slept like a baby. The food is wonderful, I love picking out healthy options to bring to my room. That little breakfast kitchen is just perfect for ordering a little something hot to eat. I could go on an on, there is so much class in this little hotel. It's only my second time to stay, but both times where absolutely fantastic. My doggy loved it too. Easy exit for a potty walk.

We are traveling home with 2 pups from Denver. We hoped to drive straight but decided to stop in Dallas at the last minute. A problem arose when I realized how many hotels charge an arm and a leg to bring in a pet. Aloft let one dig stay free and the 2nd was only 25.00. I don't know if the 1st floor is set aside for dogs but the accommodations were perfect. No carpet, thick concrete walls and plenty of room for kennel. The decor was very modern and I'd say the greenest hotel I've ever stayed in. Next time we come through area this will be our choice.

The rooms are chic and new, everything is super clean and I feel like the layout of everything is efficient but still aesthetically pleasing. There are a few drawbacks about this particular location: it's right next to a lot of construction on the highway so it makes it a bit hard to get to. Overall, a good experience though.

The property is both comfortable and amazingly beautiful. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The rooms are incredible and modern.

A little quirky hotel, but clean overall and friendly hotel staff. Nice grab and go area in the lobby as well as a bar that opens in the evenings. Rooms were adequately appointed but minimalistic. Was not able to hear much hallway or exterior noise, but the air conditioner made quite a racket every time it cycled on and off.

Nice hotel. Clean and friendly. Rooms were solid. I liked the glowy light funky theme. No issues would stay again.

Standard Aloft room. It was clean and comfortable. The agent at check-in seemed bored and like he didn't want to be there and the agent at check out was great.

Nice and clean hotel. Sound proofing of the front door was kind of weak because I could clearly hear other doors slamming and people conversing as if my door was wide open. Staff was very friendly and courteous and the wireless check in and room keys were convenient.

The outside view from the hotel is really great and is soothing. The rooms are minimalistic in design which is the reason they stand out from others.

The rooms are small, but well-designed and feels spacious. Very modern decor and kept well maintained.

Stayed here on the weekend. Music downstairs is very loud and cannot sleep. It is 11pm and the music is still bumping… Stay away from this place if you want a nice a quiet hotel.

Though it seemed older than some of the other Alofts that I've stayed at, it was still a nice well-kept hotel. They just went through some renovations — new carpeting, new mattresses, new gym, and others. Staff, as with any Aloft, was very friendly and helpful.

Staying at the Aloft in Plano was an overall good experience. The hotel it self is very modern, just a little over priced but in the end a good buy. All staff was very nice and helpful.
