One of the best suites we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The breakfast was good but lacked some of the fresh fruit you see on their in lobby TV ads. The room was excellent, the bathroom spectacular and the temperature was comfortable. The hallway temps were too warm, the pool was outside only, not well marked and you had to walk through exercise room to get there and come back in a different door outside the pool area. I still give the staff and the facility an EXCELLENT rating! Improve those couple of small inconveniences and I'd easily give 5 stars. Loved our stay.

Friendly and outgoing staff makes this location truly awesome to visit or stay at. The lobby is smiley decorated with a good atmosphere and great for casual meetings and informal meals. The rooms are a little on the small side but space is efficiently used. Located just minutes from anything this is a superb location.

The hotel and staff are great. I only have three stars because we stayed during the Texas summer and the AC was not cooling properly. We even switched rooms. Neither room was ever cooler than 79 degrees.

This has been just about the perfect hotel. Comfortable beds in clean, well organized rooms. Good breakfast in a nice area. Smart little touches like USB charging ports in the radio between the beds. I also really appreciated the compact layout of the whole property. Plenty of parking around the building with easy access through the front or back door. Also, each floor is fairly small, so even if your room is at the end of the hall, it's not a long walk. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping available nearby.

The beds where nice and comfortable. Love how the shower and toliet was separate. They are an energy efficient hotel. Very nice employees.

This place is fantastic. Well priced with all the amenities and a great room. Yummy full hot breakfast with Texas shaped waffles. Hard to beat!

Always busy, but never unwelcoming. Rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast is pretty accommodating. Haven't had a bad experience here yet. Will continue to stay here while traveling for work.

Beautiful place. Was here o. Business. Short uber ride from airport and little town to unwind after a day in meetings. Texas is a great place be in the winter months.

Good hotel except the room temperature was too warm. Other people staying there had same issue. Maintenance did not correct the problem.

Rooms were nice. Work out room sucks. Bunch of treadmills and couple dumbbells. Breakfast is hot but standard motel food. Overall it's fine. They closed the breakfast in front of me while I was standing there holding a bowl, so I could have done without that.

If you are in the North Dallas/Lewisville area and need a clean, modern place to stay where the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the parking is plentiful and convenient, and the location is centrally located, this hotel should be at the top of your list. Rooms are modern and thoughtful in design, and provide a nice sized sitting area and work station. Bathroom is divided, with a toilet and small sink that is separate from the main sink and shower; a great idea that allows your party to get on their way faster. Location is 3 minutes from the highway, but is far enough away that road noise is not an issue. Restaurants and shopping mall nearby, as well as a Costco. Breakfast is included in the room rate, and the friendly staff are nearby to keep everything well stocked. In the evening, the lobby opens the bar for happy hour and drinks, which makes for a nice place to sit and unwind. The real jewel in this crown is the staff. From the desk manager to the maids, everyone is friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Even without all the other amenities, the staff would make your stay an outstanding one.

Entance to the hotel is a bit confusing by other than that it's a really nice one. Best one out of these three nearby. Room is well furnished, clean and has good amount of space in there. Breakfast area is nice and has sitting space by the bar to sit down and work. Breakfast had options too. Will recommend.

We only just checked in but can already tell that everything is well cared for & clean & sparkling. I really like the fact of the division & separate area of the toilet & bath area. The front desk clerk was very friendly & gave me the best rate possible. I already know I'd recommend this place!

Staff really goes out of their way. Rooms feel clean. Only thing that pisses me off is the cleaning crew change the thermostat back to 72 every day! I want it at 78!

The service staff were excellent even though the hotel was under staffed at night. Friendly and courteous. Very nice large rooms. Excellent morning breakfast selection. Late checkout available. Very clean and modern, upscale hotel for a great price.

Our room was excellent and very comfortable. We had separate sitting and sleeping areas. The free breakfast was decent.

We had such a great time this weekend visiting Lewisville and Grapevine, TX. We have stayed in Lewisville before at the Town place and Courtyard nearby, but this property has been our favorite so far. The room was so spacious, clean, and modern. I love that you have to put the key in to utilize the electricity, however I wish the attendant would have told us that in advance. It took us awhile to figure it out. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! And we love the variety of the breakfast in the morning, can't beat that! Loved the outdoor fire at night. The location was great because it was nearby everything that we wanted to do. We will definitely be back!

I was highly impressed with this place. It was my husband, myself, & 2 kids (4&7) and the room was spacious & comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again.

One of the nicest facilitie I have stayed at. There are outlets everywhere for all of your charging needs. My room was super spacious and very modern. Felt like I was staying at a five star resort.

We arrived at the hotel in a hurry as the Astros game was on. Loved seeing the game on all the TVs. The gentle man quickly got us checked into our room and we were off. The hotel itself is relatively new, so looked great. The entire facility was clean. Our son took advantage of the 24 hour work out center. Appreciate that! The fire pit was on upon arrival which was a great gesture! Breakfast wat great. Coyld have additional items. Other then waffles not really kid friendly. Location is very nice. Other nice looking hotels in the area; not a raunchy area.

I am currently staying at this hotel and have 2 rooms, the rooms and location are really nice BUT I wish someone had warned me that the rooms are really HOT and you don’t have much control over the air. I didn’t sleep much at all because it’s too hot in the rooms. I have a sickly child that can’t get too hot and I wish I could go somewhere else but all hotels are booked in this area so I may end up purchasing a fan to put in the room until I check out! Again it’s nice but I will not stay again.

Service is awesome! Everyone in the front office I've encountered has been so genuinely friendly and happy to help me feel comfortable and welcome here. Cleanliness and maintenance are both issues, however. While the rooms are modern and sleek; I found multiple pieces of hair on the bathroom floor of both rooms I booked, toilets appeared to have been urinated in after cleaning and before my occupancy (urine stains on toilet bowl that wiped away with toilet paper, toilet paper rolls weren't consistently folded), as well as some dark water stains (the kind you get when you wash dirty hands) in the sink, that rinsed away by hand. The mini fridge in one of the rooms occupied didn't work properly. I'd press the "rapid cool" button and it would cool for two hours, then later in the day it was warm again and I ended up having to throw away some dairy items that were noticeably warm to the touch (the other room was fine). The same room with the fridge issue also has a problem with the light in the mini bar area, it doesn't turn on consistently… and in the "floating" bathroom mirror, two of the four light bulbs were out. The water pressure in the sink of that same room is also incredibly low (the other room is fine, for comparison).

Great customer service, beautiful and modern rooms, comfy bed, hot shower, quiet, great bar and hot breakfast. AC didn't working very well but not bad enough to ruin everything else.

I really wanted to like this hotel. Looking at the pictures and even arriving gives the illusion it's a really nice place for a great price… Here's the good and the bad according to me. I've started in 7 hotels in the last week and half. I'm a Marriott platinum member to give you some perspective on my review. I've also included pictures. Good/Pros — Staff is friendly and helpful — Room is spacious — Nice bathroom with glass walk in shower (see pics) — TV is nice, easy to use (see more below) — Location is decent, and safe Bad/Cons — Air doesn't work! Like many other reviews online and sadly I didn't see them before booking, it's true, I like to sleep cold and it just never got cold once in 2 days. They have tons of reviews about this yet still haven't fixed it, hence the 2 star review. In Texas you have to have the A/C working anytime of the year. You should be able to get it as cold as you need it! — Soft water! Beware! I hate soft water — The bed wasn't clean, my pillow spelling like someone had rubbed their butt all over them if you catch my meaning, YUCK! — The bathroom was nice but not very clean in the shower area — Internet was slower than normal and was spotty and even though I selected 3 days, it kept disconnecting ever 24 hours. Frustrating! — You have to keep your hotel key in the slot to keep air and lights running. This makes it even hotter but I left it in there solid for 2 days still hot. Just miserable. — Couch is uncomfortable!

The hotel was very nice and clean. This is my 3rd time staying here. The area is great with several eating places in the vicinity.

The location of close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were nice but ours was shower only, which may be an issue if you have small kids. The front desk and bar staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.

I loved everything about this hotel! The rooms were clean and luxurious, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and even the breakfast was really nice! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the area!

Clean Modern rooms, friendly staff, decent rates.

Everything was nice and clean. It is located right off the interstate and close to many good restaurants. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and we loved the room. Two things that were not so great… One of the elevators was not working and on the morning we left breakfast was set up about 10 minutes late. I would definitely stay here if I'm passing through Lewisville.

Nice area in town close to a mall, multiple shopping centres, restaurants, Clean, great breakfast, big rooms, the toilet was in a separate room from the shower, large walk in closet, separate living space with couch, table, desk, refrigerator, microwave, very friendly staff, easy check in and out… Great pricing! Will definitely stay there again!

My experience at this hotel was awesome! The staff was very helpful and courteous to my family and I. I enjoyed my large room on the top floor. Quiet and cozy. Breakfast was definitely on point. Whenever I'm back in Lewisville this will be my goto place. It is conveniently located near EVERYTHING: the mall, a galore of restaurants, etc. I stayed in 8 days so it has to account for something! Please remember the family in 601 (the actor)! We'll be back.

The hotel is nice, but the room is small and an unusual layout that makes it considerably less convenient than similar rooms at other hotels. Their kitchen is a small fridge that barely works and a microwave. The room sleeps 6 (has 3 queen size beds plus sofa sleeper), but only a single bathroom. Combine this with other little things like the decor being more form over function (bathroom mirror has a ridiculous frame around the center, doors that you can see through). Overall it's not bad, but not the greatest either.

Overall, my family and I had a good experience here. The rooms were new and spacious. We especially appreciate the toilet being separate from the shower area! We did find it slightly odd that the small fridge in our room turned off every 2 hours and needed to constantly be restarted. Being that we were going to be here about two weeks, we spoke to management about changing rooms with a working fridge. Needless to say, we were told that's how the fridges operate at that Springhill. Go figure! We still enjoyed the breakfast and overall feel of the place. Good for the price we paid.

Convenient. Clean. Well maintained. Breakfast is adequate. Quiet. Gym in walking distance, $15/day. Many places to eat within minutes.

Stayed for 2 weeks at this location and it was great place. Breakfast was nice and yummy every morning. When I arrived and left the staff greeted me. The rooms are very nice and clean and very new age. Lots of space in the rooms. Great shower and bathroom. And beds are very comfy. And staff was great about keeping them clean every day around 2pm. Over all this place was an amazing place to stay and I highly recommend it to anyone!

The suites were great for families. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great.

The hotel and the rooms were clean and fairly nice, however the rooms had a few faults of design. For example, the doors to the bathroom were made of glass that let in lots of light and thus, could wake up the other people if you were going to the bathroom during the night.

I was extremely impressed with this hotel and the staff, it exceeded my expectation 100%. Our suite was so nice, we spent most of our time in it relaxing. Great hotel that's very modern looking. Extremely good service, and great food.

After being disappointed with the reservations at another hotel Bea, the front desk clerk was very helpful, kind, and polite. I stayed for 3 nights and every evening she greeted my family with kindness. Marriott you are lucky to have Bea. How you are greeted sets the stage for your stay. She is a great asset to this company. The rooms and the rest of the property was beautiful, clean, very comfortable, spacious, so kid friendly, modern and close enough to everything. Breakfast was hot and good. The waffles and omelets needs to be an everyday item. The bar was a treat every evening. A little pricey but cool to have on sight. Although the property is fairly new and very modern, house keeping needs to give a little more attention (sliding door, vents, shower door trim) to keep this place beautiful. Enjoyed my 1st time visit to the area and this hotel. We are excited about coming back and it will most definitely be to SpringHill Suites Lewisville.

The rooms are amazing. Clean, stylish, and spacious. My bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much. I would say the breakfast could use some variation. I stayed 3 days and I wish there would have been some changes. Overall there were quite a few options and healthy options but 3 days of the same things got a little old.

Rooms very clean and modern, breakfast has lots of healthy choices, staff is courteous and always available to assist, I ❤ this place and highly recommend it… Enjoy your stay! :)
