It's in a pretty nice place in town, the rooms are great and spacious. Comfortable beds, and good breakfast.

Place is great. Home office I ask for two rooms with kitchen in middle and I am disabled. Problems walking. Home office put us in a one room with two beds. I told them, it was wife and me with another adult male. Bad communications and I check with them twice.

Ant infested room on my first night. We didn’t make a fuss because my fiancé killed the ones seen on the bed and in the pillows. After speaking with a desk clerk (she was very respectful) she offered a Queen sized room until a “king size” becomes available. I expressed that we did not want that room and the manager never came to the phone when I requested. Desk clerk then gets back on the phone and stated that they’d put us in another king size room (but I thought none were available). We decided against it and requested a refund. When dealing with the manager via phone; she was rude and she acted as if we put the ants there ourselves. She told my fiancé that we were using a family memeber discount so it shouldn’t matter. Please never stay here. Save your money. Even if it’s on a discount.

The lobby is beautiful. It is next to shopping area. Easy to get last minute things or food. The staff are wonderful.

Ashely combs is by far one of the best employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This person went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the most comfortable of all time. Myself and my husband practically live in hotels throughout the year and we will return to home wood suites just because Ashley’s exceptional customer service.

I'm a fan of Homewood suites but this was one of the worst locations I've been to. I could have missed it, but the entire first floor by the rooms leading to the elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room was fine, but the AC wouldn't get as cold as I am used to. Biggest compliant was the smokey first floor. Other than that, it was decent.

The 1 bedroom suite was not as big as some of the Homewoods Suites that I have stayed. Room was clean and furniture was on the newer side. The kitchen was standard and had the normal amenities. Comfortable bed and quiet room.

This is a very clean, quiet and friendly establishment. Its locations makes it easy to get to many eateries, bars and shopping centers. This is my go to hotel when I visit Dallas.

Nice. One area that can be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. On few occasions I found that the room that got was not clean. Otherwise the staff is friendly and good breakfast as well as evening food options.

Cozy place, updated appliances and countertops. They greet you with a goody bag of water and snacks. The living room couch has a pull out bed. Bathroom is bright and has an eco friendly or green toilet. Decent size TVs in both living room and bedroom. Nice location really close to shopping plaza and literally next to Raising Cane's. They have complimentary breakfast which is a plus and each room has is own kitchenette (No oven).

I have a client in Lewisville, so I travel here often. This hotel is very comfortable and affordable. They offer breakfast and dinner. The location is very convenient, as there numerous stores and restaurants within walking distance.

The employees are very cordial & polite. Positive attitudes which will always go far anywhere and with anyone. The suites are clean. Very attractive. Thank you Hilton for the hospitality and stay as aways.

The room was spacious, modern, and well kept. The staff was always very friendly. I feel the layout of parking and the elevator was a bit cumbersome, but not that big of a deal. Overall, I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Great place to stay. King bed with kitchen and pull out sofa for multiple guests. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very safe place as you need a key card to not only access the room but also the inside of the building. The only problem I had was that my key card would not open the outer doors but it did allow me access to my room once I got into the building. I will recommend this hotel to others and I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived to check in right after power had been restored from an area wide power outage. It took a while for the reservation system to come back on line, and the staff was extremely friendly chatting with us as we waited. Whitney at the reservation desk, couldn't find my reservation — it turned out that for some reason it had been cancelled. Undeterred, she worked to find me a room at the same rate. I ended up with an upgraded room, since that was the only one available, but still for the same price. Then Whitney had to walk me to my room, which was the last room furthest from the reception desk, because the key machine was not working properly after the power outage. The room is clean, and very comfortable. There was complementary food and drink in the lounge this evening, and complementary hot breakfast in the morning. I certainly plan to stay here again on future visits to Lewisville.

Lovely hotel. My my family and I had to stay two weeks and we loved it. They made us feel right at home! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay short term or long term! Breakfast is great and social hour is very delightful!

Rooms are pretty standard but spacey with multiple separated spaces and a nice size kitchen. I was in a suite with two queen beds. The common area is nice with a fitness room, pool, hot tub and basketball court. They provide a complimentary daily breakfast which was pretty standard — nothing blew me away. Our room was quiet — no complaints there. Everything was as expected and nice. Only one elevator that is super slow, which is a little weird but obviously not a deal breaker.

Great breakfast. The elevator was scary, torn up, looked like a freight elevator and was very hard to find. No employee at front desk to greet guests.

I am from Los Angeles, California and have had a bad experience with Homewood Suites in Augora Hills back at home, but I decided to give them another shot while I was out here in Lewisville, Texas for business. Well, it is another bad experience. I am here to assist in the disaster relief and have been waiting for a room since 7am. When I booked this room a check in time was not specified and when I had asked once I arrived about what time they said around noon and it is now 2pm and for the last hour the staff has been having a luncheon in the lobby. I am aware of how hotels work but I am also aware of what customer service should be and they do not exemplify good customer service. I was told to just keep waiting; not once did anyone see if they could put me in a different room nor did they tell me if that was a possibility. So now I sit facing the front desk waiting to be told if my room is ready or not… 2:10pm; total wait time is now 7 hours and 10 minutes.

The staff is incredibly helpful, clean, organized, nice pool, great jacuzzi and rooms are huge and equipped with kitchen. The provided dinner and breakfast. Gave me free hygiene things that I forgot at home in California. Cheapest price in the area with stellar service!

Hot tub was hot. Jet tub was great. Full sized bed with a fold out couch in living room. Breakfast was incredible. Great experience!

Very nice hotel. I stayed for a little over a week in march 2016. Nice hot breakfast bar, and they also served a small dinner bar Monday thru Thursday. Cleans were clean and the staff was helpful. Only downfall was the pool been closed and some renovations on the 3rd floor. Would stay here again.

Home wood suites was excellent. Cheap, large rooms, free breakfast, and believe it or not, free dinner! The staff were very hospitable and kind. As far as how the hotel is run, it may be one of the best stays in any hotel. The only drawbacks were some rowdy guests shouting profanity in the early evening, some elevators closed, it's also under construction, and the lights from the parking lot can make your room not quite dark. All things considered though, it was an excellent stay.

The stay was fine. Clean and nice staff. Would have been a 5 star if not for the nagging issue trying to get my invoice e-mailed to me. Three e-mail requests and one phone call and still no invoice.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the location while at first was difficult to find but overall was lovely. The rooms were large and fit our party well. While some of the breakfast could use some work but that aside if we were planning another group outing I know they will be first.

This place is amazing! The staff was so accommodating and genuine, we had an issue with our fireplace in our room but the staff fixed it right away! Everything was so clean and organized, the beautiful pool and hot tub was so fresh and relaxing! The jacuzzi tub in our room actually worked and was to die for! The hot breakfast buffet was amazing! My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you to everyone at Homewood by Hilton for making our family weekend getaway unforgettable!

Worst hotel experience my family has ever had! From the very beginning Reservations screwed up my Reservation. We asked for two queen beds and on arrival were told we reserved one king bed. I wasnt sure how two adults and two teenagers where going to sleep on a king bed and fold out couch. Since we didn't have anywhere else to stay we decided to make it work. The room appeared to be clean at first glance… then came the Ants! We left the hotel for few hrs and when we returned there were ants eveywhere! Crawling all over our drinks that were on the nightstands of the bedroom. They were all over the bed, bathroom, kitchen and living area! We had to pack up all of our belongings and move into another room. Needless to say it was a very sleepless night, due to the non-stop itching from see all the ants everywhere. The hotel manager Daryl Rixman gave us the room free for the night, but seemed very unapologetic about the entire ordeal. My family will never stay at Homewood suites in lewisville Tx and probably any other city either!

This was a beautiful hotel! We passed through on our way to Houston, and found every other hotel booked up. I called Homesuites expecting the same, but as luck would have it, they had just had a cancellation on a king suite. So we jumped on it, and hoped it was nice. It was. The room was immaculately clean, and very beautiful. The bed was so comfortable! 6 fluffy pillows, plenty of towels, and all the extra amenities. We slept like babies. The staff was also very friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay here again!

First impression was nice older hotel but in desperate need of a remodel. However, all that changed when I noticed a bug. I killed a questionable small Beatle on the wall, my biggest fear is the thought of bed bugs, I wasn't sure what exactly this bug was but I got suspicious and began searching the room when I found another "bug". There was no question what this "bug" was, it looked exactly like the pictures on Google. While checking out at 11:30 pm I found the woman at the front desk to be polite however I was very alarmed that she didn't seem surprised and seem to know exactly what type of bugs I was taking about before I showed her my samples. I still like Homewood Suites, just not the Lewisville location.

Great location and service. Bus stop Dwight in front of the hotel and 15 minutes to the hebron rail station. They lent me a charger for my phone which I had forgotten. The hotel has a free breakfast and a free evening social with light meal care and beer/wine. The room was a spacious suite, ideal for a couple and extended stay. Highly recommended.

The place is nice, the cleaning ladies are so helpful! The only bad thing is that the internet goes down alot and they only have 2 washers n 2 dryers (which u have to pay frim ur own pocket to wash)

Stayed here for a work trip and loved it. Good wasn't the best ever but w a plentiful. They even had dinner included in the evening.

I'm revising my original 1 star review to 3 stars. We were moved a third time to a much nicer, clean, non-stinky room. AND the customer service was really, really good. The customer service made the difference. *** Dirtiest, most run-down Homewood Suites we've stayed in! The first room had dust, dirt, dead bugs, and the toilet had OBVIOUSLY not been cleaned. Smelled damp. Wallpaper peeling, wall baseboard missing. The second room was less disgusting and did not smell, and the hotel employees were very nice about moving us. But the bathroom was bad — rusty fixtures, water damaged walls and baseboards, peeling and dirty wallpaper, smudges of who-knows-what everywhere. I checked the window wells for bugs and noticed the caulk around the windows was moldy — on ALL the windows. Poorly patched holes in the walls, chipped furniture. I'd be ok with all that in a $50 Best Western room, but I expect more at Homewood Suites (and we've stayed in literally dozens).

Rooms were nice and spacious with a bedroom, bathroom, and living room/kitchen; all a good size and not cramped in any way. The complimentary breakfast was very good and not half-assed like a lot of hotels do. The room service was great, and all employees were incredibly kind to us. Definitely recommend staying here.

Convenient location, good service, very clean.

We have stayed here several times because they have larger rooms that will accommodate our two small children. It has always been an ok hotel. However, this past weekend, we stayed there and I accidentally left my clothes in the closet when we left. This was my fault that I left them there, but hotels in my experience are good about keeping things left in rooms for customers. I was driving home later that day and realized I had left them in the room, hanging in the closet, so I turned around. When I got back to the hotel, they claimed that they had not found anything and told me to call the manager the following day. I called back the following day and they told me that the manager would not be in until 3 p. M. So I needed to call back between 3 and 11 that evening. I called back at 8:30 that evening and they told me that the manager is only there during the days and I would need to call back this morning after 8:30. I was able to leave a message for the manager at this point. But it felt like they were definitely trying to give me the run around. The manager called back this morning and was less than helpful. I explained the situation to him again and he told me that the maid had not found the clothes and that they didn't have them basically saying that I was wrong. It made me wonder how many times people leave things in the hotel and they just tell them that they do not have the item because it was stolen by housekeeping.

Rooms are very nice. Breakfast and dinner were great. Pool a little dirty but nice. Great outdoor space.
