Rooms were clean. Property was a little "Tired". Needed some updates. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Me and my kids and nieces stayed here and it was amazing! Me and the kids got to enjoy the pool and hot tub all to ourselves for at least 2 hours, pool was clean! Loved it and front desk receptionist was really nice, great customer service! The breakfast was awesome as well, they had it filled even with lots of people there we got to eat a very good breakfast which was included with the room. TV had Netflix which was great for the kids and bed was comfy! Dishes and plates and fridge was nice to have! Price was awesome for all the amenities they give you! Would definitely stay here again!

It was a nightmare. Christmas Day 2017. I had made reservations much in advance due to the fact that we needed 2 bedroom handicap room. I have stayed here several time over the years. Traveling with my 92 yr old Mother & my aunt. Neither of them can maneuver the bathroom without handicap bars. When we arrived the handicap parking was taken. I helped my mother inside while my husband helped my aunt. I asked for a wheelchair. Didn’t have one. Only one attendant. Checked in. Gave me the room key. Guess what. Not a handicap room. Which we found out after we walked all the way to the elevator. Up to 3rd floor (by the way it was at least a 2 block wall) with 2 ladies on walkers. They were worn out by the time we go to the room. Call attendant only to be told they had no handicap rooms. WHY hadn’t someone let me know? After much ado, we managed to get my family back in the car & we drove 150 miles home that night. On top of that the hotel has gone down. Old, Drab, smelly. Needs a huge update & some employees that follow up.

It's okay. First off, the front desk staff are great… they are five start employees! For the price of the rooms I believe the shelves in the bathroom should be secured to the wall properly (not lose and dropping), the dishes provided in the rooms should already be cleaned when you check in (all but one glad was dirty for my room) and the outlets are plentiful but only the ones directly in the wall are secure while the rest are loose and do not do well charging my phone. Also paying $2.71 for a bottle of water from their "market" is really disheartening. To me if this was a budget hotel at $60-$80/night it would be excellent but at prices of over $100/night it seems these little things should be better. Stuff like the shelves and price for the bottles water earned them the three stars. Otherwise it's a nice place with a good location.

I stayed in the double room suite and it was really nice. The hallways and stairs are a little dirty, but not too bad. Helpful and pleasant staff. Right next to the mall.

Clean. Comfortable. Everyone was very helpful. The only problem was the breakfast smelled so horrible that I couldn't even go get any!

This has been a terrible experience and I’ve only been here a few hours. The front desk lady named Dede was AMAZING. Seriously. Someone give her a raise. But it goes down from there. I take the elevator to the third floor and literally the elevator sounds like it’s going to break. Walk into my room and there are AC parts all over the floor obviously the ac is broken. Go get another room. Take my stuff in. Get in bed. Kill a spider on my bed. Go to brush my teeth the sink faucet is filthy. Go to turn on the light beside my bed and it doesn’t work neither does the plug to plug in my phone. Not to mention I have listened to a dog bark the last 30 mins from 6 doors down and the walls are so thin I can hear everything across the hall. When the AC cuts on it runs so loud you can barely sleep. Will never book here or any other residence inns again.

We just finished our 3 night stay here. Good location near where my brother lives. Indoor pool is all 4ft. With indoor hot tub. The jets weren’t working on the hot tub but it was still enjoyable for our boys. We stayed in the King Suite with the pull out couch. Good room layout with kitchenette and full fridge. Loved that! Furnishings were nice and shower/tub was in bathroom with single sink and large countertop on the outside of the door. There were locking shutter doors between living area and king bedroom, really nice for privacy. TVs in living area and bedroom. Overall good experience. There were ants in our room this morning after we woke up. Had left a cookie bar in the paper sack from the mall and found ants in it this morning. Informed front desk and they said they would call the exterminator, they were not aware of any previous issues with ants.

The room was nice enough; they left popcorn along with the coffee and tea stock. I appreciated having Netflix as a TV option until it didn't work. The internet settings were locked behind a proprietary interface, so I called the front desk and was provided an 800 number for 24 got tech support and wasted about 15 minutes with the specilist before they declared that they tried nothing and were all of answers. I guess they interfaced with the night clerk who offered me a room upgrade unprompted?

Our experience has been fabulous… The room is huge and had everything we needed… The lady who works breakfast has the biggest best smile and wonderful customer service… Everyone was very friendly… The pool and hot tub we're really nice the kids had so much fun!

This second time I have stayed at this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a nice comfortable place to stay and conveniently located in in the N Dallas area.

Here as extended stay! Has fully equipped studios, one bedroom &two bedrooms. Has pool and hot tub and workout room. Full breakfast daily and evening meal 3 nights a week with wine and beer. The staff here are like family! Couldn't be nicer! Great location too! Love it here! Feel safe and secure! :)

The room was a good size and well kept. I had a suite with a bedroom and pullout couch in the living room. There were no linen on the pullout couch nor extras in the room. Upon going to the front desk to get linen, the overnight clerk, Gilbert was extremely rude. He finally offered a couple of sheets, no blankets and a couple of pillows. This was on NYE and blankets would've been appreciated. When it was mentioned that we would speak to a manager Gilbert was just like go ahead. Other staff members were awesome and accommodating and made the stay worth it. The bathroom in the room is smaller than one would expect. The indoor pool is not heated. The breakfast area is small and the selection is not on par with similar hotels. The rooms are well equipped, full-size refrigerator, dishes and utensils. This could've been a 5 star rating if not for the lack of linen on the pullout bed and the unprofessional manner of Gilbert in handling it, as though a paying guest with kids wanted linen on the bed in order to steal it.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Included breakfast and happy hour are a nice touch.

Rooms are spacious, but the other amenities need work. The internet TV worked in one room but not the other (bedroom). When I asked about this the front desk staff said they didn't have internet TV yet (Hulu, Netflix apps) yet couldn't explain to me how it worked in one room and not the other. The TV itself said there was an internet problem so I figured it was an easy fix. It seemed like the staff person just lied to me to make me leave her alone instead of trying to fix the issue. Since this was a work trip I'm required to keep all receipts and am exempt from certain taxes. I bought an item from the market upon checking in and asked for a receipt. The front desk staff said she had no way of printing a receipt for me. I told her I NEEDED a receipt and all Marriott's I've stayed at previously ALWAYS provided market receipts. She said she would make a note of the purchase on my room receipt (I paid with my personal card, not on my room) or she would have to get her manager to print one, but then made no move to get the manager and started checking in the person behind me in line. Upon checking out improper taxes were charged to my card, which I then had to spend time having them fix when I was supposed to be leaving for my event. There was also no note of the market item I bought. The elevator shakes and groans EVERY TIME it's used. It's like a moving death trap. The walls are paper thin, and I was woken up every morning by loud staff members gossiping under my window.

This place is amazing. Top notch customer service. I'm a full time, working, single mom here due to a pipe busting in my home and the staff has helped me out in any and every way. Groceries delived to my door and the breakfast attendant knows my little son by name. Our room is always clean and the beds are comfy. Thanks for all of your hard work!

Very nice hotel. Spacious room, great staff, clean grounds, close to many restaurants, overall this place was a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

Room is very comfortable. All the staff have been very friendly, great service from everyone. Only downside is that there isn't a restaurant or bar; the only food available is the breakfast buffet, which wasn't that great.

I work there for 2 years I respected my guest and cherish my coworkers for some reason the new manager did not like me I felt it I even stepped down so I could just be a housekeeper instead of their assistant exact I was fired because he said I went to a room that wasn't mine my key was used on the second floor which I haven't worked in probably 8 weeks and stoled 4 TV dinners everything happens for a reason so I give Jesus all the glory. If I had the money I'd get a lawyer.

Amazing is correct! Our room was very spacious and comfortable. They served dinner in the atrium, compliments of Marriott… yum! And you can't beat their continental breakfast, a wide variety to choose from. A big shout out to Ms Rita, she not only took care of the guest at breakfast but made sure some kids stayed entertained. She went and got some toys for them to make their experience just as great as the adults. All of the staff was friendly and I just can't say enough good things about this hotel. I have been staying at Marriott's for years and have never ever had a bad experience!

May 24, 2017 My husband and I stayed at the Lewisville, TX location to celebrate our wedding anniversary April 2017. We specifically chose this location because they had an indoor pool and hot tub. Long story short, we couldn’t get into the pool or hot tub the first night as it was filled with teenagers. We tried again early the next morning and found that the pool water was freezing and after sitting in the hot tub we noticed that the water was murky and had a strong smell of urine. I used the pool test strips that I always carry with me and found the levels were horrible for the pool and especially the hot tub. We were told by the Assistant General Manager that both nights would be refunded. He then called us back and said he would only refund one night and to talk to the General Manager about a credit for the second night. This was also brought to the attention of the Director of sales. We received a response that basically said he (General Manager) did not see anything in the notes from the A. G. M. About a second night’s refund; which translate to his not believing their guest. His letter was pretty much the same verbiage used with most complaints I see in their reviews. We will be contacting the corporate office as this is appalling and horrible customer service.

Just checked in, and I'm really disappointed. My bathroom is nasty. There is someone else's hair everywhere on the floor, and something on the toilet (maybe urine). Because it's too late I have to wait until the morning for someone to come clean it, which means my sleep will probably be interrupted as well. All front desk could do was bring me a rag and some cleaning solution for me, the paying customer, to clean myself. Then the front desk had the nerve to call the room and question me about a form for a friends and family rate. I'm trying to get my bathroom cleaned and she's concerned about a rate. Who does that? We always stay at Residence Inn (check my record) and never experienced this type of service.

Everyone here is AMAZING! We are staying here until we can move into our house. Just moved to Texas from out of state. The entire staff at this hotel is friendly, helpful, wonderful! Not enough kind words to describe them. The room is great, and love the breakfast every morning and special treats mon-wed evening! A very sweet woman that works here has even spoiled my boy with little gifts at breakfast time! Thank you Miss Rita Jack! If we need a hotel again, this is where we're comin!

The only hotel and staff I would rate 5 star after visiting many countries… Nothing like it. They did overcharge my credit card but that may be a technical glitch.

I was just visiting a family member there, I was not an actual guest. The room was awesome though, 2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, a little living room area, and a kitchen area.

Uneventful stay at the hotel, just what I want. No two bed rooms, but the pullout bed still manages to be high class. Really great hotel, would stay again.

The 2 bedroom suites are very nice. A littlw pricy. The "gym" is 3 pieces of equipment in a closet, so was dissappointed with that but overall, noce hotel.

Stayed here for a five day extended weekend. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious room, nice breakfast, and lots of amenities. Look forward to staying here again. Highly recommended. They treat you nice and care about your stay.
