A very comfortable atmosphere quiet and pleasurable experience.

It's fine and reasonable rates, Very near to the DFW Airport, IFOD and mostly all aviation related training centres.

No sense of professionalism. Embarrassingly poorly run hotel. The front desk associate was doing her best. It was very easy to see that the ownership are setting, there staff, Hotel and themselves up for failure.

Excellent people very nice and helpful and nice clean rooms would recommend staying here anytime free car service amazed at how helpful and nice they are.

Broken fridge and bathroom shower walls. They gave us a new room that was still occupied and gave our room to someone at 3 in the morning while we were still in it asleep. No attempts to better our stay by staff and no management present the whole stay. Horrible experience.

I used to work here in the morning “cooking” breakfast. A few times the owner would tell me to save the left over food and reheat it in the microwave for the next day. She also told me to do half water and half orange juice and the same with the milk and apple juice. Their standards aren’t very high at all. I would not recommend staying here. I never cooked. It came frozen in bags and I was told to “nuke it” in the microwave. Everything!

Front desk associates were very nice and thoughtful. The room/bathroom were clean and cozy. Loved that it's right next door to Wataburger! However, Housekeeping needs to step up their game. I had to make trips to the front desk to get towels and ask for a change of sheets/comforter. Had to take out my own trash. By the end of our stay, we had a pile of towels because Housekeeping failed to offer any services. Truly I'd give it a 4 but when you're charged a fee and in return the services offered aren't met, then it's a disappointment. Hope you have better luck.

I understand quality service and I teach people to be calm and nice to all people and no matter their race and beliefs. I can help your staff and hotel gain the success that you need to grow. Also, let God lead the blind and not worry as much and change the mind set of the guest. No guest no funds no happy staff no hotel. Let's get together and change.

Not the best but not the worst either. Staff is friendly but lazy, especially housekeeping. Front desk lady was very polite & accommodating however. Clean sheets and towels but rest of the room was not very clean. Reeked of cigarettes so we called front desk, was offered another room but asked for housekeeping to come instead. Housekeeper cleaned our shower for us as there was still soap residue, however only sprayed the very front entrance of the room and nowhere near the beds so still smelled like cigarettes our entire stay. Pool had cigarette butts all over the ground and floating in the pool, and no pool towels were available the second day. Breakfast wasn't great either, out of most things, not much variety and did not leave out cups for drinks, had to ask staff and were given two cups but no one ever came out to restock for everyone else, so me and my girlfriend ended up just using the waffle mix cups to drink out of and ate breakfast out the next two days. Disappointing because part of the reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and breakfast. All in all, it's a comfortable bed to sleep in but we won't be choosing this hotel again.

I paid 33.00 instead of 40.00 thank you young lady at front desk for the 7.00 discount to check in at 12:00 instead of 3:00. We booked a suite for my 71 year old Mothers birthday so she could relax and enjoy a "suite" and the pool. We live in Irving so this was just something special for her. Upon entering the 90.00 "suite" it had a tub with jets… I set down the backpack I brought against the wall that was between the tub and bedroom the bulging wall fell apart and crumbled to the floor. The carpet was dirty and rusty. After checking out and speaking with hotel staff about paying premiums for checking in early and a suite and checking into a dirty carpeted crumbling walled room I was told there would be no discount and a bad review was fine. So heres my honest and bad review. For 123.00 the carpet should be clean and the walls shouldnt fall apart. Also perhaps management should some customer service.

First the positives The place is clean and the service is quick. Negatives: As soon as we entered the room it smelled sooo weird. I had to use my perfume and let it settle for 10 minutes. The key cards they gave one worked and one didn't. Not so big mistakes but those are the only negatives we found. Overall it was a good experience.

Security concerns while staying at hotel. When I checked in to the hotel I was told the wrong room number and my key was programmed for the wrong room. Walked into another guests room. Luckily for me they weren’t there, but made me fill insecure about leaving my belongings in my room when I wasn’t there. Very noisy after 10:00pm. Other guest yelling and screaming, and running up and down halls. Hotel is a non-smoking hotel but my room always smelt like someone just smoked a cigarette. One morning I woke up to find Irving Police detaining 5 or 6 people in the lobby. I have never felt this unsafe while traveling and staying with other hotel chains. Being law enforcement I travel with my weapon and this is the first hotel ever I felt the need to sleep with it on the night stand. Because of its location this Hotel needs to have a 24 hour security gaurd. It is apparently in a high drug and crime area. There was always a suspicious person walking around outside. From what I could observe local drug users and prostitutes use this hotel to conduct there business.

Everything was super clean, maintenance had just got there before us and fixed up something in the room so it's well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's worth staying at for a good price.

They did change my room as soon as I requested. It smelled of sewer. The lobby furniture was nust nasty. The top comforter in my second room was nasty. They needed to dust the top part of atrium. The bottom floor smelled of garlic. There breakfast ended at 9:30. The breakfast was ok. Sorry Quality Inn. But, the people at front desk were nice.

Room was good, not great but a place to lay down and catch some sleep. I had a conference at the Hilton but they were booked, so I stayed here. Saved some money and got exactly what I expected for the $

Service was good… Not much for outdoor socializing areas. Found a pair of dirty underwear in elevator. Kind of a weird place. Price was decent.

Great location. Staff friendly + accomodating. Rooms nice + large. Beds comfortable. Clean, but housekeeping was inconsistent! Nice breakfast.

Customer service here was horrible. Very unfriendly lady working up front. I was sent to an occupied room the first time and then a room with no blankets and dirty. It took the 3rd attempt to get a room that was ready. Need to replace desk personnel.

Nice and accessible though not very fancy.

Customer service was awesome! Love the front desk staff. But, I had to give 3 stars because of the shuttle driver. He demanded tips and said I had to give him a tip or he couldn’t take me to the local Wal-Mart. To my knowledge in the state of Texas according to labor law it is illegal to ask for tips since I was once a waitress many years ago. I had thought about making a call to the Texas workforce to report this guy. Anyway he told me there was an ATM inside lol just so I can give him money. Once I went to the ATM he stood right behind me and waited for me to get cash and it made me very uncomfortable. All though the shuttle is complimentary for guest I still tipped him. He was just rude like I was obligated to give him something. I usually tip anyway but, this just isn’t right. He also told my friend whom waited at the airport over an hour that his car broke down so he couldn’t pick her up in a timely manner, we also noticed he drove a pretty nice silverish H3 Hummer with rims later on but, he told my friend his car broke down. For the past 16 years as a choice employee have I ever dealt with someone quite interesting but, management didn’t do much about it. And I was told he does this all of the time but, management can careless. This was my 3rd time staying here and dealing with the same driver and I will not be returning when I visit Dallas because of the driver. Your customers should never have to deal with this at any place of business.

The location is good for the airport. A quick 15 minutes and your there. The breakfast is good and their are a few restaurants near by. The pick up can be slow as the DFW airport is large and they pick up from all terminals so you may wait while. You will get the and experience from any of the airport hotels. The fitness center is adequate. The rooms are clean. The staff is nice and willing to help.

We stayed at this hotel because we were visiting friends in Irving and it was the closest we could get to where they live. It was nice. The front desk associates were pleasant and quick to help. Besides a few things that could use renovating like the chairs in the lobby and the creaky elevator, it was comfortable. The room was clean, big enough for myself and my boyfriend, and we even got to hook up our PlayStation to the TV (in case your wondering if it has an HDMI port). I would stay here again, especially because unlike any other hotel I've stayed at, instead of just coffee in the room they also had tea! I appreciated that.

After an awful day of traveling (airport at 5am, emergency landing, sir at airport for 13 hours, etc), this place saved the day! The staff was so friendly & helpful, they just made us feel incredibly welcome. Room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was good, & shuttle driver (also awesome) was on time & got us back to the airport where we needed to be! I would highly recommend them!

It's a basic hotel and I was okay with the building and room. But what I didn't enjoy was an employee issue. My original room had a bathroom issue. Ok, no big deal. Things happen. It was too late for maintenance so the desk clerk moved me to a different room about 9pm. Just shy of midnight, I was woke up as someone tried to enter the room. At first, I thought it was just someone who maybe had too much to drink and had the wrong room. But the door was opening. If I hadn't put the security latch in place, they would have enter. After some confusion, I called the front desk and she was all apologies. Apparently the previous clerk had not put the change in the system. Whatever. My sleep was interrupted. I can live. And then I went to breakfast at 730am. Yeah, I guess it was hot but I wouldn't call it good. Pitiful and bland come to mind. I may be a bit cranky due to the many issues. Everyone was super nice but if they're not also competent, who cares. But the chair is cute.

Needs a total refurbish. Peeling paint on ceilings. Patched areas every where not even repainted. The security doors that are supposed to lock at night just slam in the wind all night. Staff says new owners just took over. I hope they update the property. If you like motel 6 you might be ok with it but not for the proce. I asked about a usb port in the room I was tols that there was supposed to be a black box near the bed maybe between night stand and bed on the floor or somthing she thinks.

Reserved in room jacuzzi room, the jacuzzi was in the bathroom & didn't work properly. The toilet needed repaired as when it flushed, water ran all over the floor. We were moved to another room as a, result. Despite the few problems that were quickly resolved by the staff, everything else was great.

The hotel is cheap and you get a decent bang for your $$. The place is not a 5 star hotel by any stretch, but you get a decent clean bed which is what I wanted.

I stayed in room 151 which was a 2bd suite on the ground floor, the toilet seat cover fell off when I tried to put the top down. The bed was not to comfortable, and my last day I encountered a roach in my bathroom and another roach on the counter above the mini fridge. I was disgusted! They refunded 1 night, still didnt think that was good enough. I made sure to shake all my belonging before I left and washed everything soon as I returned home.

I had to be moved to another room, the air conditioner was broken. The second room's bathroom was "musty" and I got bit on several body parts from something in the bed while I slept. I noticed insect power all along the walls and on the floor in the room the next day. I looked but didn't see anything until the end of my stay. Very Very small, fine, what looked like fire ants. Found 2 beer bottle tops and trash behind the night stand dresser. I will be checking the room next time. I just was trusting that the room was clean and everything was in order since you had to move me once.

Cheap comfortable room. Close to the DFW airport with convenient shuffle service. Rooms are dated but clean.

Very good if you just want to spend the night, is comfortable and cosy, good breakfast but don't expect too much, the price is right.

My husband and I got stranded in Texas due to a missed flight because of the incompetencies of Sky Harbor in Phoenix. Anyway my husband found this hotel for us and I would say or experience was pleasant. The shuttle picked us up from the airport and got there very quickly plus the driver was very nice. When we got to the hotel our room had not been cleaned yet as it was not time to check in but the staff worked to get it done as soon as possible so we could get into it. The staff was very pleasant and the room wasn't bad besides maybe needing a little bit of updating. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I think the only real downside was the very noisy air conditioner/heater unit and the shower that left large puddles on the bathroom floor but all in all our stay was nice!

Well, just that the hotel was full…

Barrio de tepito rooms not up to par.

They had dirty bath tub, dirty towels and roaches. This is not only in Irving tx its also in el paso. I have picture of roach if you want proof also musky smell.

A place cozy and quiet.

Overall stat was good. The room was clean but had a musky smell to it (like dam feeling to it). Some tiles in the bathroom were falling apart, and had no TV because people still the cable boxes from the rooms on their visits (but they redeem themselves by installing one for my kids). The positives : the shuttles drivers were great and friendly, and breakfast was good.

Excellent value for money and for this small hotel very close to the Dallas airport. Nice staff.

I bought over the internet asking that delivered to the hotel. When I arrive and ask for my package: it IS NOT! THEY DIDN'T MIND. ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE! When I say that what I will post, he was rude, shrugging his shoulders!

Extremely comfy beds and decent pool and breakfast for price! Had the flu on vacation and for having to stay in a hotel for 2 days it was very comfy and the staff was great!

Great hotel for the price! We flew in around 10pm and caught the shuttle about twenty minutes later. They were nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, roomy and updated. I felt comfortable and safe from the moment we arrived. The breakfast wasn't outstanding, but it had the necessities. Great place to spend a quick night!

The hotel was good. They have a shuttle that takes you around. Breakfast was good. The front desk clerks were not professional though. There uniforms look bad and some didn't wear at all. The rooms are small and the bathroom was even small. Have cramp inside. Good thing this hotel is close to the airport btw.

Nice hotel, minutes from DFW and downtown Dallas. Rooms are clean and reasonably priced and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good and had a nice variety of hot and cold items.

Everything is good Rooms are clean But the person in front desk night shift J is so rude I don't like him.

Arrived the hotel after midnight and was given a room that was not cleaned. The sheets were balled up in the chair. There was fast food garbage everywhere. People with me were given a room that had someone sleeping in it. The room I was given as a replacement smelled like a toilet overflowed and seeped into the carpet. Therefore I had to sleep with my window open all night to try to alleviate the smell.

Stayed here a few weeks ago and used the hotel's "park and fly". Upon returning from our trip, we discovered that the catalytic converter had been stolen off of our truck. We called the hotel to inquire about the security and was told that they didn't have cameras on their parking lot. A very expensive lesson learned and we will never stay there again after dealing with their nonchalant attitude about what happened in their parking lot.

The room was good, and I had no complaints. The breakfast offering was relatively simple, but serviceable.

I have been using this hotel for many years as pre or post stay for trips. I leave my car there for a small fee and the shuttle takes me to the airport. Returning after a long flight, I can spend the night before taking the 3 hour drive home. As a widow, I feel safe. The beds are great. The breakfast is fine. The staff are not high hotel, but do their best to make me comfortable. I think I have been going since 2009 just during the renovations.

Stay was fine and breakfast is ok, but their morning shuttle service is unreliable: the 7 am shuttle left early and 7:30 shuttle failed to show up entirely, making me late for my flight.

Stayed for three nights. Room is neat and clean. However, fan in bathroom would not turn off, many of cable TV channels not available because somesort of digital converter was required, work table is small and needs to be fixed because it wobbles so much afraid to put laptop on it because it might fall off.

The staff here is horrible, they don't know anything, no one can help you, there is no corporate number, very rude, and inconsiderate. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at this location.

My room was clean and quiet I stayed 3 days. The only problem I had that wasn't a problem is that the breakfast lady never had it out on time.

Horrible smell and the Internet doesn't work. Booked a room for 2 beds only got 1. When we told the manager he suggested one of us sleep on the floor and offered no help, didn't even seem to care as a matter of fact. Just pay a little extra and stay at the Hiltons next door.

This is a standard air port hotel. Nothing special. Staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was hot, beds were comfy but that's about it. The chairs mentioned in a previous review still scrape against the stone tile floor in the cafeteria. But not really a reason to not stay. Good enough for the value. If you want luxury, stay somewhere else.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn DSW South during a work trip from February 9-15th. When first arriving at the Hotel, the Front Desk Agent “Angela” was VERY unprofessional and unsure of what to do. The company I work for had booked SEVERAL rooms for employees to stay during training, and upon arrival, nothing was planned. It took “Angela” over 1hr to find a room to check us in. Not only did she NOT know what she was doing, she was extremely sick, and coughing and sneezing everywhere. I thought this was really unsanitary and unprofessional, to say the least. While in a shuttle with one of their “new” weekend shuttle drivers, we asked her about the STRONG smell of “weed” in the hotel and the “strange” guest we saw and, in her words, she said “I don’t like to gossip, but they (referring to the “strange” guest) are staying here on illegal/unprofessional business. ” We assumed that maybe prostitution or drug selling was taking place in the hotel. After staying there for 6 nights, I noticed that each day I would wake up with “bumps” over my body. My roommate and I checked our beds for bed bugs, but to our untrained eyes, we found nothing. We assumed that we were having an allergic reaction to the detergent used to wash the bedding, so we went to the local Walmart to buy washing detergent. This however did not change anything. After 6 days, I noticed that I had over 30 bumps over my body. At this point I decided to go to the Emergency room.

Pros. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Affordable. Nice little breakfast. Laundry center. Gym. Helpful staff. Cons. Business center computer super slow. Chairs in dining hall are wrought iron and make a loud scraping noise whenever u move the chair. Will book here whenever family comes to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Super friendly staff! They took us to dinner and picked is up in the courtesy vehicle. What a blessing. Lots of eating and entertainment options nearby! Definitely would stay here again.
