Enjoyed the meet and greet tonight. It was a great atmosphere. We really enjoyed it.

Great place to stay, convenient to the airport.

Newly refurbished. A friendly Welcome each time I visit from Brent in the restaurant. Great service and best hotel in the airport vicinity.

This hotel’s facilities and room standards are very high and rate a “recommend. ” I really disliked having to select “don’t recommend” but I felt I had to because of the breakfast food and service failing, on two consecutive days, to meet my very forgiving expectations. On Sunday, the hot dishes were unavailable in four of the five trays and the service was atrocious. On Monday, there was ample food but it was cold and the service was inattentive.

I stay here frequently and have nothing but good things to say. Rooms are spacious and kept up, fitness facility is excellent and restaurant on site convenient to stay out of Dallas traffic.

Room was nice! One major complaint is we ordered room service 3 hours later still no food. We went to the bar to inquire about getting food to be told the kitchen was closed. The bartender and dishwasher bought us pizza and we received complimentary drinks so they made it right!

Nice accommodations with friendly staff. Free shuttle to DFW that runs every 30 minutes throughout the day. Currently under construction in some areas.

I stayed one night. Very nice place just renewed. You have to pay for breakfast but it is good. There's a bar in the lobby area too.

Awesome restaurant! Chicken pesto was delish as well as the made to order omelet. Big surprise: homemade salsa! Yum! Customer service is excellent!

Overall excellent experience! They live up to the Hilton Hotel brand's standard. Twenty minutes from Dallas Love Field and located within a few short miles of everything you may need to get to.

Good bar, good room service, loud guest was dealt with quickly.

I've probably stayed in all the hotels in this area and fortunately I see great service in all of them. Not sure if they all keep high standards due to being right next to many hotels. Either way, I had a very relaxing night and enjoyed my stay.

Great location near the airport. Had a very comfortable room in warm and inviting colors promoting a relaxing space. Friendly and helpful staff. Would be willing to stay again.

While I didn't say here, (I only dropped off rental keys) the lobby was nice and the staff was helpful and nice. They got a large group checked in and off to their rooms quickly. The lemonade in the lobby was really good!

Stayed in on of the newly remodeled rooms. Room was really well done and the shower head was high enough for me to stand upright and enjoy it. Nice furnishings too. Can't wait till the rest of the rooms are done.

Not a nice facility. Staff is more interested in policy enforcement than customer experience. A guest sat down in the lobby with a Wal-Mart bag and was told, "No outside food or drink! " The server at the bar was also tasked with answering phones at the front desk, which was in a different area of the lobby. The customer experience is sad, and I won't return. The reason for more than one star is the room quality. They have been nicely remodeled and the room was kept very clean during my stay.

Was connected to the Hilton Garden Inn through my car rental company. The staff was friendly and the facilities were nice. Shuttle to the airport arrive promptly on-time and assisted with luggage and made getting to the airport a very pleasant experience.

Housekeeping needs to do a more thorough job. TP holder was empty. Fortunately, there was a spare roll for me to put on. Otherwise, hotel was good. In the middle of a refresh and the newly renovated room was nice. Modern and well appointed.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel! We go for the AseliaCon convention every year. The staff always has somebody that goes above and beyond for us. This year that was Josh. We were hoping the bar would be open after the costume contest but the closing time was 10pm. He stayed open for an RSVP of 8, but LIKE 25 OF US SHOWED UP AND HE ROCKED THAT BAR ALL BY HIMSELF AND WITH A LITTLE KITCHEN HELP! THANK YOU JOSH YOU MADE OUR CELEBRATION SO MEMORABLE! I hope we weren't too much of a handful! Thanks for being patient with us! As for the hotel itself, while it was under construction and that was a little frustrating with the noise (Please don't hammer so early in the morning…), our room was clean and comfortable, had a fridge and microwave, the front desk and gift shop staff were really sweet when I came down exhausted in the middle of the night to buy something, and they treat the convention attendees with kindness and are very helpful! I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as always. I was super happy to see that Jesse was still around, he treated us great last year and this year he was making sure the con went smoothly (From my perspective it was great! ). There were water tables out everywhere, the area was clean, and he also stopped to say hi to us several times! (thanks for asking about my game jewelry shop! ) We have outgrown this con and I hear we are moving next year, but I will miss this place a lot.

We've been hosting our social event here for 5 years now. Sadly we are moving on only because our growth demands it. This place has been very nice and accommodating to our group and needs and we will miss this place. This last year occurred during their renovations, but it was no problem and everything looks nice so far.

Hotel going through renovation and has 60% of parking spaces blocked by construction equipment. Rude workers starting work before 8am and on a Saturday with power tools. Upgraded looks give hotel a fresh look for sure, but management should be more firm about letting work go on over the weekend.

Nicely quiet place especially when you are tired of traveling. I had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant beside the lobby. Food is normal but service is good. Fitness room has more equipments than the other hotels I had stayed the past week.

Everything was great for the exception of the pillows not comfortable at all. Needless to say did not get a good night sleep.

Clean but embassy suites across the street is more open and has a nicer bar, indoor pool & Jacuzzi.

This was an awful hotel. They charged for breakfast but told us it was free when we made the reservation. There wasn’t any water in the morning so we couldn’t take a shower or flush the toilet. We had to use the toilet in the lobby restroom! When we complained they only gave us a discount on the room. Feel it should have been free. Will never stay at any hotel in this chain again.

Stayed here the other night, and when I checked in had a few problems but the girl that was at the front desk worked efficiently to resolve the issues to make it a great night stay. Pretty nice facility with a nice outdoor patio area, restaurant and bar area. Didn't have a chance to actually visit the pool area or fitness center, but what looks like, its pretty nice as well.

Stayed at the hotel overnight before an early flight. I took a king bed suite, and the room was very comfortable, with plenty of space. Breakfast was served very quickly, and was delicious. Spent some time in the bar before going out to dinner, and staff were very helpful. The lobby and bar are very well decorated, and there is an outdoor area that looks like it would be an ideal place to spend an evening, with a fire pit and tall tables. I took the shuttle to the airport at 8am, and the drive took less than 10 minutes. Extremely convenient for this sort of trip.

Jesse at the front desk was a great way to start my weeks stay at this hotel! Rooms were clean and comfortable, food was great and the staff was helpful!

It was a nice stay good restaurant. Only thing I wished it had was a hot tub some we came with a cold front. But staff very friendly and helpful. Polite staff and well did event staff.

I always loved staying at the Hilton Garden Inn' across the US. Tonight was my worst experience to date with any hotel. I do understand that all hotels have strict policies when it comes to reservations. But with everything there is a way to deal with you clients. My colleague made my reservation like he always do. Room paid online and checked in like always. When I arrived at the airport and phoned for the hotel shuttle the hotel (Vilma Trevino — Guest Service Manager @ Hilton Garden Inn DFW South) initially refused to collect me as my name was not on the booking. After being stranded at the airport and a couple of text to my colleague I phoned back again. She answered the call again and was able to recall my name and surname and a shuttle was send to collect me. When I arrived at the hotel the nightmare continued. I was treated disrespectful and not give the opportunity to speak and was told that my colleague had to be present to authority the payment for the room, again after the payment have been completed online? The transaction was thought his card already. When I got upset about it she provoked the situation by allowing a guest to interfere with the conversation that he had no understanding or background off. Clearly mocking and trying to embarrass me even more than she as done all night. Finally I was allowed a room key for one night, that's till my colleague can send though the authorization tomorrow.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I drove up from Houston ahead of bad weather and was too wiped to make it another 70 miles north of Dallas to my home after I dropped a dog at the emergency vet clinic up the road. I looked around for a hotel to stay the night and from the moment I interacted with the folks here, I was welcomed and made to feel at home. They asked my name and were expecting me when I arrived. The hotel lobby, rooms and everywhere is very clean, warm, inviting and comfortable. The beds, linens, and pillows were divine — I didn't want to leave the next morning. Everything you could need is in your room. Thank you Hilton!

When we arrived our room was ready and perfectly accommodating. The staff was extremely friendly.

The stay was good. The front desk is very helpful. Shuttle service is very good right on time all the time. Rooms were cozy n clean. Overall a good place at a great location for business visits.

The people at the front desk are very friendly. Vilma, Veronica and Jennifer are there to greet you with a smile. The rooms are done in typical Hilton style with all the accommodations. It was a little noisy, but I think there was a large group there for a family reunion. Shuttle drivers are awesome and dropped us off right at our gate at DFW.

My family & I stayed here the night before a very early flight the next morning out of DFW International Airport. The entire experience was top shelf from start to finish. The staff were all personable & very helpful. I highly recommend the "park & stay" option instead of any of the alternatives. The ride to the airport on the shuttle was excellent, and they even remembered that we were traveling with a 5 & 7-year-old and had the age-appropriate car seats already in place when they arrived to get us! Classy touch!

Stayed here this week while traveling for work. Shuttle drivers have been very accomodating. Front desk staff very polite and helpful. Shuttle picked us up after late night at the office, offering cold bottled water, and Leslie at front desk offered to put in a dinner order for us in the restaurant so it was ready when we arrived. Just a few of the many nice touches. Will definitely be back!

I called the reservation line to check availability and was told there was a room available. I informed the representative that the property told me they were booked… the representative insisted there was a room available. I provided her my information to confirm and 10 minutes later I received a call from the hotel stating they did not have any rooms available. I was not offered assistance to book elsewhere despite the blunder on there part. I sat on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me find a place. The hotel canceled my reservation leaving me without a place to sleep at 9 pm at night. I'm totally exhausted and still have not found a place to rest…

After multiple flight delays, flight cancellations, changed flights, and then more cancellations, I ended up back at this hotel (where I always stay when in DFW). I haven't bothered to leave a review before, but that's because I haven't ever experienced this level of service. I was disgruntled, tired, and as it turned out, had my hotel booked for the wrong night. James was extremely accommodating and deserves an award for his professionalism. I've never had a bad stay at this hotel but I appreciate James for going above and beyond to help out when he didn't have to.

It has a beautiful lobby with comfortable rooms and nice service desk people.

Was only there for the aselia con. Only got to use the facility. But still a great place to be.

Love this hotel. Clean. Great outdoor patio… Friendly staff. I use this place as a launching point for DFW. Rental car center is 5 minutes away.

Here for a corporate event. Conference room is nice enough. Divider walls are pretty thin but sufficient. Food was good.

I was very disappointed with the bar staff when I visited. The man taking care of me was named Brent. I am not from the area and when most people visit a bar they ask about happy hour. I had asked Brent about a happy hour and he replied with a snarky comment which he involved a customer next to me. At the expense of my question I was laughed at, the young man helping behind the bar just had to run in the kitchen and share the same joke. As he returned from the kitchen the young man annoannounced that he had just told the whole staff about the bartenders comment and how it was just so hilarious. Your employees made a joke in the customers expense. The best part is you really never know who your waiting on, I was a server for 8 years and I have never made a joke at the customers expense to their face. I have never made a customer uncomfortable and I certainly hope someone talks to Brent and freshens up his sequence or service.

Great location near the airport. The staff has been great every time I've stayed here. The restaurant/bar at the hotel is really good food and stocked bar. Free shuttle to abs from anywhere within 5 mile radius. Clean and modern.

Staff was amazing. Room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We always get great service when we stay We visit once a year for an annual event held in Arlington and we always have a great experience.

Always an excellent stay. I have stayed there almost every month for the past year and the experience has always been good. The staff in particular is outstanding from the front desk to maintenance and the dining area. They are always friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast is quite good and has a wide variety. Dinner is so good that you rarely want to eat elsewhere. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very good about not bothering you until you head out for the day, even if is in the afternoon. Then somehow they know to spruce up the room while you are gone.

I had several meetings at the Hilton Garden Inn DFW South. This hotel was very easy to find, close to good places to eat and the team was very helpful. The new Décor is beautiful. I will be using this hotel again when in Irving.

This HGI seems quite new, I would. Like to come back again no doubt.

Lousy one of the worst gives Hilton a bad name.
