I loved my stay at the Home2 Suites! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially Jimmy! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The shuttle was very convenient for taking us to and from the airport. They provided a variety of items for their breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful trip!

Loved my stay at Home2 Suites! Jimmy and the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our group's stay comfortable. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit the area, can't recommend it enough!

Had a really great stay at Home2Suites! From the beginning of check-in, Jimmy was great help when our key cards weren’t working for our room yet. The rooms were very spacious and kept clean at times that we left during the day. Every morning we were welcomed with great hospitality from Jimmy and the rest of the Home2Suites staff. Would highly recommend to all and looking forward to booking Home2Suites for any further stays!

Excellent and pleasent ambiance.

The customer service here was fabulous. They verified our satisfaction more than once. When someone burned toast at the breakfast area, the snake triggered the fire alarms. The staff called each room to apologize for the false alarm and ask if the event ruined our stay. It did not. The fire pit on the patio was wonderful. We will be back.

It's an amazing stay and love the hospitality. Breakfast is good but not the best. Room is good in size and exceptionally clean.

I stopped at this hotel to charge my electric vehicle. The charger was great and clean and in good repair. It's a SemaConnect brand charger which requires you to put money in an account up front. The hourly rate is lower and the charging seemed faster than the Blink brand chargers found in the area. I didn't go into the hotel but it seemed nice and the staff seemed happy.

While the hotel is nice and convenient to the airport the staff is borderline worthless. I had to call Uber for a ride after waiting for over an hour on the shuttle bus. The shuttle driver did call me as I was arriving at the hotel to tell me that he was at the airport. When I told him that I took an Uber because I had waited over an hour, he became very rude. Once I made it to the hotel, the front desk staff was talking their dinner break at the same time and I had to wait for them to check me in. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for over a decade and this is the worst service I have ever received at a Hilton property.

Needed a last minute hotel when my flight was canceled. Was able to find a great suite at a good price and hotel sent a shuttle to come pick me up. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was poor water pressure in shower but other than that everything here was perfect.

I got stuck in DFW for the night, thanks American Airlines. Booked with Home2 and called the front desk for a shuttle. Staff was nice and hotel looked modern and clean. Rooms were very equip. Shuttle doesn't run early on weekends but the staff offered to schedule a taxi for me. Would stay again if stuck in DFW.

Great facility, comfortable, a lot of amenities for the price. Great for both: leisure and/or business!

Great airport view if you like planes, microwave, sink, fridge, can with it. The bathroom had a wooden slide door and a glass slide door for a shower curtain. Great breakfast, small but cleannnnn pool.

The receptionists were amazing and went above and beyond to help where they could. The rooms were very nice, it would be perfect for an extended stay. Other than that, the complimentary breakfast was good for a hotel and the place was clean.

Room was awesome check in staff was very very friendly noise level was great everything was GREAT EXCEPT Breakfast it was not really good I had waffles they were great but my husband had eggs and they were terrible so he went to get a bagel and the lady cleaning up unplugged toaster while the bagel was in and emptied all the bagels bc it 10:10 and breakfast was over but yet another guest came down for breakfast and she allowed the customer to have access to breakfast. I understand it was over but we were in the middle of our breakfast. Hopefully this won’t happen again she also left her dirty dishrag around the food.

This morning I had to wait over 1 hour for a shuttle. The worst shuttle driver is the morning guy. The difference night and day was. The night shuttle driver deserves 5 stars but is overshadowed by the crazy late morning shuttle driver who won’t stop yapping. The room was so cold even when I turn on heat there was a certain place that the room keep blowing in cold air. Terrible but too bad I still have one night to go. I want my money back.

We would highly recommend Home2, this place must be brand new, we just received a knock on the door, the mgmt staff had saw my comment about little to no sleep for the past 3 nights; they brought a coffee cup with chamomile tea. It’ll be a good night sleep then off to Jamaica in the morning. We have reservations here on our return to Albuquerque the 24th Great place!

Great stay! Had complimentary green apples in the lobby, so that was cool. Workout facility was not the best; pretty open area rather than a secluded, separate room, bu that's not a big deal.

Very nice, inexpensive home 2 suites hotel. I'd stay here again just for a getaway.

Friendly staff and nice free breakfast in the morning. The room was alright. Very narrow and the bed was average. All in all an acceptable stay though.

I stayed at this location for a week for work and wish I had booked elsewhere. Everything looks great at first. Super modern and “green”. But this place was built cheap and it shows. The walls are so thin you can hear every move and can hear people getting off the elevator from the far end room. It’s a super 8 at Hilton prices. The in room amenities are great but don’t make up for losing sleep every night because it is so loud. The breakfast is just prepackaged eggs you have to open and microwave. 2 employees were very friendly and should be offered jobs at higher end Hilton properties but the rest were far from accommodating. I had lots of stains on my towels as well as little bugs everywhere. Also the cheap “wood” is already rotting and molding in the bathrooms and common areas.

This is the perfect hotel to park your car and catch a ride to the airport. We were upgraded due to our hilton status to a room full of snacks to eat. Great touch especially since we came in late and were starving. The home2 breakfast sandwhiches are the perfect grab n' go breakfast for your early am flight.

The hotel and the rooms are in very good condition, practically new. No one in the hotel speaks Spanish, so you need to speak English.

Very welcoming environment. My room was immaculate and had all the amenities I needed. I stayed one night and had the best night sleep I had during my week of travel. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. After a long day of travel it was very refreshing to have a warm greeting and feel so welcomed.

Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning when we come back to Dallas, TX.

I love this hotel! The rooms are VERY CLEAN. The beds are really comfortable, there is a lot of space, and the amenities inside the room exceeded expectations. The staff was super friendly, they even opened up breakfast early for me and my husband this morning because we needed to be on the shuttle to the airport before it would have normally opened up. The shuttle driver himself was very friendly and it only took about 15 minutes from the moment I placed my call for him to pick me back up from the airport. They do offer military discounts.

Nice modern hotel. These thing where built in a hurry as cheep as posable so I recommend enjoying them soon. The built in chargers at bed side and ample power outlets around the room make sure that you can enjoy any of your gear from any spot in the room.

Hotel amenities were fine, location leaves much to be desired. Area has literally a dozen land locked hotels and the nearest food was a Whataburger counter at a gas station over 1/2 mile away. Anything else is over a mile. Dine before you arrive folks.

I really enjoyed the accomdations here. Clean and comfortable. Next time I am in the area, this place will definitely be on my list of "places to stay".

The hotel is clean and new feeling. Breakfast was solid. Room is comfortable and well thought out for layout and lighting. Would definitely stay here again.

Walls are too thin, or insufficient soundproofing. I could easily hear my neighbors moving chairs and plates throughout the night, and could hear their conversations. The facilities we're very nice and modern, however.

AMAZING experience! Stayed here for 3 nights on our family vacation after having to leave another hotel because of poor conditions. Everyone here was VERY helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious for our family with a full size refrigerator and a comfortable bed. The pool was clean and the front outdoor sitting area was very nice. We are very satisfied and would recommend to anyone! Can't wait to come back!

This is a great hotel if you would like bed bugs, blood on your sheets, mold in the ice bucket, and house keeping knocking on the door every hour at checkout! These were problems with 3 rooms! Also the GM of the hotel doesn't address concerns and dismisses everything else! Hilton says its an independently owned location so they're limited on the actions they can take. Save your money, time, and hassle! This place just ripped me off — — don't let them get you too.

We stayed for just a night. Room was nice and clean. And the staff was very pleasant and did their best to accomodate our request for another room. We did check in to another hotel because the change request was not that smooth and we needed to settle down quickly.

Booked a room here last second for my parents who got delayed in DFW and had to stay overnight in the city. My parents were first time flyers and weren't very sure how to handle missing a connecting flight. Gilbert and the staff did an amazing job helping out my parents and picking them up with the complimentary shuttle and taking them back to DFW airport the next morning for their new flight. My parents said everyone was super helpful since they knew about them after I called and booked them and their breakfast was great too!

Very nice pool/patio area out back. There are two grills and several tables to enjoy a evening at the pool with friends. They even have strings of lights hanging over the patio area to set the mood. Pool is somewhat small but in good condition.

Friendly service, free Wi-Fi with good speeds, rooms are spacious and include microwave and fridge. Complimentary breakfast buffet includes waffle maker. 10 min with complimentary shuttle to airport.

Seems to be a new property. Very modern and clean. Appears to be reaching out to professional millenials in terms of design, decor and socially conscious messaging (fair trade coffee, renewable/recyclable/conservation signs where appropriate), and convenience for your electronics (USB ports around the room, prominent Cisco router near the desk, etc. ). Personally, I like these details and look forward to staying here or at another Home2.

I really like this hotel because it has a distinctive european/Swedish decoration style. Environmentally friendly, compact yet comfortable and thoroughly modern. As with all Hilton properties, the staff is excellent and very helpful.

Place was great everything was new and updated. Only thing that was uncomfortable was the location. I felt like I had to drive through back streets.

Great modern hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast is a non traditional buffet but it works very well and has a variety of tasty options. The rooms themselves are very nice with a modern appeal that caters to a younger crowd but could still be enjoyed by all. Would stay here again if in the area.

Starting here until fully moved in to my new apartment. Amazing service by all of the front desk staff except for this middle aged foul mouthed blonde that told the shuttle driver so loud that my five year old twins and myself could hear her being descriptive with choice words that aren't for a work atmosphere could hear her in the hallway talking about finding her husband in bed with another woman (something that is not suitable to be discussing I'm hearing range of hotel guests, especially those with small children). The same lady jumped on my sister who's disabled and has just finished chemo solely because she wears a head scarf to cover missing hair, has lost a lot of weight and wasn't to her standards of what a guest should look like! She had gone to get aspirin and politely asked her to charge it to our room (I know she's seen her before because she was snippy the first time) just as we had other things like drinks and snacks. With a lobby full of patrons the clerk loudly said "do you even stay here? ". Embarrassing my sister and making her feel ashamed based on how she looked. We went a week without ANY maid service and were handed excuses as to why not when asked! I even took pictures of towels I purposely left so that I would know if the room was finally cleaned, the dirty shower, the trash that I took out to the dumpster 3 times on my own, a floor that hadn't been mopped or vacuumed. Etc.

Nice hotel and shuttle service to the airport. Kitchenette in room is nice for extended stays. Minimal breakfast options. I would stay somewhere else for the shirt business traveler. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Our room set up was perfect for traveling with kids. A Queen bed (although it could have been a full. ) a pull out couch, and they provided a sturdy pack n play with a clean liner. A full sized fridge, microwave and all dishes. Delicious breakfast open until 10am on the weekend. There was a curtain divider to separate the bed from the rest of the room which gave everyone their own space.

My flight got cancelled because a problem with the crew so I was at 2am with my small daughter looking for a place, found this hotel online and when I came in my reservation was not showing up, but the staff realise how tired and cold we were so he just put us directly in a room to sleep, in the morning we fix the room booking with excellent service and super politeness, I strongly recommend this place and 5 stars to all the staff and the super friendly room service woman's.

This hotel is great! I was visiting a friend who was staying at the location. The overnight worker, Darryl is very friendly and helpful. The colors are bright and the rooms are modern and clean.

The transportation man is extremely rude. The hotel says he transports every 30 minutes but he will give you a hard time and wonder off. Then he'll say that you are too late. When talking to the hotel associate, he refused to help us. You'll have better luck getting someone else to take you to the airport and better help staying at another hotel.

This Hotel should be a very low rent motel. There's a smell in the elevator that you cannot ever unsmell. Horrible place. I will never stay there again. There is no employee that can explain the bad smell. Horrible. Definitely not worth it.

For the low price I paid, my room far surpassed my expectations. The complimentary shuttle service was prompt; both drivers were very nice. Despite having arrived at 11PM, I was greeted by two very nice and energetic representatives (Carol and Darryl) at the reception desk. The hotel lobby was very clean and modern as was my room. I had booked the Studio (1 Queen Bed) and was shocked to open the door to see all new GE stainless steel appliances! The room and bathroom were both very clean. Despite being located just ~2 miles from the airport, I heard no planes and got a great night's sleep. The breakfast was fantastic: great hours (6-10AM) and great food (waffles, assorted breakfast sandwiches!, cereals, breads, yogurts, coffee/teas). Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely book again.
