I have stayed here twice, and each time was terrific. There is a huge assortment of nearby restaurants (Aspen Creek Grill is next door, and is great). The pool is very nice, and is shady in the afternoon when the sun sinks behind the building. They have good breakfast (Come early for waffles), and leave the tea, fruit, and dairy open all day. For tea lovers, they have a nice selection of tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, and everything else. The people are very nice. One person in our group needed to stay a while longer, and they delayed checkout to 4:00! They are as friendly as can be, without it being annoying.

We have always enjoyed this hotel. It has a perfect location for our yearly Dallas trip. Staff has always been welcoming and very accommodating in the past, but this year was different.

Hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast service was nice. The ac seemed to not be working in some of the first floor rooms but the hotel did accomadate by providing fans.

I am staying here right now. The ac is not running in June. They told me that they could give me a BOX FAN. Yes a box fan. When she brought it it was loud as hell. This place sucks. Do not spend your money here. You will burn up. They will not help you! They will give you box fans. Would not recommend.

Great staff, clean rooms, modern immaculate lobby. What else can I say. It is worth the money. Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for!

Nice room for the money and had a 24hour Airport shuttle, coffee bar and swimming pool. There were restaurants that you could walk to.

The place is nicely located by the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Only stayed here for about 12 hours until my very early morning flight, but the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean and lovely. The shower was a little weird but I figured it out eventually.

I only stayed one night, the staff was nice. I forgot my wallet on the shuttle and the receptionist had it back for me in no time. It's in a great area, there are a lot of restaurants near by to eat at.

The hotel is cool. My room was smalll! The sink is in the room. The plumbing is loud, so I didnt sleep well. The hotel overall is nice. The location is off the service road but overall good location.

The people were very nice. There are shopping centers to shop at and restaurants to eat at in close walking distance. The beds were made nice and everything looked alright. I had an issue with my first room, choosing not to specify, that I voiced to the front desk. They handled it well. The only reason I give it a 2 star was because of something that happened that was out of control of the people who I interacted with.

Very nice hotel. Shower water pressure is ok, temperature control is good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Due to all the construction in the area it is difficult to access nearby stores and restaraunts. Aspen Creek shares the parking lot, fantastic food and great drink prices on and off happy hour. Hotel front desk has 10% off food purchase there.

Great location, about 15 to 20 min ride, great sushi place at the hotel.

Penny, Celina and Derick provided great customer service. Price is worth for the comfortable stay and convenient shuttle service to/from DFW.

In town for a business event. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was great for the price, they had a decent free breakfast option.

Great hotel, good pool, rooms are a little small but nice ac and blankets. Plus there's a bathtub in the rooms.

Really nice place and you can watch your own netfix on the TV in your room. I look forward to staying here again in a few days.

Different but didn't mind. My room had a small area for a small couch that had a TV. It was enclosed except entrance to main room. It's like a entertainment room if you wanted to watch movies. Overall the place was as expected ezcept for the in room coffee machine. The cord is like 1.5 ft? There was no outlet except the one on the desk that would let me plug and actually stand cause of how short it is.

The hotel was okay but not great. Our room felt cramped and our bathroom was super small. The sink outside the bathroom (toilet and bathtub/shower) was so small that it was difficult to get ready. There was a bathtub but it only worked as a shower. We had two queen beds and they took up the majority of the space. It was cheaper than many other rooms we looked at but I think in the future we'd go with something else.

Nice hotel, good location, close to airport. Good breakfast.

Very enjoyable stay. Room is nicely laid out and the full breakfast bar very enjoyable. Close to the restaurant Apen Creek for a great dinning experience. Bathtub/shower did have a bench that would not latch upright. Nice to have if you need that safety feature but in the way if you want to rest in the tub. Plenty of parking means no worries about a parking space.

This hotel is fantastic every time. While it's just a Fairfield, the staff is as professional and attentive as that of a full service hotel. Raid, Kiara, and Katherine stand out above the rest. Even the maintenance guy (don't remember his name, but he's hilarious) is extremely friendly and well spoken. 5 Stars!

Nice little place. The staff is really sweet, but a bit too casual. Love the King bed room and the breakfast!

Terrible, terrible service! Would not stay here again. Me and my wife's flight didn't go through and we last minute booked at this hotel. After waiting at the airport twenty minutes longer than we were told, the driver Narvale smelt like weed and drove like a maniac the whole time! He rudely kept jumping in our conversation even though we were clearly upset with the whole situation. The front desk apologized but that wasnt enough. The next morning there was no manager available to talk to about the situation. The room was okay but didnt make up for the terrible customer service. I do not feel like we were taken care of and definitely was not worth the amount we payed. I will not stay at a Fairfield Inn ever again.

I would NOT recommend this hotel. During our second night at the Fairfield Inn, my boyfriend's band had their entire van and trailer with all of their equipment stolen from this hotel parking lot. There are no security cameras watching the lot. The hotel security had no information, but a great amount of their shift is spent watching TV in the hotel lobby. I know this because while we were stranded and working with the Irving police department, we spent most of our time in the hotel lobby making plans for the band to be able to continue their tour. The hotel sales manager, Jennifer Rich, informed us that she would not compensate us for our stay. All we asked was that only our second night at the hotel be reimbursed or discounted to us because that was the night that everything this band had was taken from them off of this hotel's property. When we asked for a corporate number, Jennifer told us that there was none and that she had just spoken to her general manager, Penny Scales, who instructed Jennifer to tell us that "if you stayed the night at your friend's house and your car got stolen you wouldn't blame your friend. " She said for this reason the hotel was not able to compensate us even though we were not blaming the hotel for the thousands of dollars of debt the band is now in. As I write this review, the band is still stranded in Irving, Texas at a hotel that only offered them to spend More money at a discounted rate of 10% off.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! My bands van and trailer were stolen straight from the parking lot. Lost thousands. The management was unprofessional and rude during the situation and only offered to charge us more money to stay extra time during the theft.

Decent hotel for the price. There were a few amenities that could use some repair or upgrade. The business center is definitely lacking.

It's not that I don't like to wait for two hours at the airport to be picked-up by the hotel shuttle. It's just that I really don't. Of course the driver said he came at my gate and looked for me. I was the only person standing there for at least an hour… I guess that's what you call a liar.

Clean, comfortable, hospitality is great. Mattress is excellent! shuttle service from the airport suffered a bit with only a van to pick up and drop off.
