Do not stay at this place, this place is a dump. They really need to take this place off the list. I'm also thinking about suing this place for false advertising because this is not the place that's in the pictures. Arya Inn is scamming people out of their money so when you book online they charge a $59 cancellation fee. Thats B'S. Upon arriving they had bulbs hanging around the place drinking and smoking and I had my kids with me on vacation. The guy at front desk acts like he's dumb, dnt know what's going on when you asked if you're being charged for dump. I had to click a star bcuz it wouldn't let me post. I would ratherthis place dissent deserve no stars.

This hotel is straight trash I stayed here 3 or 4 years ago before going to prison and so I booked a room for the weekend the the first room they tried to give me TV was busted the drawers were busted there was no phone in the room the carpets were stained horrendously and sticky I don't know why they even have a cleaning lady in this place so they moved me rooms which wasn't much better the TV was it had a phone older than I was the drawers were still busted and the new rooms a. C. Knobs were non existent I'd rather have paid to stay the weekend in texas department of corrections before staying here again.

Bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs! Tvs don't work. Toliet didnt work Just a horrible hotel.

This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Do not stay here. Bugs, bugs, and more bugs. And when I told girl at desk, she knew and didn't care. Not even an "I'm sorry you had an unpleasant stay". I asked if she was going to say it do anything, she put her head down and ignored me. I reported in an email to Manager… no response. STAY AWAY! I had to give a one star because no star was not an option.

Bad odor in room, TV didnt work missing cord plug, air con frame broken, a muffin and coffee for breakfast instead of full breakfast. I will never stay again unless they fix it.

I don't recommend this place. The room was a dump, shabby run down. Nothing worked right. No blanket on the bed. Shower was gross, bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. Staff was friendly however. But the hotel itself was just poorly maintained Don't waste your money!

Dirty, nasty, stinks. Writing on wall, sofa is nasty and torn. Just not fit for the senior citizen that lives there.

DON'T DO IT** I REPEAT DON'T DO IT*** Disgusting rooms! Roaches everywhere! Furniture has stains. It literally smells like someone died, and they sprayed bleach mixed with febreze to cover it. I locked what I thought was the latch. Went to change and heard a man behind me say "Oh I think I have the wrong room"! I was terrified went straight to the front office. Was told I would be put in another room by one guy. Then the next on duty told me I had to pay to switch rooms! Please save your money I'm trying to help you here!

The place is a dump. Get a blow up mattress and stay under a bridge. Dirty smelly place. Trash every where. This place has everything disgusting except bed bugs. Do they not own a broom? Obviously they've no hooks to hang the tattered curtains or soap to clean the graffiti off the elevator doors. Wow is all I can say. They can do better. Instead of just sitting at that desk, get up and clean something!. Ice machine broke. Towels like sand paper. And what is that smell?! Pictures they posted have nothing to do with that hotel. That's out right false advertising. Shame on you people!

Night staff there but not engaging. The place was not spotless nor were the hallways clean. However the rooms were clean if a bit too small for the hugh fourposter beds that would be more at home on a dude ranch.

This appears nice but once you walk in its filthy. The rooms are dirty. Carpet disgusting and garbage everywhere. They're was an actual mouse in our room. I will never stay here agaim. Over priced and needs to be demolished.

This place is nothing like the pictures they should be in Big trouble for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I thought I was going to this nice place in all those pictures, but hell no we get there and the place is a big joke as soon as we gorgon the third floor it was so hot like there were germs floating in the air it stunk. The light was literally going off and on this is in the hallway too by the way. Then as soon as we get in the room to turn the light on roaches everywhere they were even crawling at you! Not cool we didn't want to stay there but since we got it with a card they said we would have to wait 3 to 7 business days to get our money back and that's all we had so we really had no choice… There was also black mold in the bath tub I took pictures of everything… Black mold can kill you. I think this place needs a health inspector to check this place out. I think we at least deserve a refund… Its not fair to us that they were false advertising that place… How were we suppose to know that… This was my first bad experience with this …

1st floor is seemingly clean. The room was decent. Wifi doesn't work. Ice machine was broken. Sheets were very comfortable. I went to the second and third floor to see if there was an ice machine up there, and my god. It was filthy. An absolute nightmare. Pot doesn't bother me, but it absolutely reeked of ganja. I wouldn't stay here if I didn't have a first floor room. Even then I'd consider some place else.

This was a good hotel for the price. Stayed there for 2 days. Local to the downtown area.

Everything was good, lights need to be maintained better they were flickering everywhere. Overall it was good.

If you find COACH ROACHES the size of baby lizards ok then hey its fine (First thing we saw)! For $65 you get the one place with rooms on the weekends stay. Terrible cable & a chance to sleep in your clothes! BUT the maintenance man at least did his best to please us! I guess this is okay if you really just need a place to sleep. Didn't see bed bugs.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are big.

Great manager. Very clean and well kept. I have no problems whatsoever staying at Arya. I will be staying here for a while. Highly recommended.
