This is the second time in a year that I’ve booked a room at the Vero Beach Inn & Suites for tradesmen working on my home. Easier to stay than to travel, I found them to be convenient and inexpensive. They are just east of Interstate 95 on the south side of State Road 60. Functional hotel with many of the amenities you would expect from a branded establishment, each room comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, television, hairdryer and iron/ironing board. Free parking and Wi-Fi are included, along with a pool, business center, small market and a gym/fitness center. This is strictly a “working class” hotel, with – from what I can tell — a number of tradesmen residing. At the moment, a sit-down breakfast is not available – it’s a grab and go with juice, a muffin, etc. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Location, convenience and lack of expense was what I was looking for in my tradesman’s multi-day stay and that’s what I received. William E. Lewis Jr.

Excellent For meetings and long stays! The staff is incredible! Jill was absolutely a doll! We highly recommend this place for all your day and overnight needs.

I took my fiance here for birthday. When we got our room key it did not work for the room. We went down to the front desk and was given another room. The tub was dirty and the room smelled. We went to walmart and purchased cleaning supplies. When we came back there were strange people hanging outside our room. We couldnt call the front desk because there was no phone in the room. I found out that the smell was coming from the vent in the bathroom, so I closed the vent. We also had to watch trump commercials all night on the roku. Again we never complained about any of this. We left early the next morning only to find out we were charged 267. I called the resort they siad it was a mistake and I would be refunded. I called again this morning and was told to call back for a final decision. I contacted expedia who said the hotel told them that they would investigate the issue. They claim someone reported us for smoking. We dont smoke as my wife has severe asthma. Tell me why would I put my wife at risk. So it looks like I wont get my money refunded.

I really would not recommend this place to anyone! The pool constantly has under aged children who are unattended by an adult throwing chairs as well as bullying other children and taking the toys of other kids. When I brought it to the front desks attention an incident that happened between on of the children and my son I was told to contact Ann in the morning, who then when I did, had no idea, what I was talking about, since the young lady which I reported this to did not leave notes for her and document it! Ann was very polite and respectful and told me she would look into it. BUT till this day, I still see those children, unoccompained by an adult being as reckless as they want to be! I don't feel safe bring my children into the pool, in their presence and yet their day 90% of the day! I am upset and offended because the front desk has done nothing about the situation at all. May I add that these kids are fresh! ya, so I'm eagerly waiting to get out of this place! lastly, the Wi-Fi is awful! And the rooms have no phones!

Clean and spacious and newly renovated rooms! Over the top customer service was provided and this hotel is very accommodating toward pets! We will be back.

Charged my card $200 over then kicked me out while trying to fix it because I was barefoot. Left the property and they ran my card 5 more times for a room they said I never paid for then finally just took the last $50 off my card. Will be pressing charges and will NEVER return.

Nice clean place. Bar was nice. Have a couple drinks and walk to your room. Only downfall is the bar closes at 10. Boooo.

Fantastic quiet hotel. Inside the hotel complex there is a large grassy area for pets, kids, games, as nf a big pool. Very clean everything. Only complaint would be simple paint touch us here and there for the furniture that has a lot of scratches from luggage I'm sure. I will definitely stay here again.

All I can say is we had a total of 14 rooms and all of the rooms had issues, a soon as you walk in to the rooms the smell of humidity was horrible, cigarette, broken sofa beds, clogged bathrooms, mattresses, it was just not a pleasant 4 days 3 nights. The management staff where very rude and unprofessional.

OK, to start off with my girlfriend and I live in Vero Beach, but wanted to get away for the weekend locally. We both are celebrating our birthdays and chose your hotel. First, the accommodations given to us were new plush queen beds and beautiful new hardwood floors. Then we have a gorgeous view overlooking the pool area. All of the employees have treated us as if we're family. Last but not least, visiting the bar, another beautiful environment. If I may, I must give a recommendation for the bartender Jay and Stephanie whom were more than professional and highly recommend! Definitely a great establishment to visit! You can count on us to return!

We thought we were getting a great value by staying at this inn. I arrived I checked in and went to the room fell in love with it, it had so much space for me and my husband and my five kids. First day went great we went to the pool which was nice but very slippery and my kids are falling all over the place because whoever painted the floor and the pool used the wrong kind of paint so beware of that. Staff was great and friendly, I loved having a kitchen to cook in and space for the kids to run around. By the end of the Second night we stayed there all hell broke loose. My husband and I were outside talking around 10:30 PM a car drove up blaring and blasting music. It was a Hispanic and black male in the car that were high and drunk. The black male proceeded to get out of the car and threw his empty Bacardi bottle over at my truck the bottle smashed in the parking lot I asked him if he hit my truck he proceeded to call me a racist asshole blamed it on being a black thing and then told me that he wasn’t ignorant enough to hit the truck. My husband Told him he was ignorant because he threw the damn bottle no one needs to vandalize the property like that. Come to find out I went to the front desk I spoke to a middle-age woman who was very sweet & nice and she told me that I shouldn’t be there and she told me all the bad things that have happened there she told me to get a police report so I can get my money back and go to a sister hotel which we did.

Great hotel for the price! Stayed for 1 night on our way to the Keys. Kim was super nice and helpful. She showed us on a map where everything is and the hours for the amenities. The room was clean and smelled clean. The beds are a bit stiff, not super comfortable but decent for a night. I do property management for a living so I notice things much more than most people so. Aside from a few cosmetic things in the bath & sink area (sink stopper top broken, towel bar very loose and tub needs to be resurfaced because it's peeling a bit) the room is well maintained, has a great color scheme, quiet and updated wood looking tile floors. Will definitely come back if in the area again.

Excellent Inn! 5 star service at budget price! Extremely clean. Very friendly service. Pool was clean and refreshing. Loved having the fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Convenient to shopping, water and restaurants. Would definitely go there again!

We found our room was very clean. The granddaughters loved the pool. The staff was great. We will be coming back to stay again.

So my wife and I drive 4 hours to this “Inn and Suites” seeing pictures and reading plenty of good reviews, thinking we found a good deal… boy were we mistaken. So we get their and check in, front desk area looks nice, pool area looks good, the illusion is still in place, two flights of stairs later (no elevator) we arrive at room The illusions has now ended. We walk in, the furniture doesn’t match the pictures, heck the furniture doesn’t even match each other. Their are holes in the walls that are half way patched, the A/C unit has a whole in the front exposing wires, and let’s not forget the 3 inches of visible water damage to the bathroom, ceiling and surrounding area. Back down two flights of stairs (with suit cases) to empty apologies and the promise of an upgrade. Room #2… Back up two flights of stairs (didn’t even bother to get out the luggage) a plethora of missing base orders, more structural damage, and furniture that at one point was poorly painted all one color, was now the victim of some horrific incident involving what I assume were screwdrivers… strike 2. Back down the stairs; back to the front desk where again the manager apologized for the room, like he didn’t know his hotel rooms looked like that? He walked us to the ultimate upgrade, granted at this point I would have taken my money back, moved on and called it even, but I digress. Enter room #3… an adjoining suite and according to the manager “This is as good as it gets folks.

Ted & Kim at the front desk are amazing! The property had been having issues with online reservations, but they were consummate professionals. I was soon given a comfortable room with a view of their gorgeous pool after a very long day on the road. Wonderful property!

Nice day at the pool. Quaint motel with modern updates in progress. Up side: very clean, cold a/c, great modern shower head, wood look tile floor, quiet. Down side: mattress is low end of spectrum, and TV channel choice poor. But all in all, I would recommend a stay here.

It's an okay place to spend the night! Our room was located on the second floor and it wasnt bad but having the smart TVs makes it hard for those who don't know how to work them even with the directions. One of the other rooms had someone smoking outside and while the room is a smoke free room, the smoke came in our room because of the AC unit. I remember this being a great hotel years ago but it has definitely changed a lot since the last time I stayed here. I wouldn't go back unless I absolutely had to.

Nice Neat And Very Clean. Pool Was Excellent And Inviting… From Owner To All Employees Exceptional. If I Had More Stars To To Give. Toes Would Be In The Air To Account For My Thumbs. Lol. And They Serve Hot Breakfast! … Total Relaxation!

These are the best wings that I like. None breaded with a great vinegar spicy hot. Ask for medium not hot but with extra hot sauce. Great. Excellent.

Very clean and nice. I wish I could've stayed longer to try out the nice pool. It was quiet, as the hotel rooms did not face the road, rather, they faced a courtyard that surrounded the pool.

Horrible. Drove 9 hours to visit family because we live on a military base elsewhere, called ahead of time and RESERVED, say that again… RESERVED a room with a king size bed. Check in and get to the room it’s two queens. Go to the desk to get it fixed and they said they booked me for two queens EVEN THOUGH the lady Leslie on the phone said it was for kings. The other lady at the front desk couldn’t help me. Why not give me someone else’s reserved room that has a king since that seems to be how they do things over here. Don’t stop here. Go else where. Don’t let the “renovated lobby room” fool you. Their prices have doubled. And you’ll be paying 120-180/night for stained beds, computer size TV, crackheads in the parking lot, and who knows maybe even bed bugs.

Not a 4 star inn, but is worth 4 stars for the price. Rooms had smart tvs. There is a bar and grill that seemed to be popular. Free breakfast was a great bonus.

When I first walked into the lobby, I was awe-inspired by the cleanliness, freshly-renovated look, and the enticing smells from the bar and restaurant. This set my expectations way too high for the room we were about to enter. I had low requirements for the hotel and the room because we were in town for a funeral. To our dismay, this was the worst hotel experience of our lives. 1. As soon as we walked into the room, we set our makeup and toiletries upon the vanity stand near the bathroom. Within an hour (max), I picked up my hairbrush to find ants falling from the brush. Then I checked the rest of our supplies to see ants crawling all over them. While on the other side of the room, my mother was on the phone and noticed that there were ants crawling up the charging cable. When we told the concierge about our visit and told them about the ants, the response was "Oh, yeah, an exterminator is coming tomorrow to fix that. " There was no apology and no real concern. 2. The laminate (or tile possibly) floors were so dirty that they left our socks, our feet, and anything else that touched the ground with a brown residue. There was no escape, we ended up wearing flip flops. 3. The tub drain was clogged and upon starting the shower, we immediately had three inches of water build up in the tub. 4. Our hotel room had a small dining table with only one chair. This was a room with two queen beds so you would expect the room to accommodate four people.

Wonderful cozy place, very clean. Only when I went to check out the receptionist was well drunk or drugged. In spite of this I recommend it.

Rooms were decent. The pool was amazing. Only downfall is we happened to be there the same time a baseball tournament was being held so the pool was over run with teenage boys in the evenings, but otherwise peaceful. That's not the hotels fault and management did make them stop doing a few things when they got too unruly. They had an amazing free breakfast buffet in the morning. They also had a nice bar and restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner. Food was good, drinks were even better. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

I have always liked I-Hop, this restaurant has some great help, great food but the credit card machine was working in properly said my card was declined. I went to the nearest Bank that issues my card to raise Cain and they informed me that I had in fact been charged 52.72 twice within 5 min. I went back to I-HOP and they corrected the mistake. Beware, things are not always as it seems.

I have been staying here for about 3 months due to my job. It is the best deal and the people who work here are super nice. Some of the rooms could use a little make over but hey its a place to sleep thats all you need.

Delightful. It was a very clean room. Everything was good. Close to 95. There is a TA Truck Stop before the hotel. Good food.

Great place, very clean beds and mattresses. I checked for bedbugs and it was spotless. Some furniture in the room needs a little paint job, but overall clean and the staff is very friendly. Will stay again.

Decent rooms but electric went out for 3 hours and the night clerk was very rude but the manager the next morning gave me a comp. For 2 dinners when I had 3 people. Not very happy.

DOES NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! The male hotel manger is a con artist! If you have to stay here as a last resort, DO NOT PAY WITH CARD, USE CASH ONLY! Myself and 3 others (to my knowledge) are here working and we all had to cancel our cards due to being double charged, IM SURE THERE ARE OTHERS! Staff members always have a lack of knowledge and are quick to offer FREE MEALS as a result of their mishap. Save yourself and your family the trouble and stay elsewhere!

Really? 3 star hotel. No way. This place was ratchet. The Comfort Inn and Suites down the street is rated 2 stars and is much nicer. We had a cockroach running down the wall. The people staying there are ratchet as well. Over flowing plastic cigarette things and people outside till late drinking beer. The restaurant is a bar and grille so if you want anything healthy forget it. The Wi-Fi in the bar sucks so don't stay here on business. Not upscale or new in the least. This is NOT a 3 star hotel. Its a strong 2 star hotel.

I really recommend this Inn. For the price it's so appreciated! The rooms are beachy and very comfortable. The AC works great, beds are comfy, room is very clean. Any time we had a problem we were taken care of very well. The pool is great! There's a restaurant with such a friendly staff and the food we had was great!

Compared to a hotel in the same vicinity not to mention the same price range this is definitely a place I would recommend staying and I don't think has enough advertisement for the quality to price ratio for hotels in the area. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room things including continental breakfast comma and tile rather than carpet. I have severe allergies and it's very far and few between that you find hotels that don't have carpet. In summary I would recommend this venue to anyone who may not necessarily be able to afford the best of the best but still feels their money is well spent Vero Beach Suites and hotels is a must-visit.

I had booked 2 rooms here for an emergency family visit in March 2016. Red flags went up when I saw how noisy and loud the bar area was outside the checkin. Should have left then and there. One room did not have the spare foldout made. When I started to make it myself, the blankets were stained and dirty and the sheets were too big to even fit the sleeper bed. Room smelled like too much fragrance was sprayed to possibly mask something else. Meanwhile another family member is in another room where they find a dead roach and what looks like blood or feces on the door of the bathroom. (yes we have pictures) Needless to say we packed up and left. I wanted to speak to a manager but apparently the highest level of authority was the maintenance person. The only good thing was it was relatively easy to cancel the charge to my CC through Hotwire/Priceline. I don't get how there are so many 5 stars on this hotel? Maybe they are old reviews? I would never stay here again.

There suites are amazing. I have stayed there a few times and I must say the price is great the staff is amazing and the rooms are awesome. Definitely worth staying here.

Very nice hotel! You can tell they are doing some renovations. Very clean and comfortable! Nice staff and great rate. My only complaint was the TV channels weren't great with no HBO as advertised and their phones were down. I would stay again if in the area!

I recently gave 5 stars but after the way they treated my wife I'm amending it. My wife forgot a sweatshirt and keys in the hotel and asked for them to be shipped. She expressed that she wanted to know the price before it was shipped (we're tight on $ due to a 2nd baby on the way) and they proceeded to have it sent without any phone call. Package cost us $63 yes $63 for a sweatshirt (a light weight zip up) and a set of 2 keys. When she called the manager the manager proceeded to speak to my wife like she was a moron and said "customer satisfaction was their priority and that's why they shipped it". I have never been so disgusted in all my life and will make sure I tell everyone I know to stay clear of this worthless $ pit. I will also be contacting the owner.

We went for a nice Christmas stay to beat the Jersey cold. We booked 2 rooms and I have to say they were excellent! Nice wood floors, mini fridge and microwave in our room and mini fridge and toaster oven in my mothers room! Rooms were kept clean as well as the pool area. There was locals at the hotel but they were actually very informative about the area. It's close to the Indian River Mall, a Dunkin, gas stations, and food. Beach is about 10 minutes and was beautiful. Carrie at the front desk gave us some awesome recommendations for food and another girl (I'm terrible with names) but she had black hair… told us where we could do some water sports which we loved! We are now considering moving and would definetly stay here in the future. For the price it's a kick a*s value!

Carrie at the front desk was awesome. Great price, and good location. Liked the laminate floors, seems cleaner to me. Loved that they had a lounge and restaurant on the property.

Room was great only problem was I don't think there is enough outlets available for guests. The outlets by back counter none of them worked. The fan on the air conditioner didn't stay on all the time (but that's just a preference for me to sleep). But I would definitely stay there again. Great buffet breakfast, waffles, eggs cereal etc.

Great location and awesome price. Carrie was awesome at making sure that our stay would be a blessed and wonderful experience. The room was clean, huge with hardwood floors. The cream of the crop was the pool which was nice and Luke warm. Hot breakfast and a smart tv, what else can u ask for. I recommend the suite to anyone looking for good relaxation. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in Vero Beach again. Just as long as Carrie is around.

This was by far the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. The stage is beyond rude. The maintenance man on the property accosted me with sexually coming to my room and putting his foot into my door. Of course I got scared and as I was trying to call the police, the staff had already and the police came and issued me trespassing warrant. I was staying at the Room doing an article for the Athens, Ga travel magazine and this hotel is very transient with men lurking all around. I didn't feel safe at all. The room is roach infested and dirty. Staff is beyond shady.

Great Location off of Main Road. Room seemed to be recently Remodeled. Bathroom had quartz surrounding Tub. I actually felt like I had gotten a better room for the Price, which is rare. My Wife and I will definently be staying there next time were in Vero.

Booked a room at this hotel online and then realized I needed a fridge. So, I called the front desk and spoke with Kerry, who was extremely friendly and helpful. After explaining my needs, she stated that she would need to upgrade me to a Deluxe room to get what I was looking for. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick and painless. Everyone at the reception desk was friendly. The room we received was well appointed with a microwave, toaster oven and small fridge. Everything was extremely clean (we did get a recently renovated room). The breakfast was nice with cereals, eggs, sausage, juices, coffee and a waffle maker (which is always a hit on vacation/business travel). Checkout was also a breeze. There is adequate parking, conveniently located off I-95 and plenty of restaurants close by and one on premise. We were there on business and it was a short drive East to our function and the beach the following day. And, for the price, you can't beat it! I will be heading back to this area for more business meetings and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good room overlooking pool, very happy to see tile floors instead of 30 year old carpet! the mattresses were a little worn otherwise I would give a 5 star for the price, location, courteous staff and decent sized rooms with 2 queen beds, frige, and microwave. Breakfast was accomadating and as good as the large hotel chains.

Management people were nice, room was nice. Only real problem I had was the rates. My son stayed there for a couple of months on an extended stay rate. That changed several different times. Think I overpaid and asked for invoices several times. They did send it for a month but never for the entire stay. Still think I paid a pet fee for 2 months when the pet was there only for one. Not sure on this but have never been given the invoice for the December stay and went down to the office several times and they told me it had been taken care of. Overall. Good stay except for that problem. Just make sure rates are understood before staying. Finally got an invoice for December. They did only charge me for 1 month for pet fee, but 1st month rate of $695. Changed drastically to over 1100. A month including tax for the last month.

I was there recently with a group. The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, the restaurant/bar is really fun, and the staff are extremely nice and accommodating.

Jaqui was an awesome hostess. She was very kind, professional and accommodating. She takes care of the place as if it were her own company. The waiter was very nice and even brought my to-go box into the bar for me when I forgot it in the eating area. He supplied us with plenty and limes and lemons that we requested for the water. The food was very good and arrived in a timely manner. We really enjoyed the karoke event. The DJ was very nice and the facility was comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was great and the waffles were delicious. The food and drinks were fresh and available. The property was well kept and very clean.

Staff was incredibly kind and friendly. We were greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and spacious. I especially loved the mini fridge and microwave in the rooms, very convenient. The pool area was very nice and clean and the bar was fun and had great Karaoke! I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very supportive and kind, doing all they could to accomodate our group and give us the best experience. The room was comfortable, except it smelled like cigarettes. The karaoke on Saturday night was lots of fun and the food from the sports bar was tasty.

I just finished a month long extended stay at this property. I found everything to be just as promised or better! My room was recently renovated and very comfortable, especially the bed. The housekeeping was great, very clean. The pool is a bonus after a long day, and the breakfast every morning was hot and good. I didn't experience any problems. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good room for a fair rate! No, I'm not the owner or related to anyone there.

My answer should be, yes and no. Likely unknown to management, there were young children running, yelling, and playing, up-and-down the sidewalk just outside of the room. I am sure someone other than myself knew of their activities, quite possibly their parents. The pool was open so I am not sure why they were not in the pool area since they were dressed as if they had been to the pool. And someone, probably the maid/room service, tapped on my door hours before checkout time. I didn't answer the door as my thought was maybe it was just the children who had been playing outside my door. Otherwise, the room was clean and well supplied, parking is plentiful, and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The access to Vero Beach and the surrounding area is very convenient. I would consider staying here again.

I stayed there on May 9, 2014. I pick the renovated room. I open the door there was a loud smell of mildew. I turn the AC on and prop the door open and I sprayed the room with perfume. After few hours the smell was unnoticeable. The bath tub has rust stains. My kids and I bath with slippers. The TV static because of the connection with the cord so we prop something against the cord to make it clear. Other than that the stay was ok and the beds were nice, and big Queen size and the room was clean. The room was pretty big also. Customer service was nice.

Its a great place to stay, between the awesome new rooms and the great staff I'll be coming back definitely.

We came down for the Florida High School Softball State Finals And We Had A Great Stay. The Rooms were Clean, The Staff Was Excellent, The Pool Was Awesome All Of Our Players Enjoyed It. If you are looking for a great place only minutes from the Historic Dodger Stadium Or The Beaches This is the Hotel In Vero Beach That is both economical in price and excellent in quality and cleanliness. Plus a Free Breakfast of Omelets, Sausage, Fruit, Waffles, The breakfast saved enough to pay for one night of our 4 night stay. We will be back.
