Great place clean room and quiet. McDonald Whataburger and others are close. Drive thru. Liquor store too. Reasonable priced too.

Hell to the noooooo… really bad Costumer service they treat you like if your money no green enough… plus so yucky nothing clean and roaches around.!

Be Aware of Room 100 This is the worst motel ever. I regret staying there The carpet was filled with water right by the door entrance I wet my socks on it, I found cigarets butts behinds the bed the beading looks like was there forever. I was traveling very tired late night I just wanted to crash. The chairs were so dirty and looks they don't change the beading ever, smoke smell, no towels, the air aconditioner is so noise, and high speed internet she said doesn't work but the sign still on. This place needs a big update. And the office lady was really rude when I asked her a question about the room. I didn't deserved that kind of attitude no costumers service period. I saw a men from the office argument with a costumer and screaming loud he didn't want that vehicle in the parking lot… This is a bad place to spend the night if you can afford a little more money find another place, a least you won't wake up in the morning with aches in your skin for bed bugs… the worst motel — 0 starts.

Horrible. The linen are not cleaned. They are stained. Rooms are outdated. They stink. They get an attitude if you ask them TO Change the linen. They ask how many days have you been there. I'll rather stay at Motel 6 across the way. They change the linen everyday and it's nicer.

No doubt the worst motel I've ever been to. I'm in town for an event so everything is full otherwise I wouldn't even have come here. Holes in the walls, virtually everything in the room is broken, the room is dirty, the beds are painfully uncomfortable, the sheets are DISGUSTING, the water doesn't work, the staff is worthless; they hardly even speak English. If I hear another Fed-ex truck I'm nuking this place and sleeping in the car. There is however, porn on the TV which is cool I guess… ZERO STARS.

They advertise internet but there's none. Pretty decent place other than that. Weekly rate also.

Its cool but they wouldn't give my man extra towels and the maids are illegal immigrants.

Price is good… kinda quite… not very clean as for the bed linens… Not sure how often they are washed and if changed daily!? Its convenient to the highway and fast food and gas. I bring my own sheets and stuff to sleep on or air mattress and towels… but other than that … affordable and spacious!

This was my 1st time staying at this place I must say I was very impressed room was very clean and up to date, the front desk receptionist was super friendly and courteous. I will definitely stay there any time I'm in the area.

The lady who works the desk is very rude and has a terrible attitude problem. She needs to get punched in the nose. The mattresses are filthy and stained beyond belief. The bedspreads look like they havent been thru a washing machine since they came from the manufacturer. The televisions pictures are dark you cant really see what you are watching. Xxx. Bad ownership bad amenities bad location… ITS ALL BAD… — 2 STARS. They are RACIST ASSHOLES They can keep their bedbugs and roaches.

The facility seems safe enough the lighting is moderate the parking is ample there are amenities nearby car wash food beverage shopping mostly daytime locations but very little in the way of nighttime activities but and it's benefit they're gold in offers quick access to the Dallas downtown area at a reasonable distance from noise traffic and urban sprawl.

For the price, you get what you pay for. The rooms are pretty dated, however my sheets seemed to be clean which I guess is the most important part. If you're looking for something cheap this'll do, however if you can afford it spend a few dollars more for a nice place.

It was very nice and it was a great place to stay I just really wished they had free breakfast.

ZERO STARS! NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! PORN IN THE ROOMS NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! The PORN CHANNEL IS NOT BLOCKED so when you are channel surfing you cannot avoid the channel YOUR CHILDREN WILL SEE FULL BLOWN PORN! The Male owner/manager was extremely HATEFUL VERY RUDE WHEN HE SPOKE TO ME! When he gave me my ID, my change & the room key he didn't just sit them in the little box under the glass he threw them each time he gave them to me separately I thought it was an accident the 1st time when he did it again with each I knew it was on purpose. The female owner/manager was very sweet & kind. The room was nice the bed was extremely comfortable I didn't see any bugs anywhere it was very clean the shower was broken but was still able to shower. If you can deal with the porn & a rude check in it's a good place to stay. I refuse to stay here again because I refuse to support pornography it should be banned TOO MANY CHILDREN ARE VICTIMS OF PORN & PEDOPHILES IF THE MOTEL WOULD CANCEL THEIR PORN CHANNEL I would stay here again.

Man. Where do I start. First and foremost the desk clerk/manager was very rude to my wife and luckily I wasn't in that office when she checked us in or we definitely wouldn't have stayed. He needs to learn to be more professional and deal with the public. The place was fairly clean but does have musty odor, didn't see or encounter any bugs though. *DO NOT* let your kids stay here with you and channel surf. Channel 13 is hard core *porn*! Only reason I'm giving it a second star was for the price and the bed was fairly comfortable. Other than that I'd suggest finding something maybe $10 more and your probably better off. Won't be back!

Not the Best but not the worst either. Didn't experience bugs of any kind. Room did have a musty odor but nothing febreeze didn't help with. True there is no internet or Wi-Fi. And not meant to be there longer than a night anyways.

No internet even thouhg it says free highspeed Internet on building channels, dont work, the cartoon channel is the porn channel, rude managers, u cant have visitors, pets, or more than one luggage. They just walk in your room whenever they want. Woukdnt recommend unless necessary.

Very peaceful not a lot of partying. Everyone's nice.

This place is horrendous! Stay away from here I asked for a refund because I have a newborn baby and had asked for a smoke free room and when I got in the room the stench was horrible. There is bugs on the walls and grossly, bed bugs. Not to mention the staff is excruciatingly rude. If I could rate it in a negative way, I would.

BED BUGS! I had to leave at 4 am because of bed bugs. Granted I was given a refund but that dosnt compensate hours on my log book. Tried to report to Health Officials and was continually told they don't handle that, to contact this department in this county, to no Avail! I gave up. Stay here at your own risk. This is not my first run in with the nasty creatures so I am quite sure that is what was biting me and days later and still reacting too. This place deserves no stars. They also have a huge banner that says they have Internet but they do not!

Where I do begin! At check-in clerk tried to charge me a different than what priceline quoted. First room had small rocks in bed and clerk became mad at me when I requested a room change. She came up to the room and told me to "get out. " I was tired and sleepy so I took the punishment to get another room. Second room had dresser drawers missing, frig would not close, furniture was old and had chips and varnish missing. Turned on old small tube TV and it was on a sex channel. The sex channel is free… third world stuff. When checking out at 6am, the same clerk had this bewildered stare on her face. I left her there standing and staring into space…

This place is worth the $45 bucks. Nice and clean. My room smelled nice, no smoke.

This place is sucks. Right when you come in the room it starts smelling like smoke. We didn't have enough towels and we asked for some more we got denied. Oh don't forget about the cockroaches. The owner of the place isn't a nice person. Just go across the street trust me.

Infested with roaches. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. The management is very rude and this place needs to be torn down. When I checked in and sat down with my food within minutes the roaches started coming out from everywhere. The sheets were dirty like they been using the same sheets for decades. I immediately went to the office and asked for another room or a refund. At first they tried saying I can't change rooms because I was there for more than three hours which was a lie. Then I my bf was like just give me my money back. They tried making up whatever they could not to pay us back. Then after arguing the old guy said something to the young guy in they language and then said we can only give u half of your money back and at that point I was just ready to go so I snatched the lil 20 dollars and left. Do not stay here! Room 100 on the corner downstairs infested with roaches!

Very horrible experience. Right by a fed ex hub so load trucks all night. Not enough towels or anything in room. Room was not very clean. Bed was very uncomfortable. There was no regular sheet. Didn't feel comfortable or safe.

Not a good hotel to do acid in stay at the la quinta or motel 6 if you can find the motel 6 lobby whataburger is across the street but you have to walk under the highway, we didnt see any bums, but bring a knife just in case if you dont already have a knife backpage does not work here fedex trucks will keep you up till the morning but hey if youre on acid…

They do not like black people real racist place to be please do not go here treated me bad and rude this place had bed bugs and roaches I would rather stay on the street rather then stay here they lied about having one beds just to get more money again please if your black do not stay here they do not like you.
