Bed bugs! When I went to front desk to ask for my money back she told me that they were beetle’s. They were most definitely not beetles. Will never ever stay there again. The rooms also smelt of mildew which I tried to overlook. Uggghh!

Staff is so friendly and welcoming! We always stay at this hotel when we come this way because of the wonderful staff!

It was a very short weekend stay but Julie Fisher and her staff were very friendly and accommodating for all our needs. Room was very nice. COVID protocols were in place. Only drawbacks were-no microwave in room. Also, on Sat night, went to take a shower but no hot water in shower. I guess, all those sticking hockey players used it all, lol. Didn’t report this to staff as it was after midnight and just took one in the morning. We feel the air conditioning wasn’t working as well as it should be but with the cold temperatures outside could be a reason. We didn’t stay much in the room so we also didn’t report this. Don’t want the staff blamed for anything. They did an excellent job of putting up with these crazy Cajuns from south Louisiana meeting up with our awesome New York family and coming to watch our nephew play hockey. Definitely will visit this hotel again if in the area.

It’s one of the nicest and best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time for the price you get the best bang for your buck.

Clarissa and Charity went out of their way to make our stay as easy as possible after being stuck in Dallas due to weather. The hotel is beautiful, rooms well appointed, but seriously, give these two a raise. They put a really amazing face to your company!

Front desk lady, I think her name is Shana (? ), deserves a raise / promotion. She said she is kinda new, but really goes out of her way to connect with guests and help them feel welcomed. She worked the 3-11 shift today, 9/3/18.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast in the morning and the beds were super comfy. Stayed here while we visited six flags and hurricane harbor. Close to shopping and food as well as grocery stores. Will gladly stay here again on future trips to the area.

Great rooms very clean, very friendly staff. Housekeeping even brought my jacket down to service desk after I left it today in the room. Room service was ok but had to go to bar to get our food? The only thing I didn't like was no coffee creamer in the rooms. Even though there is a refrigerator in the room no body wash had to use bar soap that left a sticky film on your body. Then the hot water took forever too get hot like wtf? Then had to ask for more paper a/c froze you out too cold setting but other then that what can we do it's a hotel.

Loved staying here. The room was nice, loved the setup. The staff was awesome. Its 1 block from the highway incase you need to travel or if you're coming in from out of town, it's easy to find.

From the moment you walk in the lobby this place is beautiful and cozy. Very clean and modern. The staff here is fabulous and helpful. They have a Starbucks, a great bar menu as well as food menu. If you want to eat out one night there is a fabulous restaurant right across the street. You literally do not need to get in your car for any reason once you get here. I will never stay at another hotel when i'm in this area I have never been so pleased with an entire experience before.

Can't wait to go back. Everybody was awesome. Front desk was great. Ordered dinner. Our room was really nice. Breakfast was awesome as always. Thanks. And y'all ask about my wife's knee. Love the Hyatt family.

Wonderful staff even at 4am at the front desk when I needed a snack. Clean room, hot shower, all the comforts of home. 10 thumbs up. Thank you Hyatt!

This place has a very friendly staff, very quick check in and seamless check out. Breakfast is surprisingly good though simple. I absolutely love the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. Rooms are very quiet. This is one of the few hotels where I don't hear other guests. Not the cheapest, but a good value.

I read the reviews and the only thing that stuck out was the hard beds. I slept on the bed and yes it’s not a plush soft but I enjoyed it and slept all night long. The photos of the free breakfast made me look forward to waking up. It passed all of my expectations! I’ll share some photos. The woman who checked us in was very informative and friendly. She knew her job well and I got the impression she loved her job, that’s very important to see when you visit any business. The exercise room was a tad small but it gets the job done. The pool area was clean and inviting. I did not bring a towel down and was happy to see they had a nice cabinet of towels fresh and ready! Nice tables to sit along side of the pool as well. My room was very generous w space! Very clean and made me feel very comfortable being away from home. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again. I must admit… I have a new favorite Hotel chain! I will look for Hyatt with ALL of my future travel! Thank you! I oh yeah, I’m writing this review from this cool little nook in the lobby watching TV waiting for my co worker. The lobby is just as great as everything else… I’m not going to mention how hard it was not to visit the 24 HOUR deal that offered all kinds of midnight snacks, the brownies looked amazing!

I stay here weekly for my business travels. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Great air conditioning in the rooms. The elevators are a little slow, which motivates me to take the stairs.

The Hyatt Place Fort Worth/Hurst is a hotel which we always pick without any he’s when we visit this area. This time the occasion was death inbtue family and again we were the recepients of the amazing hospitality of the staff. Thank you Steven Chatman, Julie Fisher and Erica for everything you did to accommodate our family and friends it this turbulent time for us.

Nice lobby, clean room, large TV and a desk to do my work. No complaints. I would say its nicer than the holiday inn next door and also cheaper.

Great Great Great! Very spacious, clean, and relaxing. I loved the 24 hour quick bite option (great for late night snackers). The staff were all amazing and very helpful esp with places to eat out that were within walking distance from the hotel! Overall Hyatt never let's me down! Not to mention breakfast was included!

Very convenient location! Restaraunts and shopping within walking distance. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast here. Everything was made fresh and available until 10. Great smell throughout hotel and the rooms are really clean! Accommodating staff and quiet surroundings. Highly recommend.

This hotel looked very old and the rooms were ok not what I expected out of a Hyatt. When we got to the room I started to disinfect everything. When I got to the bed it was horrible. A big yellow stain on the thick cover that I know they should have seen and tried to cover it up because it was in the folded part. There was also other stains that looked about like grease stains on them as well. When I called the front desk she apologized and brought new ones… that I had to change, didn't really like that very much. The TV was giving off a lot of heat, when we walked pass it you could feel it on your arm. Not sure how safe that is. The room set up wasn't bad but I don't be going back to the hotel.

Simple comfortable quiet neat.

Clean and safe. Nice rooms. Yummy breakfast. Only issue, TV remote did not respond well when pressing buttons. AC units were not loud in my room. Quick service Bay at night is a good touch to sit and have a beer or drink after a long day without having to leave the hotel.

The rooms were very nice. Apart from some electrical issues there was nothing to complain about. Some of the outlets in the room were working sporadically, and the fridge froze everything. The staff was very friendly. Bottled water was expensive though. $2.50 for a 20 oz bottle!

I stayed overnight with my wife, and the facility is just lovely! The room was clean, they provided shampoo, thankfully, because we forgot ours. They even gave us a free drink! I recommend staying.

Had a conference for a business event. The staff and facilities were great. Clean and nice.

Staying here for a conference at the nearby conference centre. Perfect, a couple of reasonable restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Hotel staff are friendly and the room clean and tidy.

Special heartfelt thanks to Steven Chatman and the team at Hyatt Place Fort Worth/Hurst, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. First of all, our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. They even went to extra trouble to partner with my husband to surprise me with gifts in the room for our wedding anniversary! Wow! The breakfast each morning was elegant and delicious – served on real plates with real cutlery (no paper plates and plastic cutlery)! The kitchen staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we enjoyed our breakfast experience to the fullest. That same weekend we also held our board meeting in the conference room, which was perfect for our needs. Steven Chatman was wonderful to work with in the preparation leading up to the event, and we highly recommend that you organize work meetings there. Our team was extremely pleased with the lovely conference room and the staff who provided everything we needed. We definitely plan to be back!

The staff I experienced are ok. I am not very comfortable here. No shuttles, microwave in the room, no TV in the fitnesss room. I expected more.

If I could give it a — 5* I would. Didn't clean my room over the two days. Almost $300 a night with a dirty room (by the way it was two room for two night at almost $300 a night), no clean towels, roach in the bathroom, they used my card to pay a additional $271 on a room not associated with me, it will be up to 4 days to get it back (not sure why my card info was kept and used, very disturbing), customer service refused to help and refused to let speak to management, and probably the worst was they did not give me a wake up call that I ordered causing me to miss a very very important meeting. Unbelievable, I would imagine that this will go unanswered just as everything else has. Stay away from this place!

The room was large and clean. I didn't really watch the TV but the positioning was kind of weird. Location is great, in between fort worth and Dallas. It is also right off of the freeway so it is easy to locate. Breakfast was good.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The bedroom was clean and included all commodities of a typical hotel room including coffee, towels, soap, shampoo. Carpet was clean enough to walk on without dirtying feet.

As soon as you check in you get to experience the Fantastic staff that work at this Hyatt Place. Everyone is extremely courteous and helpful at all times. The rooms are very clean but I wish the beds were a little more comfortable. Typical of Hotel Beds, the sheets wrinkle up underneath me and I find that annoying. The showers have very strong faucet and you get hot water right away. All of the amenities in the room seem to work perfectly. My favorite thing about this property is the free breakfast. Everytime I visit they seem to have added something special and new. But you should try to eat before 7 a. M. Or after 8 a. M. Because there is limited seating.

Great staff at this location! Hotel is in a good location and very close to the airport. There are also good places to visit nearby. They work great with groups!

We are on the last night of a six night stay at the Hyatt. Our room was very clean and comfortable upon arrival and has been maintained as such throughout our stay. We came with a young child and the housekeeping staff was kind enough to clean earlier in the day so that our daughter could rest in the afternoon. The breakfast is wonderful, though the seating is a little difficult on busy mornings and we ended up needing to bring the food back to our room one day. The pool is smaller than it looks in photos, but well maintained and stocked with towels. They have a small snack/drink bar and complimentary water for guests, which was nice. The hotel is in a great spot right next to several places to eat, coffee shops, and both Walmart and target. The Wi-Fi leaves A LOT to be desired, but is there if you are patient enough; I wouldn't come expecting to stream Netflix or anything. Overall, our stay has been excellent and the customer service is phenomenal. Definitely recommend!

The rooms are very nice and spacious with great amenities like free breakfast and an all day diner. The only thing I do not enjoy is sleeping on a rock hard bed. There is no cushion anywhere besides the pillows and pull out sofa. Other than that I am enjoying my stay.

A colleague and I stayed for two nights. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fresh (better than most hotel continental breakfasts), but a little on the bland side. Different clientele over the weekend, hotel filled up with families/kids. Helpful, attentive desk staff. I'd stay here again.

When I say the customer service was beyond great, I can express, I have not had customer service this is good in a long time and I travel a lot due to the military. Hyatt Hurst was my guest hotel for my wedding June 1-4 and every guest expressed how they were so pleased. With me being the bride I wanted everyone as comfortable as possible. I even spent my wedding night here because they learned our names. MS Kelly and Erica are the absolute best. Thank you for making this day great.

Directly across from police station so its a safe area with little riff riff. Nice accomodations and great customer service. Breakfast buffet is good with plenty of variety.

We would highly recommend this hotel. Hands down the most friendly hotel we have ever stayed at. The pool was amazing and the breakfast was one of the largest selections I have seen. My entire family didn't want to leave this hotel. If we are ever back in the area, this is the hotel for us! The staff is AMAZING!

Walking in, a group of guys were at the bar and kept going in and out with their beers and smoking are the entrance. I'm guessing this is OK to do because the staff let them. I would have turned around but we were all tired and I just wanted to get to a room. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room's A/C never got cold enough no matter how much we tried, so we all sweated through the night. The shower had two settings, hot or freezing. After the night, freezing felt amazing! Breakfast was a typical continental, heavy on the carbs and scrambled eggs. The staff the next morning was very nice, and kept the breakfast area clean and stocked. Overall, the place was pretty spotless, close to a lot of restaurants and amenities.

Front desk is great! Friendly and answered my questions. Only reason it's 4 stars is we had an issue the 1st night with our a. C… we told them and it seems ok now.

Absolutely disgusting! I payed a higher rate making sure I had the correct room only to get there after 5 hours of driving to see I have a handicap room. I got told by Brittney there was no room available to change into even though I clearly saw online there was. Then she proceeded to call me and let me know I will get it discounted and then found out at check out she lied according to another employee. Smelly hotel, dirty dusty rooms. Avoid at all cost.

I highly recommend Hyatt Place Fort Worth because the breakfast is fantastic and free. I had this great breakfast open-faced sandwich: croissant+sauteed spinach and mushrooms+cheese. It was amazing. I am seriously impressed. Definitely multiple om-noms! The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The bed is extremely comfortable. In our room the sofa doubled as a pull-out sofa bed if you need the extra space. Our room was located next to the pool but was very quiet. The staff is lovely and responsive. They remembered us from our first day and checked-in with us to make sure everything was going well, even though it was the weekend and I know they were very busy. The location is within walking distance to multiple restaurants, Starbucks (though they serve Starbucks coffee onsite and have a coffee bar), Target, convenience stores, etc. Everything you might need is close by. There's also a shuttle to the airport that is all but on-demand. Definitely a must-stay location. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Me and wife stayed in and had a conference there as well. This place was fantastic and was located in a area with plenty to do and places to eat. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff were very friendly and went out of the way to serve your each an individual needs. 5 Stars!
