I love it here sweet staff!

Wish they would have served bacon. They only do that 3 days a week. And had a few other breakfast choices.

Friendly, professional staff. Recognized being a member and adding extra treatment. Clean room. Nice manager's happy hour. Breakfast is always good.

Staff was very nice, our room was clean. The pool area was clean and a comfortable temperature. We really loved the fact that their gym had so many different machines to use most hotels only have max 5 machines but this one had like a whole gym! The breakfast was yummy and the woman who prepared it was so friendly and polite! Whenever we see in the DFW area again we will definitely be staying at this hotel! We were in town for a baseball game and it was only about a 15 minute drive to the stadium.

I had a great experience especially with Rachel’s help. We had a problem with fumes in our house and Rachel helped us out two weekends in a row, she accommodate us twice and made us feel so welcomed. I’m so grateful for her bc in his time in our season we really needed someone like her to be understanding. Thank you Holiday Inn for hiring people like Rachel to be compassionate and understanding.

Rooms were very clean and spacious pillows were wonderful breakfast was very good and they even offer snacks and drinks from 5pm to 7pm.

Very comfortable, great rooms! Happy hour and breakfast were great. Awesome location, right across the street from a convenience store and In-and-Out, and close to parks and the freeway. Only complaint was I only had cool water in the shower during my stay. After mentioning it to the front desk it went from cool to slightly-warmer-than-cool, but far from hot. Co-workers in other rooms did not have the same issue, it was just my room.

I had a lovely Memorial Day weekend stay here! The room (a king size bed suite with a pullout sofa) was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean (and surprisingly empty on a Saturday morning! ) Something that surprised and impressed me was how kind, attentive, friendly and just all around pleasant, the housekeeping staff was! Every time I met a member of housekeeping in the elevator or in the hall, they would smile and greet me! That says a lot about the hotel in my opinion. 5 ⭐️ stay for me!

Guest relations clearly stated they didn’t charge a deposit, but when checking in, my card reflected a deposit charged. Not necessarily like the idea of getting misleading information from guest relations. Soured the whole experience to be honest.

Some of there room look really good some just normal, my friend first room look really good but the A/C doesn't work he called to changed into the different room and it not can't compared to the first one.

Staff is kind, rooms are clean, breakfast is amazing. Bethany is the kindest person, I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is patient, and you can tell she loves her job.

In the middle of our drive down to Hurst, TX from Green Bay, WI I received a call from the staff telling me that the room I had booked months before was not available. We arrive and settle for a smaller suite. We checked in and we were sent to a dirty room. Once we were settled in a clean room it was nice. The front desk staff is not friendly at all. Any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at will run something up to your room for you… not here. I was busy with two kids and called down to ask if they had bowls. I asked if someone would be able
to have some sent to our room and the woman at the desk gave a snarky laugh and said, “No. I can’t leave the desk. Sorry. ” Like it was a ridiculous request. No hot tub. There is an area of the pool that looks like it was once a hot tub, but now it’s just an extension of the pool. Pool temperature was cold for my kids. Will not return here.

Great staff. Love this place. Pool could be warmer. Other than that the place rocked. We loved it.

Love the staff at this location. They consistently go above and beyond. Rooms are always clean and well maintained. Walk in showers are a nice change from your typical holiday inn express. Location is conveniently​ located to great restaurants.

Very clean, great atmosphere, more upscale than I thought for the price. Highly highly highly recommend. We'll come back again.

This place is great, clean the front desk friendly. The rooms clean. Just amazing great for families.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is older, but clean. Pool (one of the main reasons we chose this location was for the indoor pool) is not heated, so we had to go next door, wet, in the cold to use their pool. Pancake machine was broken both days. Pullout couch was the most uncomfortable bed on which I have tried to relax. Main beds were fine. Definitely not worth the cost for this location with the issues.

Very nice staff. I didn't stay at the hotel, but I came in asking information for booking a block of rooms. It is a nice hotel. It is about 10 years old as of this review and doesn't look very dated.

Had a holiday party in the ball room. Great service, very clean. Staff was very polite and accommodating.

My stay at this hotel was splendid. Since I was picked up at the airport all the workers were very friendly and greeted me with a smile. I liked the breakfast, the variety and the selection of coffee. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our suite had refrigerator, microwave and extra wash which were a plus for my stay. The hotel also offers shuttles around 5 miles. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and shopping mall nearby. Location excellent, very convenient for travelers and airport users.

The hotel first off really feels classy. Well maintained wood lined rooms and soothing lighting, it's more than one would expect from a holiday Inn. Staff is very kind and helpful, and the breakfast is your standard Holiday Inn. Overall, it's easy this is easily on the nice end of Holiday Inn's. Worth the money.

Conveniently located to lots of things and a quick drive to Dallas Arlington or fort worth. Bed felt a little dated or worn in compared to others I've stayed at, and house keeping was inconsistent. All the employees I interacted with were top notch, from the desk, food service and housekeeping, very pleasant and accommodating.

This is a really nice hotel! As a mom of three children, I worry about the cleanliness but our room was spotless. The front desk staff was really friendly as well as the housekeepers, and the breakfast was good. As far as the location, it's across from the police department so that was good. Wonderful experience and we'll definitely be staying here again.

The breakfast was great. We had to wait a bit for our room because the person before us was a late checkout, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and offered to watch our bags and call us when the room was ready. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and overall good experience.

Stayed here many times over the years. Always a friendly staff, clean rooms. Comfy and quiet. The breakfast is okay. Could use a better breakfast. Would have been 5 stars if they would improve that.

Tried to check into the hotel 2 days after making the reservation online (and card was ran). They could not get my card to run again even though I was paying in cash and card ran online and would not take a cash deposit for room no matter how large a deposit I asked for. Disappointed in customer service the gentleman at the counter did not seem concerned in the least. Hotel appeared clean and nice but we went to a different hotel we where we received good service with no problems and a cheaper rate. Will try this hotel again later maybe if we are in the area.

This a great place, stay here every summer the night before my family goes to the nrh20 and it's awesome and very nice.

Place was beautiful, clean and no issues with our stay. Upon checkout we did notice that our card had been charged 3 times for our one night stay. Called back, and the gentleman I spoke with apologized for the mistake and promptly released the funds from their end. Overall pleasant stay.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and service was exceptional. Also the shuttle was able to take us to where we needed to go.

Booking was a pain because the guy could not hear me and spelled my name wrong. But the hotel is top notch and a great location.

Very nice place. Friendly staff. We stayed there for 2 nights. Kids loved being able to play in the pool. Would recommend this establishment to anyone. We will stay there again in the future.

Great! -Large variety of breakfast options that were fresh! -Fridge and microwave in my room. -Strong fast Wi-Fi! -A lot of channels to watch. -Super friendly staff. -Great fitness center. -BEST PILLOWS EVER! CONS -My room was hot when I first came in. It took a while to finally cool down. -Outdated decor.

Nice clean rooms and the staff were superb. My only complaint is that there is NO hot water! None. Even if the water was a little warm it would be okay. If they don't want to pay the cost to heat the water then do like they do in Israel. Put a tank on the roof. As hot as it is in Texas you could have some really hot water.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The rooms smelled devine! It's was worth the stay. The bathroom was clean. I loved the bed because it was comfy. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. It's worth the money! And stay haha.
